A place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chick-fil-a never disappoints. So many different options and choices. Love the dipping sauces. My favorites are the buffalo and the ranch sauce. The grilled nuggets are very good. Waffle fries are so thin and crispy.The chicken sandwich is thick, juicy, flavorful and fried to perfection. Plus, has pickles on a very soft bun. Don't forget to ask for extra pickles on the sandwich with no extra charge. This location in Coconut Creek was newly renovated inside and out. It's now covered in the drive thru. It's nice to have the option to order inside, pick up in a designated spot or drive thru. The service is efficient with always plenty of employees at work. I placed a pick-up order and after receiving a notification that my order was ready, I went inside to retrieve it. Upon arriving, I noticed my order sitting on the counter, but no one acknowledged it. I observed an employee repeatedly opening the bag to check for missing items - only item pending was the milkshake. Meanwhile, the person preparing the bag went outside to chat, and several employees inside were also standing around talking instead of addressing orders. I eventually had to ask the cashier for assistance--specifically to replace my fries because I could tell they had gone cold--and to complete my order with the milkshake. Unfortunately, even the replacement fries were cold, and the rest of the meal had clearly been sitting out for far too long. I had a very disappointing experience tonight at the Chick-fil-A on 441 in Coconut Creek. My party of five ordered dinner for here, but when we went to sit down, every table in the dining room was filthy. None had been wiped down, and I ended up cleaning two tables myself just so we could sit and eat. While we were eating, around 8:50 PM, an employee went table to table telling customers that the dining room closes at 9:00 PM and instructing everyone to gather their trash and leave as quickly as possible. At exactly 9:01 PM, the dining room lights were shut off while customers were still seated. I understand closing the dining room at 9 PM, but rushing paying customers out--especially after serving them dinner to eat inside--is unacceptable. The drive-thru remains open until 10 PM, yet those of us dining in were treated like an inconvenience rather than guests. This happened a few months ago and I've never been back, driving out of my way to another Chick Fil A to avoid this location. I placed a mobile order online and they left out 5 dollars worth of items so I called and requested a refund since I had gotten all the way home. Manager took my name and said shed refund it. A few days go by and no refund on the app. I returned ordered more items. This time I see the manager at the window and ask if they can refund it there. Went to this chick fil a in coconut creek Friday September 13. It was around 5:00 and I knew it would be super busy. All I wanted was the pimento cheese chicken sandwich I waited 45 minutes which I didn't really mind. On my bag was my name and what I had ordered. Sadly I didn't check. Quote me on that ;) I've never been inside at this location only through the drive through and carry out. It's located in a side parking lot across from the chevron gas station on the corner of Wiles and 441. Pros: this location is within walking distance from me so I'm here pretty often. The staff have always been super nice and friendly. The app does give good perks and occasional rewards to redeem free food. Cons: sometimes their systems are glitchy. I've been here a couple of times where they never received my order to make my food when using the app. I was told one time that the system doesn't pick up only drink orders (I was getting 4 milkshakes for my family), that food had to be included as well for the order to be processed in the system. I am a very loyal customer to Chick Fila. It's my go to for fast food for the last 12 years. However it's really disappointing when the people who should be working to give good customer service and make you feel like it's worth coming back is so unprofessional and not properly trained. It's even worst when you are treated based on their own personal judgement and discrimination. That's my experience with one of the team leaders here name Olivia. I've had two encounters with her one where I was given cold food and when I went back to address the issue she didn't care to come and speak with me when she was called. Another person who was very capable dealt with the issue. I was satisfied and I left. On this occasion, after waiting for so long, I was given what looked like two half's of a strip with one even looked as if someone broke a piece off. That's not what I'm a custom to when I usually order the 4 count strips so I immediately called their attention to it. One young lady said she would see what they could do about it. Now came Olivia who directly spoke down to me in an under mining way. I told her I'm not going to accept this and she said she could give me refund then. Not what I expected but I told her ok. I was asked if I used points to pay. I was accused of eating half of the strips, wow...When I explain that I'm a regular customer there and showed her my transaction history she just smirked and rolled her eyes. I said you don't even care huh.... She took my receipt and came back after awhile. Turns out she didn't give me a refund as she stated. I had to return to the restaurant to demand my refund that was never given as promised and this was spitefully done! WOW! Here I was challenged rather than apologized to and making it right. But this is the same attitude as I remembered. If I could give 0 stars I would. Since I only have half an hour lunch, I placed an order online for pick up. I left my office a few minutes later to pick it up. I went thru the drive-thru per the online instructions. When I gave my information, My order is nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, a manager found the order and I was told to park on the side and that it would take 5 minutes. I entertained myself by counting cars going by the drive-thru. But After 17 cars went by I got out of my car and the attendant at the drive-thru came with my order. Missing items, (mac and cheese and the salsa for the nuggets) to say the least, and 2 complimentary cards for two sandwiches. Chic Fil A is one of my favorite places for fast food because number one it's so good and number two, I can eat somewhat healthy here. They have a few salads, a fruit cup as well as a few grilled options. I was looking at a condo nearby and was starving so it was a no brainer to come here for lunch. The drive thru took forever but it was worth the wait. I went with the grilled chicken nuggets which were very good. I usually get the buffalo sauce but since I can't have anything spicy, I picked the ranch as my dipping sauce. Extra ranch because I like to dip. My intention was to order a diet freshly made lemonade but then I remembered I do love their shakes and had a small strawberry shake. The shakes are really good and have whipped cream and a cherry on top. Yes, I realize a shake isn't healthy but my nuggets were grilled so I went with it. I'm recuperating from some GI issues and have to stick to bland food so I can say my shake was medicinal. Who am I kidding, I wanted the shake so I got it & yeah it was worth it! I don't agree with this companies beliefs and values on a few issues, but hunger always wins with me in the end. The dining room is still closed but you can order on their app and do curbside pickup or just go through the drive thru like I did. Either way you will wait so do whatever your comfortable with. My tip is to always check your bag to make sure your order is correct. I try to stay away from fast food but sometimes I cave and find myself at a Chic Fil A. Wrote this in July 2022 - Two things you can always count on. 1 the sun rising in the morning. The second, this Chik-fil-A leaving items out of your order. I normally order for four people and my bill is close to $40 just for items to be missing. Last visit 3 items were missing enough to make up one person's entire meal. I had to constantly go back for them to give me the items that I had paid for. Sometimes I'm in a hurry to get someplace I don't have time to have to catch their mistakes when I'm paying a premium. This issue only became more regular since 2020. And ordering in the app saves no time they only begin the order when you arrive. I'll avoid this place at all costs. Today May 2023 I'm sick a day after taking my family to eat breakfast there, one of their employees was clearly sick and then sat near us to eat in the dining room by the playground when they should have their own area to eat after they closed off a a section of the dining room for their use. Some locations can be hit or miss and this one is a hit. The food is always fresh and delicious tasting. Fries are always hot, for the most part seasoned nicely. Only thing that takes a star off for me is the way they have their staff standing out in the drive-thru rain or shine with no cover to be spoken of. 90+ degree Florida heat and sun beating down on them all day long. Despite that somehow they are always very nice and seemingly eager to take your order with a smile. This is the only chick fil A that I've seen that operates this way. The one right down the road has a tent over it for the employees. The one on Hillsboro usually just uses the talk box in the drive thru. I've even seen them out here on 441 in the rain. It's ridiculous. This place has tons of customers all day long and there's no reason they can't put aside what? Like 1k-2k dollars? To vastly improve working conditions in the drive-thru. First time using the app to mobile order. My daughter and I are driving home and I suggest we try it. She orders while we are driving for curbside pick up. She thinks it's very cool and fun. We are about 5 minutes out...get there and park in curbside spot 1. Within 2 minutes our order is there. We ordered alot ($32) and a customized sandwich. Everything was packed perfectly. I happen to have pandemic complacency at the moment...because everything and everyone seems to be getting things wrong all the time with online orders, DoorDash etc. So my expectations are already low. I was genuinely surprised that they got all of this 100% and fast. It was 8pm on 3/3 and it was busy. I got the new spicy grilled chicken deluxe...and it was sheer heaven. I had not had it before! It has a great kick and flavor. Vegetables on point. Its the first sandwich from a fast food place that actually looked like what is advertised. I was impressed...isn't that sad?
