The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you'd want in a quality bowl. The real standout, though, was the meat. The smoked brisket was incredibly tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The picanha was equally impressive--it honestly made me want to head to a Brazilian steakhouse. You can tell they use high-quality meat and prepare it with care. Overall, this was a fantastic meal.
