    Small Orange Chicken
    Britt Z.

I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't have a great experience, but it wasn't awful either. Just okay. It's been several years since I have had Panda Express, and I remember it being in a mall food court, but I remembered the orange chicken was good. When I approached the counter, I was surprised to see the orange chicken was down to just a few pieces. I waited a few minutes as they were already in the process of making a new batch. I also had the three piece order of crab rangoons. The orange chicken didn't taste like they used the right sauce. The chicken itself was okay, but the sauce tasted more like honey and didn't have any orange flavor. The crab rangoons were just okay, even though the cream cheese mixture could have been a little bit thicker. Three stars because the store was very clean and the kids who were working behind the counter were very friendly, and when I questioned if they used the right sauce on the chicken, they each gave me a different answer, which I thought was quite amusing. I wasn't even mad about it because these kids were awesome. They actually made my day, especially when they were debating amongst themselves about if they used the correct sauce. None of them could figure out if they used the orange sauce or not. In my opinion, the prices were on the high end for a fast food chain. Since I don't live locally, I probably won't be back.

Two Build Your Own Plate - 2 Half Sides Beijing beef and orange chicken

I love Panda Express and I get a craving every couple weeks and this is my go-to location! The food is always fresh, and consistent. I usually order a two or three entree plate depending on hungry I am. You can't go wrong with their Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, or even some of their limited time specialties like currently it is a spicy orange chicken. My one downside is when it is rush hour and there are more than a few people in line, they cannot handle the traffic. Between handling online orders and the few people in line, whenever I see more than five people in line waiting to make an order I walk out of the store because I know the time I get a chance to order (which will be about 20mins) then most of the popular dishes like Orange chicken will be sold out forcing you to wait even longer. If Panda Express can learn how to better accommodate mobile orders then I think the problem could be resolved, but until then I grow weary on certain times to visit. I love the food, it's just a matter of timing it right to place an order

The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because I really like the food, it's simple and yummy. HOWEVER, the service here is SO BAD. Literally every single time I come here the line is backed up and I have to wait waaaay longer than I should for something that is supposed to be fast food. The problem is they can't seem to figure out when to cook their food to avoid running out, so everyone is just standing around waiting for the food they ordered. All of the workers just seem confused about what they should be doing. You can order ahead, but it won't save you any time because you'll probably still have go stand around and wait for the item you want to be cooked because they ran out. If there was another location I could go to instead, I would.

No bubble tea here, inside clean and large, with standard Panda Express dishes. Orange chicken running short at 11:30a already! Busy lunch spot as they are making a lot to go. Burnt chicken and veggies in the stir fried mushroom chicken. Maybe we'll try it again later to see if better when they're not as busy?

HORRIBLE service!!!! Food is overpriced! If you ever get the urge for Panda Express avoid this location at all costs!!! I ordered orange chicken and vegetables. This is the serving that I received. Cost? $11.30. NEVER again!!!!!

Manager is mean and makes terrible rice.

Sorry if this review sounds mean. Panda Express is one of my guilty pleasures. This is definitely the worst one I have been to, which probably saves me from eating here too often. The only one who cares less than the staff, many probably in their first jobs, is the manager (pictured). I feel bad for them not having a better example of work ethic and pride in performance. Quite sure they are just following her lead. I have witnessed her berate them in front of customers. She fussed at one of the line servers for giving out portions that were too big, when every other Panda Express makes it a practice to give even more than he had. Even if they want to be stingy, pull him to the side. Not sure if it is on her, or if Panda Express does not offer adequate leadership development. Probably a combo of both. They had a long line on this visit, but not from a rush of people, rather from inefficient staff and an overall lack of urgency. The manager was cooking today so I am sure someone called out sick. Normally she is hiding in the office. Not that it helped her make sure they don't run out of sauces. PS - she makes terrible rice. Bumped up to two stars because the Orange Chicken is slammin'.

Pretty much what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Quick service, yummy food. Prices are decent. I've ordered several times from this location and will continue to!

    (Nasty) teriyaki grilled chicken
    Alexander A.

Ordered delivery (through DoorDash) which ended up taking an hour longer than the quoted 37-47 mins, so everything arrived cold but perhaps more DD's fault/ lack of available drivers since the app just kept saying order was being prepared (instead of assigning a driver). Order was missing the sauce for both the Teriyaki grilled chicken and and the Rangoon. Fortunately they included a couple packets of plum sauce I used, but the Rangoon were so cold and stale that they went into the trash after one bite. The sweetfire chicken was tasty, but the "sliced to order" grilled teriyaki chicken looked (and tasted) more like leftover slop dredged from the bottom of a greasy pan. Couple pieces I tasted were chewy, fatty, and burnt. Not even close to what is described/ shown on their website. Wished they were as generous with the portion of the sweetfire chicken since that's all I was able to eat.

Let's start here: I wanted to love Fyr & Ice. The name sounds fiery and cool -- like the kind of…read moreplace where flavor meets flair. Instead, it felt like the kitchen and the dining room were in a long-term relationship that's stopped communicating. We began with the crispy tofu, which sounded promising -- I pictured something light, golden, and seasoned with purpose. What arrived was tofu on life support. Over-battered, under-seasoned, and fried like it had wronged somebody. I kept waiting for flavor to show up, but it must've taken the night off. Now the chili sauce the tofu was served with was very tasty, it was just that there was so little of it. Not enough to make up for the overpowering batter on the tofu. Then came my kimchee ramen -- a dish that started strong with that first bite of warm broth and tangy kick. But then, plot twist: the kimchee was cold, sitting inside the soup like it refused to participate. The beef had been cooked so long it could survive a hurricane, and the egg... well, let's just say it had passed "soft-boiled" about three minutes ago. My wife, however, lucked out with the udon and shrimp tempura -- nicely done, well-balanced, and clearly made by someone who still believes in flavor. Now, the atmosphere deserves its own mention. The main dining area has all the warmth of a tech startup break room -- clean but cold, not exactly cozy. Then there's the back room, which looks like someone's garage got repurposed into a hangout spot. There's a miniature pool table, an even smaller ping pong setup, and a couch that feels like it was borrowed from your cousin's first apartment. It's quirky, sure, but also kind of confusing -- like they couldn't decide if they were a restaurant, a boba lounge, or a college dorm common room. So yeah, three stars -- because Fyr & Ice isn't bad, it's just having an identity crisis. It used to be so much better and could be again if someone decides to care again. With a little care and a lot more seasoning, this place could go from "meh" to "must-try." For now, it's a decent stop if you're hungry, curious, and not expecting emotional warmth from your ramen.

The broth was rich and flavorful, and the meat in the steak pho was delicious with options for rare or well done, which was nice.
