Today I decided to check out a $3.99 whopper. I saw the commercial with the person in charge of Burger King about this. I ordered a whopper with cheese no lettuce or tomato & add mustard. It came up to be $5.67 total, I handed the girl a $20.00 she put it into the register. Once I taught about the change I then handed her a one dollar bill, that way I could get a 10, & 5 plus the coin change which is .33 cents. The cashier then tells me she can't make that change due to the fact that she can't put it in the register. This is pretty bad when cashier can't think on how to count up or down when handing change back to a customer. Management needs to teach their cashiers on how to make change instead of talking bad to the other employees about customers. The food was very dry and way to pricey. The service was terrible. We live about 30 minutes from Covington so the drive was long we order when it was dark for dinner. Well come to find out half our food is missing and we paid for the food. I call them and I get told that the person taking the call was not there and was in the bathroom so she couldn't help me so I ask to speak with someone else and some young man tell me that he can't do anything about the food being missing and by now it's already late so we aren't going to drive another 30 minutes to get the food. So they tell me if I can come back they'll give me my food. God knows gas is crazy expensive so I can't waste a whole half a tank for some food. Samantha the GM came to the window after my order was completed incorrectly to tell me (with an attitude) that I needed to get it right from the beginning because I was holding up her line and shut the window. The order was communicated correctly and they prepared it wrong. Have you ever thought to yourself, "this is the most vile food I've ever put in my mouth?" Well, just when I thought I've had the worst meal of my life, Burger King steps in to claim its victory as "Most Inedible Food To Date." Before even walking in, we were confronted by a homeless man cursing out an imaginary adversary. He was actually the friendliest person at Burger King. After walking inside, we were greeted with no AC and humidity, which mixed with the smell of the restaurant, felt exactly like a gigantic dog breathing its hot stink breath directly on us. Next, the food. I'm not entirely sure it's legal to call it food, but that's allegedly what it was. Our burgers were cold and rubbery, and the taste was reminiscent of burning aluminum. I'm fairly sure we're all about to die of food poisoning. The best thing about the meal was my Diet Coke. If you're ever thinking about eating Burger King, save your money and go lick an ash tray. I always avoided this location because the staff was horrible, unprofessional and very slow. The food was often cold with stale bread. In the last several months (8/2025) it appears that there has been a complete change in staff and they are EXCELLENT. I would NOW recommend this location, keep up the good work! read more

Lazy workers, from the manager down to the grill cook. They only had one of the three outside front entrance doors unlocked to the building at 7am. So I had to walk around the building trying all three doors to figure out which one would let me enter. Standing inside the store at the front counter, the restaurant is a ghost town. No workers anywhere to be seen or heard. I look around into the grill area and there is a tall grey haired woman standing alone. I call out "Hello" to her quite loudly with not even so much as a glance she continues making sandwiches. Mind you there are no cars in the drive through and I am the only person inside the building. This tall grey haired woman continues ignoring me and assembling sandwiches. Now, why is she assembling sandwiches if there is no one anywhere to be seen? I come to the conclusion that the customers do not get fresh food served here. And I can see two large metal food service trays mounded with cooked bacon sitting on a counter top. I use the toilet (restrooms are filthy of course) and come back to the counter. Now appears a lazy worker who looks at me three times and doesn't acknowledge me, say a word, nor walk up to help me. I was driving off when I realized the order was not complete even though it was paid for in the app. When I waited a couple of minutes to finally get their attention and alert them to the missing item, they told me they don't have it in stock, and they forgot to tell me that. Instead of cooking some fries they just used what they had to fill the container so we got old chicken nuggets in the fry containers also. The meat was cold and disgusting. I ordered a few whopper Jr's and I instantly went inside to let them know that one of them needed to be on a potato bun because my dad is not able to eat seeds. I like Burger King but I don't buy it from this location anymore because the drive thru people are all rude and they make you wait for a very long time. It is always difficult to review a chain business, especially a fast food restaurant. When I do I often try and focus on what sets it apart from the other locations in an effort help others make informed decisions. What is different about this BK as compared to the other 11,200 locations? The drive thru is open 24 hours - That makes this perfect location to grab some grub after the bars close at 2:00 a.m. You could always go to Waffle House next door, but it can get crowded. The employees - I have been here a few times and I have yet to encounter a friendly employee. On my most recent trip the cashier taking orders was in an argument over the drive thru speaker. It was interesting learning about her personal problems, but I would have preferred to just order. The drive thru rules - They make you pull forward even if no one is in line behind you. I don't understand why they do this. All I want is a liter of cola and they make me pull forward.
