First time at this location. Customer service is clearly not a priority, as other reviewers have mentioned. I was completely ignored by the 3 employees behind the counter, who clearly knew I was there. The only person seemingly interested in doing their job was the fellow in the kitchen, who was diligently at work making burgers. My order was begrudgingly taken only after I spoke up and asked if anyone was taking orders! After finally being able to place my order, my food was freshly prepared and enjoyable. Would return to this location again and hope for better service, but based on previous reviews, is not likely! read more

I ordered thru the app and this location told me that they don't have food and to call app support for a refund which isn't that easy. I escalated it through the app and am supposed to receive a callback in 24-48 hours. I guess I will need to dispute it with my bank once the transaction posts. The last time I used my credit card at the Boca Glades location I was notified 2 weeks later that a $13.66 transaction had been made using my card information at that exact location but it was not me ! The cashier didn't know how to operate the register and didn't seem interested in getting the order right, or doing his job in general. The food wasn't what I ordered and wasn't even what the cashier typed. I guess the kitchen is used to a cashier that mashes random buttons and just does their own thing to compensate. When I tried to fix the order the cashier didn't know what to do and froze. I had my kids with me and didn't feel like staying to complaining to a manager, so I walked out. Worst BK ever. This BK lost its pride in its food! I have been a regular customer here for over 15 years and this year I have noticed this. Food dumped into a bag, no thank you or any speech at a recent quiet afternoon. It was almost like the person didn't speak English. There sign blew down over a year ago and they never replaced it, and I tried to do an experience review on my afternoon snack, not for a free whopper but the idea that someone could make a change for the better. My 88 yr old elderly husband and I , came thru drive thru it was after Midnight. We ordered 2 fiery sandwiches and a large Ice Tea, it cost me $17 and some change, I pull off and came back because the sandwiches had no fiery sauce on it. So I ask for a refund to go back on my credit card, she refused saying it won't let her put it back on my card. She then say come back in the morning and talk to my boss. I said ok can I have my receipt back, she then say she threw it out, I didn't want the sandwiches because she was very unprofessional, I didn't trust eating them att this point, so my husband never got his sandwich and neither did I. We never got fresh sandwiches or my receipt to show I paid or a refund. That's right she kept my money. This is a poor place of business, unfriendly, and very disrespectful. I went to this location earlier today. I placed my order within minutes and got my order quickly. The cashier was so friendly and courteous. I have been ordering the Impossible Whopper for a few years now and this burger by far is the best Impossible Burger I have ever had. Absolute worst BK in the area. Ive been here 3x in the last month, but today was the last time. Every time my order was made incorrectly. #1, with no cheese, only pickles and ketchup. Sounds fairly simple right? Apparently not! Cheese, tomatoes, mayo, lettuce, ive had them all on it. Then when I tell them its wrong they get an attitude with me like their incompetence is my fault? The French fries, they already suck, but to serve them warm makes it even worse. My drink fruit punch with no ice...... ice, coke, even got a shake once??? How does this happen all the time. The thing about big chains, especially burger chains is that they are all so cookie cutter standardized you know exactly what to expect and this particular Burger King is no exception. None of the food is exceptional, basically quick but tasty belly fillers, and their classic burger, the Whopper, is exactly the same here as in any other location. Also like all other locations, clean with decent rest room facilities and with a polite well trained wait staff. I won't draw comparisons between the food offerings of the big burger chains of Burger King, McDonald's and Wendy's as they each have their classic standards the virtues of which have already been so debated that I can only say that it seems to be a matter of personal preference. read more

This specific burger king tends yo be hit or miss but usually a miss. I understand we are in a country where employees are underpaid overworked and treated poorly but this particular burger king has staff that just doesn't seem to care. They dont interact except to take your money. The oder being right is 50/50, and aside from the drinks everything else is usually burnt or undercooked, and the burgers being edible is a risk as well.
