I don't usually add reviews of chain food establishments, but when I have an experience worth putting out there I do. The staff here are pleasant and ready to help. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and fries, plus a root beer float that never arrived while I ate outside. The worker dropped off the tray at my table, but when I tried to ask about the float, they either didn't hear me or ignored it and went back inside. I hoped the front counter would notice the missing item, but it never came. I didn't want to leave my food unattended outside, so I finished eating first. The food comes out pretty pretty quick too especially if you use the app ahead of time. They also have great rewards. Another bonus is that they have a playground for the kids. I've never not had a good experience at Chik-fil-A...make the drive and go to the one in Ft. Lauderdale! We went through the drive thru and the girl that took our order was sweet, but when I ordered my usual southwest salad with no beans and corn (I cannot eat either), she said this location will not modify any orders. Which tells me food is not made to order here. There was nothing else on the menu I could eat, so I had to order grilled chicken nuggets as my dinner after being on the boat all day. They were absolutely drenched in oil and tasted like they had been sitting there all day. My fiancé ordered his usual fried chicken sandwich and asked for chik fil a sauce. I've been going here for about 2 years and recently I started to order online pick up, (because of the drive thru flow) I do get my order done correctly most of the time, but at times I get either more then I ordered like extra chicken nuggets, or even a sandwich and very rarely get less then what I ordered like missing a large French fry, but does it still happen yes; maybe it's the people packing the orders or how this establishment has their pick up area organized (it's right by the cashier). But nevertheless the food is great just be mindful if you order pick up, you might end up getting less or more food then what you'd ordered (but this doesn't always happen). My favorite location continue to disappoint me. I know drive-thru times are important; however, the people who choose to come inside should at least be greeted. I did a mobile order for pick up at 8:53 at 9:06 I went inside. I got my order at 9:10. Multiple mobile orders were picked up, drive-thru orders completed smoothly. After I paid for it was asked my name, told to take a seat anywhere, and that they would deliver it to my table which was really nice; no having to stand and wait. Sure enough with about 8 minutes a waitress appear, pleasantly stated my name, I waived my hand in acknowledgment and was served. I was rather surprised by the fries not only because they were waffle in shape but tasty and rather grease free as well. As for their Spicy Chicken sandwich, totally delicious, one of the best I've ever had and as for their special Chick-fil-A sauce, outstanding, incredibly good. It was a really good meal and I found this location be very nice. As I was going out to my car, a person who I assume to have been a staff member asked to speak with me. He apparently remembered me from another location and the "Kiss In" protests against Chick-fil-A. He merely wanted me to know that it wasn't Chick-fil-A that had called the police and sort of share a laugh about the fact that we had frightened off the police by puckering up and threatening to kiss them too. Thank goodness for Chick-fil-A. After being stuck in the dirty bowling alley next door where I wouldn't touch the food with a ten foot pole I was in need of a quick meal. I walked over and minutes later I was out the door with my tasty chicken tender meal for $7. Since it is summer they are offering a peach lemonade tea as a seasonal drink. It was sweet and fruity and hit the spot. You can also order a peach milkshake. I love their honey mustard dipping sauce. When I want to be good health wise I choose one of their tasty fresh salads or I chose the fruit cup instead of the awesome waffle fries. Food is always great, staff seems frantic at times. would rather use the app than stand in a line with one register open. Been eating here for years, am going to switch to drive-thru because the absolute -worst- thing they could have done here is open up the playground again ‍ completely un-regulated, you have loud, obnoxious unruly maniac children (and even grown adults) playing and screaming at top volume while their parents stand there with the door open. I just ordered a large chicken noodle soup and it was all broth not one piece of chicken 4 little pieces of carrots and maybe half a dozen noodles if that. 99% broth. It's ridiculous that they can charge $6.00 for a bowl of broth. These Resturant's are charging more money for food and giving you us much less in return.
