I'm not a huge rib fan (but those ribs were delicious), still I got a separate side of macaroni and cheese to accompany the protein I had already prepared at home. There were two large slices of smoked meatloaf. The collards had the right texture and flavor with bits of smoked meats bathing in a wonderful pot liquor. He actually drank the "juices" in the dish when done with the greens! I tasted the collards and really liked them also. I'll get these next time, too.
