I stopped in to pick up lunch and had a great experience. My friend and I both enjoyed our subs. My BLT was delicious and I would get it again. The store was clean, and even though there was just one person working, he was super nice and did an excellent job. They are located on the NE corner of Glades and Lyons in the Somerset Shoppes. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - turkey (1/2 regular) - Sandwiches Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

The food is good although I tasted some not so fresh areas of the white bread. Their hot pepper relish hot sauce is to die for!!! Service was fast !! Seems like they need more help because these two teens were really working hard and is hard to keep up with everything like the bathrooms you can tell the neglected areas and I don't really like to see dirty bathrooms . The surrounding was family oriented. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - They understood the assignment! - Sandwiches Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Stopped by Jersey Mikes today with my kids. I ordered a bowl with roast beef, turkey, and a generous mix of vegetables. While it didn't blow my mind, it was still fresh, satisfying, and well-prepared. The quality of the ingredients, especially the meats, stood out and it felt like a reasonably healthy option compared to standard sub shop fare. The service was solid and our order was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff was efficient and attentive and got everything done in no time. Also, the dining area was clean and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy our meal. Overall, I'd give them 4 stars. Pretty good for a chain. Way better than Subway and Wawa in my opinion. read more

My husband and I were shopping and got hungry. Lucky for us there was a Jersey Mikes right there. We walked in and were greeted by 2 very nice employees. We ordered the Italian sub. Everything was fresh, from the bread to the meats and toppings. Brian made it with care for us. It was so delicious that within minutes it was gone!! Everything was nice, clean and friendly. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I am raising my review to four stars. The service has been much better than my initial visit. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store. The workers ask "how is your day", etc. to keep the atmosphere pleasant and engaging. And they keep the place neat and tidy. Sandwiches are decent. I would not recommend the gluten-free rolls though. read more

Smaller Jersey Mikes than the one in Parkland. It was congested and frustrating trying to squeeze thru the tables and ppl standing around waiting on their orders. I ordered inside and it was so loud that I kept repeating my order and they still messed it up. The loudness came from the employees shouting amongst themselves and not listening to the customers. I tried correcting them several times but seemed unsuccessful so I gave up. Very frustrating. The positive is....they had bread and it was soft and fresh and the place was pretty clean. I think I'll continue to go to the one in Parkland though, at least they get my order right and talk to the customers instead of playing while customers are trying to place/pick up orders read more

Unfortunately, likely our last visit today after being long-time customers, so I cannot recommend this location. Reasons: 1) a few weeks ago they got a pick up order wrong, and when we called them they said they had run out of the bread we had chosen - Hey, call the customer BEFORE you substitute, maybe? 2) Manager apologized about the prior mistake and promised a free sub, but when we came today, nope, sorry, that manager, Jordan, isn't in, so, no; 3) We asked when Jordan would be in, and the young lady serving us said that she could not divulge that info (sensitive classified State secrets, I guess) 4) 2 kids served us this evening, a young man and young lady, and she gave us about 1/2 the usual amount of cheese on our veggies, and was literally the most sullen humorless person I've encountered in Florida. The young man had a pleasant personality, but lined up the pickles like there's a worldwide shortage. Look, for $14 a sandwich, we expect better on all counts. read more

The sandwich looked good, as it always does. Their tea is always great too. However, I was only able to barely put an inch of tea in my cup because they ran out. I asked if they had more, they said I could put sugar in the unsweet, but said they would not make any more because they would be wasting it. You are not wasting it, I paid for it! I just got my money back and left. So I guess they wasted a sandwich and their tip because they wouldn't make any more tea. This was 640pm on a Thursday. I would have written the manager, Eric directly, but he was the one that refused to make more tea. Big let down, I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for many years. I guess I need to avoid this location. read more

First off the staff is so nice!! I've been to this location a few times because when I crave a ham sand, I need it! This place absolutely satisfies the craving- I love the options in toppings and overall quality. They get you in and out! I'm also pretty sure you can order ahead online or an app? I usually get #3, no cheese, mike's way with mayo! Solid spot!! Will be back soon!! read more

Maaan. I'm not going to go and sabotage my previous review completely, but I'm knocking off a star. The perfect streak has come to and end, Jersey Mike's. My coworker picked up our subs for lunch at work today. I'd ordered mine online, a club sub, which is turkey, ham, and bacon. What I received was roast beef, turkey, and a few crumbs of bacon, a strange combination indeed. Luckily, I like roast beef so I ate it, but it tasted funky. This could have been okay, but this was such a poorly made, sad little sandwich. Like, if a Smith's song were a sandwich this would be it. JM's, I love ya. Please don't do this again! read more

ATTN ALL CELIAC And others who avoid gluten! Jersey Mike's on Gliades has amazing hot and cold subs on gluten free bread. This is a tremendous find especially for parents who are afraid when they send their kids out to eat with their friends when they are gluten intolerant or celiac. I am a genetic celiac and I just ate a ginormous Philly cheesesteak on Udi's GF hero bread, and I am in heaven. Just don't get the meatball hero because the meatballs are not GF. The staff is terrific, snd I got it to go in a flasb. Because they deliver a you can probably have a party and habit catered by Jersey Mike's now and satisfy kids with all kinds of dietary needs. Whst as great move by Jersey Mikes. Thank you! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

In a world with the Publix sub right around the corner, Jersey Mike's is just no competition. On almost no level does this place measure up to anywhere in the sub category. The bread for the subs is so soft and flavorless it really adds nothing the sub. It actually hurts it because when you bit down their is no crunch, it just is all mushy. Especially if you add oil and vinegar which just make the whole sub soggy. Similar with the Roast Beef, I just don't find much flavor in the meat, it tastes very bland. Compared to a Publix sub, this is basically a poor substitute. Their hot subs are easily the worst items they offer. The meatballs are small and flavorless, and their sauce tastes like something that comes out of a jar they bought at the supermarket. Also their cheesesteaks are not a Philly Cheesesteak, steer clear! Bottom line, I've never had a sub from here and enjoyed it. The pricing is pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. This location has a sterile look that makes it look generic and boring. They have the deli cheeses and meats behind a glass to make it look fresh when they cut it. That's a nice upgrade from a Subway, but nowhere near the food quality of a Publix. Food (C-), Pricing (C-), Atmosphere (C), Service (B) read more

Best Subs in town Order a Giant 13 it was awesome. Definitely have to try the subs here. I'll be back really soon

Food was fresh & delicious, store is extremely clean! Service was super impressive. I will definitely be back!!

I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Amazing and fast service, accommodating also. Food was great! I'll be back!!!

Great service and fresh! Greeted as we came in by friendly staff! It's a quick and easy place to get lunch...

Honestly. This jersey mikes is not good. The sandwich is okay but every other jersey mikes I've been too is better. My bread is stale. You know what the guy did that I think was gross? He had a small piece of wheat bread, he sliced the meats for my 2 sandwiches, and then the left over stuff that fell off the slicer, he took that small piece of wheat bread and wiped off the excess meat and cheese from the slicer, he wiped it off on the ground and then put the piece of Wheat bread right back with the other bread. He did a great job when I asked for extra turkey I think it's more then double. Otherwise the bread is pretty stale, edible but uncomfortable. Ambiance is okay, they're just not very friendly. However I'm just trying to get my sandwich and leave. I don't usually go to this one except on my way home, the one on Palmetto is fire read more

We have been there twice. The employees have no customer service. No smoke, not friendly. I pass this store up to go to the one on Yamato Road. What a difference been there 3 times now. Didn't want to post unless I had a different experience at another franchise. read more

Not too shabby! This was the first time I've had Jersey Mike's in a long time, and I can honestly say it was pretty enjoyable. I preordered my sub online which was easy, went into the shop and it was right behind the counter ready to go. The sub was super tasty and the only problem I had was the bread wasn't as fresh as I'd like. I also ordered the brownie, and if you aren't watching your figure then it's not a bad snack after a sub. The only problem I have is the online ordering setup with Jersey Mike's. First, I don't like how you can't create your own sub, and how when you customize a sub you can't add specific ingredients. Maybe you can, but briefly looking over the sight it didn't seem like it was an option unless you wrote in the "notes" tab. Also, the time frames for Jersey Mike's are a little strange. If I wanted to order ahead, the next available time was a 1/2 hour ahead; when you choose "ASAP" it says allow 20min, but when I ate my sub it was a little soggy which means it was done well before that time. Other than that, it was a great little sub shop and I'll definitely try this chain out again! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Turkey and Provolone! - Sandwiches Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Popular chain serving excellent hero sandwiches, both hot and cold. Ordered the club with turkey, ham and roast beef, then added shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sweet raw onions, pickle chips, mild pepper strips and medium hot red pepper relish sauce. The sandwiches are huge. Meats are sliced in front of you. How Subway survives, I don't know as this place is far superior. My wife had a turkey hero. Fresh, tasty meats, bread and condiment add-ons. Friendly, courteous service. Self service soda and iced tea. Clean restrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend this dining venue. read more

I have to admit that I eat a lot of subs as they are fast, convenient, tasty, and better than McDonalds. I now prefer Jersey Mikes over Subway as the subs are just better. The turkey is freshly sliced, and the addition of crisp (not soggy) bacon is a huge bonus. The only thing I would change is adding Diet Coke to the menu as they have only Pepsi. read more

I tried a Jersey Mike's Sub place in the shopping center on the corner of Glades Road and Lyons Road in Boca Raton, Florida. I have never encountered such obnoxious and disrespectful staff in my life. The food was disappointing, the price ridiculously high, and the atmosphere very uninviting. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Sub, but more importantly.........it will be my LAST! I gave them one star only because there is no setting for ZERO stars. read more

I was craving a real sub. I asked my friend if she said that she ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich from here and got violently ill. Exploding bowels running to the bathroom all night I'll. No thanks. read more

I love it here but it is very expensive. Giant subs run close to $14 dollars. That being said I still love it. The turkey ham bacon club is outrageous. The Italian second to none. The steak and cheese great. The pastrami while not NY deli is still good. My wife gets a veggie wrap that she enjoys as well. 2 negatives. The points club take forever to accumulate. Think it's 12 giant subs to get 1 free. Also the price is $$$ Food is delicious, never get a stomach ache and plentiful. Will we be back, over and over again. Hint: Go on double points day and sometimes the store has double points and corporate has double points so u r accumulating 4x. read more

Unfortunately I didn't like this place at all. It's only my second time eating at a Jersey Mike's Subs. I had the Baja chicken wrap and it was no bueno! The chicken was pre packaged and straight out of the freezer. I watched them cook it on the grill. I wouldn't expect more from a fast food sandwich shop, but when I bit into the chicken I had to hold back from spitting it out. It tasted like it sat in the freezer for a very long time. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever have Jersey Mike's again - not even the ones in California. read more

I'm not a huge fast-food fan. Of the fast foodies, though, Jersey Mikes at least is fresh and most of their stores are reasonably clean. This is a particularly good franchised store. The sandwiches are generally well prepared and the owner and the manager keep their staff well trained. Not a destination, just a decent meal when you need something to get from here to there. read more

I was shocked to find that none of the employees at Glades Road shop were wearing masks. When I questioned it, they said they were all vaccinated and did not wear masks. I said they should wear masks anyway and was told that no, they didn't wear masks. I left and sent an email to Jersey Mike's headquarters. The reply was that all franchises were individually owned and the owner would contact me. He did and ignored the mask question. He merely stated they were following all guidelines and mandates, which they clearly are not. I also got a call from the store manager. They do not intend to change their policy. None of the employees will be wearing masks. I will not be returning. read more

The food is great the inside is clean and they are very great with the service. It's just when I got to the register the guy at the register snatched my receipt from me. We went to the Jersey Mikes at Glades and Lyons last Thursday evening me and the guy that I work with ordered Giant Subs well over $20 dollars for each sub which was basically just loaf of bread I ordered a roast beef it had basically no meat on it and the gentleman that I work with ordered a Philly cheesesteak same exact scenario when we ask how much more to actually get meat on the sandwiches they told us $8 a piece the staff was not very polite I used to love Jersey Mike's but I'll never go back you can get a Publix sub for $8 that blows their sandwich out of the water hands down but it used to not be like that they have definitely gone downhill! read more

Always had great experiences at Jersey Mike's. Went to the store and noticed the lettuce was brown, the cheapest thing on the menu. And we pointed it out to the counter person all they could say was that's all we got. Now we all know there was more lettuce in the back five guys up front just too lazy to cut it. So if you're too lazy to give you fresh lettuce got only knows what the meats like. Stay away from this jersey mike hard to believe it's a chain!! read more

Came here starving! The store has an aroma of a smells and draws you in when you open the door. First time at this location. The front person was very kind. I had questions about the size of each sandwich and he was able to show me the small, regular, and giant so I had an idea. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and asked him if I could have only green peppers instead of their pepper mix and he had no problems adjusting the order for me. While he was cooking my philly another staff member rang me up. Very Efficient and great customer service! read more

I have been going to Jersey Mike's for the past seven years, I love the one on your Yamato road, the one on powerline Road is amazing as well. I just left the one at the Somerset Plaza and I have to tell you I've been very disappointed. The manager there is such a jerk it's not like he's giving me the sub I'm paying for the sub. I asked that he not give me the butt of the roast beef and he argued with me! If someone asks for rare not well done then give it to them!! LIKE SAID IM PAYING FOR IT!!
