The pizza was incredible, as it always is. But what really stood out was Kostas himself. When I picked up the order, he wasn't rushing me out the door -- we ended up talking for a good 20 minutes. He asked about my family, shared stories about his own life and how he ended up in Florida. It felt less like a transaction and more like catching up with an old friend. This is what makes small, family-run businesses special. Kostas isn't just a great cook, he's a genuinely great person who clearly cares about the people he serves.
