I get the Miami color scheme but the layout was kind of weird with a bar on the side and a lot of kids drawings on the whole left side of the wall. Prices were "okay" a single party is $7 but if you add cheese and some onions it's $10 which is kind of a large up charge for two things. The cheese is vegan since this is a kosher burger joint. The food was okay, the burger lacked a lot of the depth that I expected from a smash burger. It was just a regular burger, kind of bland. The fried Onions were "okay" too, it felt like they didn't bring the oil to temperature before dropping it in so they were soggy and oily. The service I got was good though, the girl explained everything and was really nice. I did leave a tip even though I honestly don't think they should be asking for tips for a place where you have to clean up after yourself and all they did was bring it out. He had to call his manager to fix it, so I waited while they sorted it out. I appreciated that they did correct the issue, but it was a bit confusing. But this part of the experience did feel misleading to customers in general. After paying, the cashier went to the back and didn't return for a while. We weren't offered water or drinks while we waited for the food, and when I tried to get someone's attention from the front desk, no one came. Eventually, someone from the kitchen kindly helped us out--huge thanks to her! The food itself was fantastic, and I'd absolutely come back in hopes that it was just an off day. The space inside felt a little quiet and low-energy, and the young man at the counter didn't seem super enthusiastic--but everyone has those days.
