Reg Double Steakburger Double Cheese with fries
    Misty R.

So the burger was actually really good. But the thing that got me was the beverage bar. You need your receipt to scan in order for the soda to unlock it's the strangest thing I've ever seen! Apparently I threw my receipt out because I didn't know I needed to unlock the machine. So I'm digging in the trash to find it. I couldn't locate it and by the grace of god the manager allowed a worker to fill my cup.but the whole experience really threw me off from ever wanting to return here. Nd like I said the food is actually quite good. Really fresh like they cook to order which is really a rare thing nowadays!

2 original double steak cheeseburgers with fries and 1 chicken tender meal with fries - great value and delicious!

Steak and Shake is honestly way overslept on. From weekday and night dinners to midnight college meal runs, there's never a wrong time to go. It was Father's Day, and what a better spot to grab lunch than for some sizzling burgers! Going in, the layout is a little bit different now as there are ordering screens at the front. I honestly like this as it was slower ordering with the prior system in the past. For lunch we ordered 2x original double steak cheeseburgers with fries, and 1x chicken tender meal with fries. Moving into my review, for fast food standards, this was very good! For starters, each burger was saucy and possessed fresh tasting beef and condiments! I wished the burgers had a little more of a seared crust, but these were still very tasty. The fries were perfectly crisped, and the seasoned salt packets packed a ton of salty garlic unami flavor! Moreover, the chicken tenders were tender and tasted like they were made with real chicken! Overall, I find that Steak and Shake still presents a great bang for your buck and doesn't skimp when it comes to flavor. I'd give this experience a 4.5/5! (PS - don't forget to order yourself a shake like me; they know how do it right!)

This place is terrible. They didn't make my burger as asked. The oil they use is super old making the onion rings and fries taste greasy and absolutely awful. Stay away!

I DO NOT recommend this steak and shake location. The reason for this review is strictly for their drink station. You have to scan a barcode in order to get your drink. And when I went to get up to get a refill after my meal barcode was not working and when I mentioned it to a staff member he said that he will let the manager know, so manager came up and said that they don't do refills! I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and this was never the issue. I completely understand if they change their protocols. My opinion is that they should at least have a sign up saying no refills available. The manager was extremely rude when he said it! I just never seen a place that you have to scan a barcode. Again it's their restaurant and their rules, but at least let customers know when they are ordering.

Back again to this venue due to a milk shake craving! No other place can compare on yummy milkshakes! Located off 441 in Coconut Creek, this Drive thru restaurant has a new way to order inside, Server-free. You place your order on a computer and they call your number when it is ready. We ordered burgers, onion rings and milkshakes. If the burgers had less of a greasy grill after taste, we would be there all the time! The onion rings were great too. Want an afternoon pick me up? Drive through Steak n Shake!

We go here if we're on the way to the movies and are short on time. The place is always busy so we end up sitting at the counter for quick service. I ordered my regular-the portobello mushroom burger and onion rings. My husband got the original double with fries. It is always consistent. The food came out quick and hot. The shakes are hand made and so good. You will wait awhile to get it, so make sure you're not in a rush.

Wasn't long wait that was good but the way the slop all that Mayo on ONE side the Burger ....ikr what I'm post to do enjoy a Mayo n lettuce burger cause not only is it on half it's a glob on one half the burger !!! Like alot people work alll day and wanna come eat not for the bs that comes with it ! Keep these jits out the kitchen!! Definitely won't be back 'n it's my first time here ! This place is pathetic AS HELLLLLL. I'll wipe my a$$ with they burger FOH!!

This is what I ordered; notice the combo first (milkshake and fries for a side), an additional fry and a sprite.

I'm not sure what imbeciles Steak & Shake has employed at this location but I'm really concerned because I'm almost certain they're illiterate. THIS TIME, as in, this is NOT the first time they've proven that the Florida Educational system failed them, but the SECOND time I was given a lemonade instead of a sprite. Aside from being illiterate, they have dysarithmia; I ordered a COMBO, which means it comes with a fry, and I ordered an ADDITIONAL fry on the side. Only got one! I guess 1+1 does not equal 2, in their heads. Might I mention, the fry was more than halfway gone (it came sealed so I'm sure my dasher didn't consume the other 75%) and cold, and the lemonade smelled like puke so I didn't consume either. I did contact DD and received a full refund, but corporate, if you're seeing this... do better. I'll be writing a letter and submitting a formal complaint as well. :)

    Dirty Condiments!!! YUCK!

There is plenty of parking in a charming plaza, and the restaurant sits right on the lake with beautiful fountain and water views. The restaurant itself is very nice, with great lighting, cute tables that each include their own personal TV, a stylish bar area, and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Our server was great. I believe his name was Felipe or Philip. The food was also very good. Chips and Guac: Thin, crispy chips that were not overly salted. The guacamole was fantastic, with fresh pico mixed in and a true guacamole taste, not just mashed avocado. Pomegranate Chicken: My friend ordered this and loved it. It was served over couscous with a dipping sauce on the side. All of the flavors worked really well together. Steak Tips: Cooked perfectly and served with a salad. My other friend really enjoyed this dish. The meat was tender and flavorful. Kids Meal: Not pictured, but the chicken tenders came with fries. The chicken was grilled, which I thought was a great option. The fries were a hit with both the toddler and mom, who happily snacked on them too. I had a glass of Pessimist wine after asking for a recommendation for something slightly sweeter. It was the bartender's suggestion. It was just okay for me. I did not find it sweet, but compared to a drier red, it was definitely smoother and softer in taste. We really enjoyed our visit and spent some time walking around outside afterward. Such a cute spot, and we would definitely return.

Usually a restaurant like this would be packed. Once we got to our table there were flys everywhere. I think we saw about 5 of them on the table or against the window. The staff was actually nice and they did move us to another seat that had less flys, but I still saw one or two after eating. The food itself was ok. I got the fried chicken spicy sandwich and the chicken was not crispy and the fries were a little soggy. My wife got the terriaki tocos which were decent but the side salad was a little underwheling being that is was just pure lettuce. While the staff was very friendly, I can't recommend this place. The price was a little more than I would expect for the caliber of food and the flys are a big turn off. I saw bluelights throught the resturaunt, so I it seems like they are aware of the issue.

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

First off, parking was difficult because this establishment is near other highly frequented businesses. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table for two. The interior is small and intimate, which also meant very loud once it got crowded. After being seated, our water cups were quickly filled, and someone inquired if we wanted drinks. After we were approached twice, still unsure of what we wanted, we were then neglected for at least ten minutes. Our appetizers arrived and still no one had come to get our entree order. The menu is fairly small, and the items are quite pricey. You know what else was small? The drinks! For $18 I want to hold a drink that fills my hand. Was it good, yeah; but it wasn't life changing. We ordered some scrumptious rosemary focaccia and lemon garlic olives to start; my husband chose the Korean Fried Chicken and I opted for the pappardelle bolognese for our main course. Both dishes were tasty, but I don't think either one was reasonably priced at $34. We opted to skip dessert after watching everyone around us receive their meals before us; and only at this time did our waiter seem to become more attentive. Overall, food is great, but overpriced; service was fair - but for over $100 for two entrees, appetizer and one drink, we won't be back.

Keke's is a chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants that opened in 2006 and is based out of Orlando. They have grown to locations all over Florida. I have dined at their Boca and Winter Park locations before. In July 2022, they were purchased by the Denny's Corporation, but Keke's continues to operate separately from Denny's. According to their website, "Keke's Breakfast Cafe is dedicated to providing an outstanding breakfast; a meal where everything is handmade, using the best ingredients available, with fresh fruits and vegetables delivered daily, and using the highest quality bread and dairy products." They pride themselves on service, cleanliness, and quality, and that is what keeps bringing me back. This Keke's location is really bright and colorful. I love the pastel color scheme and Florida-centric theme. The Parkland mural is an especially nice touch. They have a large dining room and a few seats on the patio out back overlooking the waterway. Sierra was my server, and she was so sweet and attentive. I started off with some much needed coffee, which is great here. Bad coffee is a pet peeve of mine. Keke's has the sort of indulgent breakfast menu I love, with stuffed French toast and fruit-topped waffles and pancakes. If you are not into sweet, dessert like breakfasts, they also have a savory lunch menu with sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The entire menu makes my mouth water, especially the decadent stuffed French toast options. I ended up choosing the cinnamon apple French toast and made it a combo with home fries and bacon. Everything was perfection, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ended up needing a take-home box. While I was dining, Sierra kept the coffee flowing and checked in often. If you are looking for both great food and great service, give Keke's a try. I am so glad to have a location closer to home.

The caramel pecan French toast was missing the caramel. The bread was airy which made for a strange texture when I added the watered down and tasteless syrup. The bread also didn't see like it was soaked in batter, just put in a toaster and plated. The bananas on the French toast were from a what seemed a 6 day old ripe banana. You wouldn't need teeth to eat them. The eggs were overcooked and had absolutely no seasoning. The manager said he doesn't like his chef overusing salt, but a bit of salt (and at least butter) is needed to cook eggs. The bacon was cooked well, but still seemed a bit chewy. The only good things about the meal were the grapes and oranges in the side of fruit. Don't think I'll come back to this location, but I won't rule out Keke's next time.
