I want to write a review for the great order taking done by George Lopez. He was great and really elevated the experience.

The place is cleanly and very well run. The service is friendly and customers are treated with respect. The waffle fries are still one of the best in the business. The sauces have not changed over the years. My shake was very tasty and just the right size. Now for the sandwich which is the cornerstone of the business. My chicken was dark brown dry crust, tough and stringy. This is a far cry from the golden brown unctions tender sandwich of yore! If you had been a customer previously; prepare for disappointment. If you are there for the fries and shake; well you will be pleased. read more

Every time I go here through drive through i get stuck because they don't have grilled chicken wraps or grilled chicken salad. They can't do grilled chicken in salads for some reason. So I end up waiting in line because I can't get out. Every time they say it's their supplier. Every other cfa is fully stocked. Plus they are not as friendly as other cfas. They seem to chat and not work either. Just frustrated with this place. We love cfa, but this location needs work! read more

The food is always fresh and this place always moves quick. It's also in a great shopping center where you can buy some pretty cool stuff for the kids and family. They have wonderful kids meals for the kids as well. That always taste great. The inside is very clean and well. read more

Absolutely the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. I love chick fil a . This is purely this location. So rude and policies I have never heard of at ANY other chick fil. This is the third (and last time) i get told a completely "new" policy I have never heard of at any other chick fil a I have ever been to. Today it was they wanted to charge me almost a dollar for 2 (yes TWO) cherry tomatoes. Listen, I do not mind paying extra for tomatoes (even though at every other location I have been to they have just put 4-5 in a little cup for free) but TWO FOR BASICALLY A DOLLAR? That's insane. I don't mean to be a penny pincher but how does that even make sense. I use these tomatoes to add to my daughter's kids menu. The last time it was you can't remove OR add anything from the Cobb salad... literally since when ? (Again I wouldn't mind being up charged for an addition but just was NOT ALLOWED) and the first time was you cannot get chick fil a sauce AND garden herb ranch with the wrap... they just refused to put any chick fil a sauce in my bag when I ordered the wrap meal. This location "generously" donated free kids meal gift cards at a recent Deerfield Bch Elementary School event via the PTA. What a kind gesture right? A way to make a good impression on the community right? Except they are all expired and when you try to redeem it, the staff says it's expired and won't budge. And tells you to take it up with the school. Why is it the schools issue that YOU donated expired gift cards? Seems like a shady way for the franchise owner to get a tax right off without actually spending the money or donating the dollar value. Scam artists. read more

The food is always decent. All of the portion size vary. They don't seem to have a perfect system. If you go in the restaurant nightmare, they have one person sometimes to waiting on people and they're scrambling around like none of them what to do next obviously either bad management or no management presence. Tonight's place really upset me I don't know if it's because you know of some kind of discrimination, but I ordered food and I got less than a quarter of an order of what I ordered and no straw to try to drive and deal with that the girl was nice I think it was something inside I'm getting a little sick of this I'm usually very patient. We always enjoy going to chick fil a. We're always amazed how quick they are! The lines are always long but I never have to wait long for my food. The best is that they still have a playground for the kids and my son doesn't even realize he's waiting. The service is fantastic. They're so friendly and keep the location very clean! read more

I love chic fil a but I HATE this location. I keep trying to give it chances and it just upsets me more every time. This morning they opened for breakfast I ordered a mini count meal and then I get up to the window and then they tell me their hash browns are not ready (I don't understand how it wasn't ready to go by the time they opened) and no one told me until I got up to the window and told me to change my side so I picked whatever I didn't even want. I wish I just said never mind. There is just always something here. In short I paid 13 dollars for a meal and only ate the 4 chicken minis that don't even fill me up. Just such a frustrating way to start your morning. I think I'm tapping out of this one. read more

I couldn't believe that there could be a bad experience at CFA even if they mess an order up they usually know how to handle it. I was wrong. This place was unorganized, not polite, and it wasn't even THAT busy! It was at 11am, pre lunch rush! My lunch was ruined as I spent it going in circles due to items being forgotten. Receipt was correct but somehow they kept getting it wrong. Guy taking orders laughed when I told him I had to eat my lunch in my car due to having to go around the extra long line so many times. I've never thought to give a fast food place a review but this location DESERVES one. First of all, during covid19 they've been nothing bu accommodating. The setup for drive through is better than most sporting events. It's easier to get through and faster than the airport. There's about 10 employees outside taking orders in the blazing Florida heat. Wearing masks and gloves no less! I've been to restaurants where the cooks aren't wearing masks so yea. The line looks scary long, but it's fast. You'd stand in a line longer than this for an iPhone. And it wouldn't be this organized or pleasurable. Customer service is great. These people deserve a raise. And I'm happy to support this location! I had been to this location several months ago for a quick breakfast. It was a disaster! At the time the coffee wasn't made so we had to wait. It took so long for the coffee that the food got cold sitting there. Then to top it off I said no cheese on my breakfast sandwich and it had cheese on it. We were actually given coupons for free coffee at the time which we threw in the garbage! Now it's several months later and again being in a hurry and wanting something quick we give it another try. Fingers crossed! We were pleasantly surprised! There was a warm welcome as we walked in the door and our order was taken and everything was perfect, hot and delicious! The food is the same as any other Chick-fil-a the problem here is the service. Every time I order ahead it takes them at least an hour to get it ready. To avoid that, I go through the Drive through. They Always ALWAYS, they forget an item. A bunch of times I didn't check I found out when I was home the item was missing. They owe me some money for all the items that were missing and I didn't feel like driving back. So now I want to check my items before I leave. The people standing outside the pickup window are SO rude "pull over if you want to check your items" Last time I asked the young lady if o make sure that all my items were in and she said curtly "yeah all your items are there" I drove home and my son's whole meal was missing. I had to drive back to get it. No apology, no offer of points to make up for my inconvenience, not even a keychain offered. I had to drive half an hour to get my son's meal. I wanted to patronize this particular Chick-fil-a because the owner is an alumni of Marjorie Stoneman Douglas, that's where my kids go to school. This is beyond ridiculous. read more

Sausage egg and cheese biscuits and bacon and egg biscuts are best breakfast items. Do not forget the tater tots. The rest of the day try the Deluxe chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Never any issues with this location. I went through the drive through but when I do go inside, it is clean and not too loud. Unreal fast-food! I highly recommend this fast-food restaurant if you're into crunchy and juicy chicken burgers. I got the spicy chicken burger trio and can't wait to go back and get the same thing. The burger is amazing. By far, one of the best fried chicken burgers that I've had at any restaurant (fast-food and not). I got the basic chicken burger, and so it only came with pickles. They put just enough that you get the sour flavour without it overpowering the burger. The waffle fries were great too. They were perfectly cooked and great amount of saltiness. We asked for a few packets of dipping sauce and would highly recommend trying all of them, as they all taste so good. The coke was delicious. It was really cold and was served in a styrofoam cup which kept it cold. I would highly recommend trying their spicy chicken crispy burger as they're are just what you would be looking for, for a CRISPY chicken burger. The person at the cash register for the drive through looked at her colleague (who was taking the bags from the window to the cars) like we had just asked the most inconvenient question in the world when we were clarifying that the red flag for allergy was on our kids meal when it had gotten placed on a different meal on the receipt.. i completely understand venting frustration at work, but right to the customers face? And about something as serious as an allergy?? The audacity is unmatched. We won't be back. I've never had this experience in all my years as someone balancing a major allergy. Absolutely horrible customer service from this location. Ordered through Uber eats and item was missing. I call to see if there is anyway they can do anything to help fix this and I was told by the manager destiny who was extremely rude that it's not their fault and nothing they can do for me it's not anything they did and to contact Uber which if you have ever ordered through Uber eats they do absolutely nothing for you because it is the restaurants fault for not putting an item that I paid for in my bag!!!!!! This manager seemed like she could really care less about me being unhappy about this or care at all to help me out in anyway. When I asked if I could come in and anything could be done she said that there is nothing they could do. I can't believe that this is how this manager handled this situation and I will be making sure that I push this matter and speaking with someone above her.
