The parking lot is a mess to get around in - no fault of Taco Bell, just greed making room. Kudos on making it fit, though! Take your time, follow the signs around, be careful...or just park your car and walk in! The folks here were so friendly they through me off a little..it was lunch, after all, who is in a good mood at lunch? These guys are! What a great crew! Order came fast and hot, everything was in the bag, and the sauce bins were full, so I got plenty of Hot sauce (isn't the hot sauce the best?). The Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito was really tasty and had a crunchy element thanks to the Doritos pieces. The chicken and fillings were all fresh and crunchy in the right places. I'll be back for more of these, they are a great deal and pretty tasty. Got a $5 value pack, too, and that was pretty good. Standard stuff, taco and a burrito, some twists and a drink. Typically., I come across the problem where they have me drive around and wait near the door for my food... which makes absolutely no sense especially when there's no one in the drive-through but myself. Went to this Taco Bell at around 11 and all they had was chicken. There was no sauce to make a chicken quesadilla or anything of that nature there was no ground beef to make a ground beef taco basically any of the ingredients that they needed to function we're not available. This is mainly because of management, and I feel that this location is managed very poorly mainly because the lack of supplies and the lack of customer service provided along with the lack of supplies, this is disgusting and disappointing, and the fact that a simple Taco Bell can't run is disgusting to the manager that attempts to run it. Terrible service and management. They made 7 cars pull in front of the restaurant because they "couldn't catch up" They had three employees from what I saw that could not care less about getting the orders out in a timely manner. The soda machine is always out. I don't know if they don't care or what but all the drinks always taste flat and too sweet. They barely put any meat in the crunch wrap or the quesadilla. Went inside for the first time ever and the music was so loud that I couldn't sit down to eat in there because of it. Ambiance was horrible. Needs major improvement. Upon arrival at the ordering microphone I was greeted by the most depressing person I've ever heard. The girl working the register didn't know how to work the register. She then got a lady working in the kitchen who took off one glove and put the dirty glove right back on. After having already waited several minutes just to get our change back, we waited inside an additional 20-25 minutes for a very simple order. My cheese quesadilla did not have any cheese sauce and wasn't cooked. The quesadilla was cold and the shredded cheese was cold and just fell out. My wife and I celebrate an anti-Valentines day by going to Taco Bell and watching horror movies. It's something we've done for almost 10 years with varying success due to two reasons. One: the complete hatred of my palate for sour cream and two: our very close local Taco Bell located at 2055 Florida Street, Mandeville, LA 70448. Every time we go to the 70448 restaurant the staff informs us in the drive-thru the restaurant is out of some type of meat, tortillas, or various other staples that extremely limit Taco Bell's menu. With how rarely we do visit the 70448 restaurant for this tradition, it has been nearly a 100% issue. This year, 2018, the 70448 restaurant was out of tortillas, so we drove to the 70433 address where we were served well. The 70433 restaurant which is about 30 minutes out of our way. Avoid the 70448 restaurant at all costs until all of the management has been replaced with a new team! read more

Ordered an hour before closing in the morning so there were no other cars in drivethru. The lady was super unpleasant. Food took a while. I asked for sauces both when ordering and at the window- requested several of both mild and hot. Drove off to find she game me only one of each. I opted for the pricey XXL Steak Burrito, but it only had half the toppings and no one notified me that maybe they were out of the avocado ranch stuff or anything (which basically MAKES the meal). Ate the dry burrito and it totally sucked, but couldn't go get a replacement or money back because I was dead tired and already 20 minutes away when I realized how royally they screwed up.
