We decided to stay, order our food, and try to enjoy our meal. When our appetizer, the onion ring tower, arrived, the music was still blaring. We asked once again if it could be turned down just a little. This time we were told that the manager had texted the owner, and the owner said the music needed to remain at that level. At that point, the server did offer to move us to another area of the restaurant, which we appreciated. The music was somewhat better there, so we stayed. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The burgers arrived cold, and the bacon tasted as though it had come straight from the refrigerator. The cheesesteak bun was burnt, and the meat filling was lacking. This was nothing like the food we had enjoyed here in the past. It's disappointing to leave a restaurant I've supported for years feeling that loud music was considered more important than the comfort of its customers. When a customer politely asks for the music to be lowered so they can have a conversation--especially when the restaurant is nearly empty--it seems like a reasonable request.
