Soon an employee took my daughter's order of grilled chicken with fried rice and my order of orange chicken with fried rice. I've given this Panda Express a few tries, but each time I walk away a little more disappointed. The staff always seem distracted by the mobile orders coming in, which means the people actually standing in line get ignored. It's frustrating to wait while employees are focused on bags for delivery drivers, especially when you're right there ready to order. The food has gone downhill too. A lot of times it isn't even hot--it comes out lukewarm and tastes like it's been sitting for a while. When it's fresh, it can be decent, but that's been rare. Most of the dishes feel bland, overly greasy, and just not worth the price anymore. I used to enjoy Panda Express for a quick meal, but lately it feels more like settling. After eating here, I often feel sluggish and regret the choice, which says a lot. It's sad because this used to be a reliable spot for a quick bite, but the quality and service just aren't what they used to be. I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't have a great experience, but it wasn't awful either. Just okay. It's been several years since I have had Panda Express, and I remember it being in a mall food court, but I remembered the orange chicken was good. When I approached the counter, I was surprised to see the orange chicken was down to just a few pieces. I waited a few minutes as they were already in the process of making a new batch. I also had the three piece order of crab rangoons. The orange chicken didn't taste like they used the right sauce. The chicken itself was okay, but the sauce tasted more like honey and didn't have any orange flavor. The crab rangoons were just okay, even though the cream cheese mixture could have been a little bit thicker. Three stars because the store was very clean and the kids who were working behind the counter were very friendly, and when I questioned if they used the right sauce on the chicken, they each gave me a different answer, which I thought was quite amusing. I wasn't even mad about it because these kids were awesome. They actually made my day, especially when they were debating amongst themselves about if they used the correct sauce. None of them could figure out if they used the orange sauce or not. In my opinion, the prices were on the high end for a fast food chain. I love Panda Express and I get a craving every couple weeks and this is my go-to location! The food is always fresh, and consistent. I usually order a two or three entree plate depending on hungry I am. You can't go wrong with their Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, or even some of their limited time specialties like currently it is a spicy orange chicken. My one downside is when it is rush hour and there are more than a few people in line, they cannot handle the traffic. Between handling online orders and the few people in line, whenever I see more than five people in line waiting to make an order I walk out of the store because I know the time I get a chance to order (which will be about 20mins) then most of the popular dishes like Orange chicken will be sold out forcing you to wait even longer. If Panda Express can learn how to better accommodate mobile orders then I think the problem could be resolved, but until then I grow weary on certain times to visit. This Panda Express has gotten worse, than it had been in the past !!! Stopped with teen son for take out dinner on Friday night. The visit last 20 minutes due to sheer pandemonium and an undertrained manager on duty. Will call him Sir James .... They are out of Chow Mein but making more. This is one of only two sides and in almost all their meals. They are also completely out of Teriyaki Chicken altogether. So 4 of us wait the Chow Mein meanwhile they packed up the proteins and boxed. They have 4 employees all working against each other in same area. One other Sumo Wrestler sizes man appeared to be a cook, and was just watching the chaos, and staring as this all goes down. Guess it was best not to get involved or perhaps cook some replacement chicken dishes ! Finally they box all the orders boxes that were waiting sides, and manager (Sir James) closes down the only register to checkout, while we all have already waited to go. His lack of skills to manage items "before" they run out and replace cashiers is ridiculous. Wait there is another cashier ... but she walks away and he doesn't stop her or call her back, while he continues to cash out the register. When he is reminded that we are all waiting to pay and lesve, he opens his smart mouth and explains all is running very well. What world is he from when you fail to even recognize the issues and help to reduce or resolve. This location has always been plagued with issues and poor leadership. It's shame for all the line workers that are trying but have no direction and assistance. Sir James would be better as a greeter. And clean up the high touch areas before you get visit from Code Enforcement. read more

They were making fresh chow mein when I arrived which was nice but I watched two customers (muscle heads) confuse the workers up front each saying their food was somebody else's. Well because they and the customer were both confused- the wrong food ended up on the plates. Instead of putting it aside- they scooped the food off the plate and put it straight back into the hotline. I watched them do this with both the noodles and the rice and the chicken! I'm allergic to string beans and I was just floored at how a restaurant worker could care so little about cross contamination. Sorry if this review sounds mean. Panda Express is one of my guilty pleasures. This is definitely the worst one I have been to, which probably saves me from eating here too often. The only one who cares less than the staff, many probably in their first jobs, is the manager (pictured). I feel bad for them not having a better example of work ethic and pride in performance. Quite sure they are just following her lead. I have witnessed her berate them in front of customers. She fussed at one of the line servers for giving out portions that were too big, when every other Panda Express makes it a practice to give even more than he had. Even if they want to be stingy, pull him to the side. Not sure if it is on her, or if Panda Express does not offer adequate leadership development. Probably a combo of both. They had a long line on this visit, but not from a rush of people, rather from inefficient staff and an overall lack of urgency. The manager was cooking today so I am sure someone called out sick. Ordered delivery (through DoorDash) which ended up taking an hour longer than the quoted 37-47 mins, so everything arrived cold but perhaps more DD's fault/ lack of available drivers since the app just kept saying order was being prepared (instead of assigning a driver). Order was missing the sauce for both the Teriyaki grilled chicken and and the Rangoon. Fortunately they included a couple packets of plum sauce I used, but the Rangoon were so cold and stale that they went into the trash after one bite. The sweetfire chicken was tasty, but the "sliced to order" grilled teriyaki chicken looked (and tasted) more like leftover slop dredged from the bottom of a greasy pan. I told the cashier I'm here to pick up an online order, she checked with couple of food service people then finally noticed a big box next to her in plain view on the opposite side of the food service line. My impression: these people don't know what they're doing. Food wise, the boxes were not filled to the top, the super greens was the best dish of all. Today marks the third time that I have eaten here within my lifetime. Twice within the past 13 years at this location. My previous review mentioned tiny pieces which most likely stemmed from having the bowl dish. I tried the entree, and the portions were large. The Orange Chicken was good, the Honey Walnut Shrimp less so. The Beef with Broccoli was also ok. For some time with out notice the inside has been off limits. Ok, understandable. However, you're unable to call as well to place an order and the online ordering risks your order including many errors. This location has truly declined in service and management of customers to include hanging up on customers in the action of placing an order. Came in at 9PM on the 4th of July. Was greeted by the nicest fast food restaurant crew ever! Was seriously shocking how friendly they were, in particular Ellie/Elizabeth who took our order and prepped our orders for us. Whoever the manager is, you better take good care of this crew! Store is currently only serving "to go" due to staffing issues. I picked up dinner for my family on Wed Jan 12 Beef was "soft" almost raw. Sweet fire chicken was both undercooked and burnt in same dish. Obviously they combined different batches, 0 for 0 on the effort. Orange chicken was just plain raw. Completely inedible and dangerous. Fried rice / noodles and veg were ok. I have contacted this location and left messages and received ZERO return calls or emails. I would post photos but that would be unfair and quite frankly obscene. Currently running on minus stars. No customer service in a buisness driven by service and repeat customers. My family and I came here for lunch yesterday. We got there at around 11:10am, and less than a third of the entrees were ready. Since the restaurant opened at 10:30am, we were extremely upset to see that there were so few choices. When we asked the girl who was taking our order, she goes "it's not ready yet." This might have been the best Panda Express location I have visited. I remember P.E being usually at mall food courts or rare tiny locations outside of malls. This one has a open layout with a few tvs on the wall. There were plenty of chairs and tables as well as outside seating. One of my co workers wanted Chinese fast food for lunch. I decided to go with her, and I'm glad I did because I was amazed by the options. They had a assortment of different chicken and beef dishes which appeared to be fresh. In shrimp they had two choices. In sides they had fried rice, lo mein and veggies choice. I liked the fact that they didn't cook in huge quantiles. Many places like this would cook in a big batch and you would be eating food which has been sitting in the hot area for many hours. I'm assuming they make everything in small quantity and replace it frequently. They have three sizes in their bowls. I opted for the smallest bowl which was the perfect size. In my order I got the veggie lo mein and crispy shrimp. The shrimp portion consisted of three big size shrimp with tail nicely cooked. I was surprised to see fortune cookies in my to go box. Coming here I would never have guessed that my experience would be so good! I love Chinese food, whether it be fast food take out, dine in or buffet, so I have had my fair share of Panda Express before, however, this was my first time here and I can't wait to go back. Only one person, Sally, working the front so that slowed things down a bit, but she was definitely apologetic about the wait. I salivated over the orange chicken while I waited. They have many sizing options for you to pick from. I debated between the three option and the two, ultimately going with the two option and adding a chicken egg roll. The portions are huge here. I felt like my mom was back there behind the counter doing the scoops to make sure I was eating enough. Everything came to about $10 which is definitely reasonable. The table I sat out was really dirty and truly, that's the only bad thing about my experience. The food was delicious as usual. The cup full of soda I had made me happy. The staff was more than friendly. They have plenty of options, if not more than the mall versions I typically go to. This is now my go-to Panda spot.
