Bryan was amazing at Taco Bell! My order was completely correct, and he was super nice and patient. Great customer service! The place was clean read more

I have not eaten Taco Bell in so long because of the bad experience that I was getting at every Taco Bell around Broward County, Sunrise and Tamarac to be exact... I decided to try again being that I was in a different city and county, and it did not disappoint. I ordered my food online as I normally do and when I got to the location, Brian was at the window and his customer service was A1, he was upbeat, very friendly, very professional and courteous. When I actually got to the window, he had the biggest smile on his face and again his professionalism was amazing.. He'll make me come back every time just for his customer service. The food was fresh and really good, no complaints which is very very big for me being that every time I've gone to a Taco Bell it has been the worst experience from the customer service to the food.. so thank you Brian for your amazing energy, after a day like I had today I definitely needed that. read more

Shoutout to Brian at Taco Bell . seriously outstanding service. He was fast, friendly, and actually cared about getting the order right, which is rare these days. Everything came out perfect, and his attitude made the whole stop way better than expected. If Taco Bell wants an example of how an employee should run the line, it's Brian. Give that guy a raise. read more

Pretty fast taco bell. Food is actually up to standard for a fast food place. This is the taco bell to be at

Convenient drive through location - good service and quick even at the lunch hour. Predictable food that hits the spot

I placed an order on the self order Kiosk, after ordering a male worker dark skinned was staring at my girlfriend of one year for the whole time we were there waiting for our food. guy would look at me when i was telling him that he forgot our drinks. it was an unpleasant environment to be in and just an uncomfortable situation causing my girlfriend to feel very uncomfortable with where we were and wanting to leave. if i known his name i would left it here but just a tip doing that to the wrong couple would not end good for him. so if you want to feel comfortable and able to sit down with you partner for a quick dinner grab then don't go to this taco bell. read more

This is the friendliest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff was so kind and attentive. I really appreciate that in a store. Thank you, Charles. You're a great employee and team member. read more

I have lived long enough to see Taco Bell go from the lowest of the low to a fun, inexpensive vendor of tasty fast food with a veritable plethora of vegetarian options. YEP- VEGETARIAN. No animal lard. They have a large vegetarian menu, and you fan now have vegetarian options substituted in regular items. Fun fun fun!!!! Tried 8 items, loved 4, liked 2, disliked 2... good odds! Price per item ranged from $1 to $4, not breaking any bank! Officially in our lazy night rotation! read more

Ordered a crunch wrap meal and Mexican pizza meal.. which comes with crunchy tocos.. pulled up right away to the second window and I forgot to change the tocos to one soft and the other two Dorito.. he said I couldn't change it cause he already made it.. whatever.. so I wait the additional minute even though my food was already made "allegedly".. get home and the crunchy and toco shells was stale.. and the crunch wrap was skimped af. Highly disappointed read more

Taco Bell - Crunch Crunchwrap Supreme Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Look, it's Taco Bell, OK? You need to arrive with low expectations and hope to be surprised. That's exactly what I did on a recent visit, and honestly... it wasn't so bad. The mobile app worked without a hitch, and when I arrived at the drive-thru and announced that I had a mobile order, there were no issues. The food was ready promptly and was all correct. So I do recommend you give the mobile ordering and drive-thru pickup option a try if you want to. The food itself is... well, it's Taco Bell. Not great, but not terrible. It just exists in a category of its own, neither too bad to complain about, nor good enough to win any awards. And it really doesn't matter what you get, since everything is pretty much made with some combination of the same 5 ingredients. read more

This used to be one of my favorite locations. Don't know what happened but I think they hired an entire new staff from top to bottom. The service at the counter and drive through is extremely slow. The last two times I've ordered here are awful. They are making the supreme burrito wrong. They don't put any lettuce, tomato, onion or fresh cheese on it. It's just meat and melted cheese sauce with a teaspoon of sour cream. The tacos are flat, crushed and no tomatoes. This is the second time this happened which makes me believe the staff is being trained improperly by management. Will be avoiding this location even though they are closest to me. read more

Horrible. I mean no one expects gourmet when you go here but there could be SOME effort at customer service. Orders are wrong more than they are right and the staff acts like you are interrupting some meeting critical to National Security when you ask for something or have the audacity to try and order food. Don't ask for anything extra. Apparently it's a bigger insult than calling their mom fat. read more

Ordered online for breakfast, on app, on maps, and on the store door it says the store opens at 7:00AM. Waited for 10 minutes at 7:50-8:00AM at the Window, only for female worker to rudely open window, and let us know they aren't open. When trying to ask why the app let us online order, and how it says the store IS open, she then shut the window in my friends face and "shoo-ed" us off to leave. If you want rude, bad service this is the spot for you ! read more

Always quick and consistent! California crunch wrap on the breakfast menu is outstanding! Food is always hot and fresh!!

Pulled up behind car at window as they ordered. Get to the microphone to order and the employee mumbles something to me. Unsure of what he said I asked if he could please repeat himself. Once they mumbled to me again I asked if he said there closed and got a "yeah" response. I stated there website said open till 3am for drive through and he ignored me. Sat there for another 30-45 seconds and told him "good talk" and was once again replied with "yeah" read more

I order a grilled cheese box with no chipotle sauce and one with no cream cheese, as soon as I opened the box in my house they gave me a chipotle burrito and not a grilled cheese, and my boyfriend order was wrong too they putted the cream cheese on it ( he got the grilled cheese). This is the second time that it happens. It's Taco Bell. Fast food that's actually not too bad. Well not too bad when compared to other places like McDonald's. Then again, who really knows what's in the food your eating here. I don't know. Terrible service, we ordered on ubereats and only got delivered quarter of the order we had. They refunded the money but due to extra delivery fees we weren't able to get the whole refund on the food items we didn't receive. How can you charge for extra delivery fees if not all the food is there? So then we try to contact the store and no one picks up. Nor does the store in the nearest area.. Ever since the reconstruction of this franchise, the food has increased tremendously. For what it is "fast food" I love it can't beat the prices and very speedy, plus the hot sauce packets are too funny lol

No high chairs for little kids, I was shocked, but not surprised the family left the store because there was no chair.

I would give no stars if I could. I purchased the pintos and cheese (minus the cheese) and a steak power bowl(minus sour cream, cheese and avocado ranch). About an hour after I finished the meal I started to feel queasy. By midnight I was experiencing hot and cold sweats and by 1 am I was vomiting and experiencing sever abdominal cramps. Food poisoning! I am reporting this establishment. I will never eat here again. Consumers beware! read more

I have never had an issue with Taco Bell and my allergies. They have always been accommodating and this has never happened until tonight. I said no tomatoes on my order because I'm allergic. The pleasant lady at the front says okay no problem. But I still break out in a horrible rash, difficulty breathing, swollen lips. That's because the individual making the food did not change his gloves. Who knows how long he has been wearing that same pair and how many tomatoes he's touched. What's worse than that (because thanks for fast acting Benadryl I'm okay) when my husband tried to call this location, they hung up on him. Please do not go here if you have any kind of allergy or are worried about cross contamination because this location clearly does not practice safe serving guidelines. read more
