Being that my mom has celiac, finding gluten free food options are few and far between. But baked potatoes fit the bill perfectly. The potatoes are HUGE and toppings are piled generously. This was my first time eating from Baked and Loaded. I ordered through Uber Eats. The baked potatoes are a bit pricey, but they were having a buy one get one free, which was a good deal. I ordered the bacon Mac & cheese potato. This was a very generous sized (and heavy) baked potato, with a nice serving of Mac & cheese and bacon on top. The Mac & cheese wasn't anything fancy, but it was a good tasting Mac and cheese. I also ordered the chili nachos, which were a bit good and bad. On the plus side, they separate the tortilla chips, so that they don't get soggy while being delivered. On the negative side, they had a bit of crunch, but tasted a little stale. On the negative side, the chili nachos was really a styrofoam container filled with saucy chili, which left a mess over the bottom of the takeout bag. On the plus side, I love chili, it was good chili, and it was a VERY generous portion of chili (I transferred it to a glass storage container, and you can see in the picture just how large a portion it was. It really was a bit too "soupy" for nachos, but as a chili to dip chips with, it was good. The extra chili was also a good topping for the potatoes. So, while the presentation on the chili nachos was not the best, it made up for it in portion size and taste. Delivery service was good. Both dishes were still warm when I got them. I would definitely order from again. I would also possibly do dine in, just to see what the restaurant atmosphere and ambiance is like. read more

Was in town and my sister been wanting to try this place out. We got chilli, mac and cheese, and original. If Boston had a spot like this, I would definitely come once in awhile lol The chili was really good. I was a little nervous but it definitely good. The flavor of meat and beans were there. After getting my Sunday chores finished, I hit up my nearby wishlist and got Baked & Loaded. I've seen advertisements on Facebook and it's a fun interior with a bar and punching machine. I showed up a tad early at 11:45am and it was empty but I see great potential on later visits, especially during a sports game! I ordered take-out. The server asked if it was my first time and gave me a breakdown of the menu -- he advised that the Chile Spud is the most popular. This was a fluffy potato that he lightly mashed together with some butter, homemade meat chili, cheddar cheese, chives, jalapeños, and bacon. I went with the combo which came with a drink and your choice of corn or soup. He buttered up that corn nicely. Great place to stop by on lazy Sundays but not so much on busy weekday afternoons. Cravings for baked potatoes depend really on the SoFlo weather. On point with cool, dreary and rainy days... not so much in the summer though. They'd be slammed and happening in Wisconsin or any northern college town! read more

This place is just confusing. First the food. Potato and toppings all tasted very good. The Street corn was outstanding! I had the Cowboy which has pulled pork, cheese and bbq sauce. It all tasted great but there wasn't nearly enough of any of it for the potato. Especially at $13. You'll end up eating more than half of it as a plain potato. And why are the meatless ones the same price? $13 for a potato with butter, cheese and pico de gallo?? Their online ordering makes no sense either. It asks what extra toppings you want before selecting the actual potato style. The styles have no description on the ordering screen. It just says the name like Cowboy, Mexican or Bro. The "combo" is just a separate item instead of an add on to your potato. You can get it on its own for the same price whether you're getting a potato or not. Defeats the whole point of a combo. The icing on the cake is the $1.75 convenience fee for ordering on the website. F that. I'll just call and interrupt whatever you're doing. read more

I was on my monthly trip to Bath and Body Works when I noticed this new restaurant all about baked potatoes! Sounded like a dream come true! A few weeks later I stopped in. The restaurant itself I think still needs a lot of work. Its filled with just a bunch of insanely random items, including a large bull statue and claw machine. It was also incredibly warm. I ordered the Mac Spud combo for $15. I can tell you right off the bat...it wasn't worth it. You would think a potato filled with Mac and cheese, jalapenos, bacon, sour cream, cheese and chives would be exploding with flavor, but it was just 'alright.' Its certainly a dish I could make at home that's better and cheaper. Mac was dry and the dish lacked salt overall. We also got the Bro spud, which is just broccoli and cheese, but was the same cost as the Mac spud with half the ingredients. Again, nothing special. We got the elote with our spuds and one if them was insanely stale. You can tell it had been sitting out for quite some time. The kernels were all shriveled up (you can see this in the photo). The other one was perfect. Flavors were really great. They had no regular sized cups for our combo so we had to use small water cups and keep refilling. They also had no napkins out for use. I can't say that I will be back anytime soon, but this place is still relatively new. Maybe with a few more months under its belt it can continue to progress, take the feedback seriously and get better. Its a fantastic concept, just needs a bit more work. read more

I was pretty satisfied with the create your own potato I ordered. They were very generous with the toppings and very friendly. My only complaints are there were flies flying over the bins of food that were covered and the lack of atmosphere. That weird bull statue in the dining room makes no sense and takes up a lot of space. read more

I do not like deceptive practices ! We were handed a menu that offered a BOGO special. We decided to try and luckily asked for any exclusions prior to finalizing the order. This does not apply on weekends the employee offered, whom was working alone. Interesting to note that nowhere on the coupon was it noted nor anywhere on the card. No issue with policy, but false advertising can get you in serious trouble. Simply mark coupon with a warning and/or put them away on weekends altogether. We were put off enough to leave without purchase, and will never likely return. While we wish them luck, it may not be enough as only one person was eating in during lunch hour on this Saturday at 1pm. Restaurant was quiet, stark, and only one employee working this weekend afternoon. Noted several warmers, microwave, and high speed ovens in open kitchen line. Shredded pork was not covered nor was Mac/cheese toppers. read more

When I went to their establishment to pick up the girl who handed me my food as well as Mike were very polite. The place was very nicely decorated for the upcoming holiday, had lots of space to sit down and eat too. The food in itself was really good and came in incredible portions. I loved the pulled pork potato and my daughter said it was the best corn she ever had!

I ordered via Uber, so I cannot comment on atmosphere. I also originally wasn't going to post this, but half of my order was entirely inedible and I was originally denied a full refund for those items, so here we go. Don't order the churros--they were raw in the center (extremely doughy), and they were mushy all around. Additionally, the marker that was used to label the styrofoam containers unfortunately melted and leaked into the churros. I would suggest the restaurant prevent this from happening in the future by using markers whose ink doesn't melt via heat and condensation. This was the only refund I requested, despite it not being the only issue with my order. I paid $10.99 for those churros, and I was only originally refunded a portion of that (Uber had to adjust this on a phone call), Secondly, the chili unfortunately melted the styrofoam cup, the chili bled through the cup, the chili tasted of the styrofoam, and I had to toss it. I would suggest the restaurant prevent this from happening in the future by using containers made of heat resistant material (ie: paper). I didn't even request a refund for this despite me wasting $6.99 on it. With regard to the chili, I can't say for sure because it tasted of styrofoam, but the chili on my potato resembled store bought chili--I'm unsure that it is actually homemade. I'd say avoid this item unless you're okay with paying $6.99 for Hormel adjacent chili and do not get it in a styrofoam container. It's possible that microwaves were used for the chili to melt the styrofoam cup in such a way (I'm trying to give them an out here), and based on the grease leaking from the cheese on the potato, the potato was more than likely microwaved as well, so look out for microwaves if you care about that kind of thing. The corn was decent--it's corn and hard to mess up. The potato was just okay. It was hard and not fluffy, but I let this slide because of time passed from preparation to delivery--who knows (trying to give them another out here). The potatoes were obviously overpriced (it's $16.99 for two on Uber). You can get big potatoes and toppings for way less in the store--you're paying for convenience. However, due to half of my order being inedible, and originally only being refunded a small portion prior to Uber's adjustment, I no longer feel badly about leaving this review. I enjoy the concept of this restaurant and would welcome improvements. As it is right now, if you're viewing this around July of 2024 and considering eating here or ordering from here, probably don't. *Edited for transparency after speaking with Uber on the phone. read more

Where do I even begin? We opened the door and had a wave of hot air hit our face. Is the A/C broken? Are the potatoes being baked out in the open? Just a few questions that came to mind. We take a few steps in and are excited to see a boxing arcade game. You know, put a dollar in and hit the punching bag as hard as you can. This was a lot of fun. We walked back and the worker was proud to show us the mountain of hot potatoes in the oven ready for picking. We just nodded and smiled. We ordered a few different options; beware the sampler option was not available as they only had large spuds. We sat down at the first table next to the commercial sized fan to get a nice wind flow. The food was ok. The chili and mac and cheese were "homemade". I guess warming store-bought food is what they consider "homemade". The straws and lids were not cooperating. The lids had a death grip on the straw forcing it to be at a 45-degree angle or crushed with zero liquid flow. We found out finger blasting the lid opening did the trick. There was so much going on: bedazzled bull with potato sacks hanging from the horns, a tv playing loud music videos from another realm, a bar serving alcohol, etc. The silverware was a thin plastic 3 pack with a built-in napkin. The plastic was melting and bending with every bite. When we cleaned up, the trash receptacle had a circle plastic covering limiting the trash to a circle or smaller. All the containers given were large styrofoam rectangles. The trash had to be fisted into the hole. With that said, would I go back? Probably not. read more

Don't waste your time or money at this place. Not only are the potatoes small but they were overdone .$15 for a baked potato with broccoli and cheese way overly priced. Couldn't eat any part of the skin it was burnt like it was in the oven all weekend. I would have made a baked potato in my microwave and been way happier. read more

I was not planning on eating since I just went to pick up a quick item but I saw this place and had to check them out. I am impressed by the flavor and size of these amazing baked potatoes!
