I stopped by Spikey Ty for take out dinner while I was in Coral Springs for the weekend, and was happy with the taste and temperature of my two entrees. The staff were very nice, and service was prompt. The inside of the restaurant was charming, and if it wasn't so late (I ordered 30 minutes before closing) I'd probably enjoy dining in. I tried their Orange Tofu (fried tofu in orange sauce) with brown rice and Chicken Pad Thai, both seasoned well and delicious. Highly recommend!

This Chinese restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere, even though the space is small, the tables are large and the seats are comfortable. Everything here is very clean, especially the kitchen, all the appliances are stainless steel and sterilized, the bathroom is cleaned every time someone uses it (This is impressive) And about the food... I have nothing to complain about, the waitress was super polite and careful.

We have ordered this togo for the past 3 weeks! This was another Yelp find, and everytime it is delicious! We have gotten so many different dishes and we enjoy every bite of them.

    Dirt- lots of it

Filthy. Go see for yourself. Bathrooms are disgusting and include dead bugs and lots of dirt. Entire restaurant is dusty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Wonder what the kitchen looks like?

Initially tried this place because it is close to my house, the first time I went I got a sushi roll and the Singapore noodles. The sushi was okay, but it was the Singapore noodles that got me hooked! I probably order them 1 time a week now. Always quick and friendly service!

the food was great. We ordered a happy family meal , wonton, egg drop, miso soups, evergreen rolls, and a kids katsu meal. I will say the only odd parts were that the katsu came grilled? typically it's breaded, but not in this case. and the wonton was very salty, so salty you couldn't taste what kind of broth it was. Everything else was so good it made up for these 2 items. The lady was very nice too.

Average, at best but pricey so I don't recommend. They didn't even give me the correct food.

And their ambiance is fun, especially when they open their extension on weekends. We've gone at lunch and dinner, with just our small family and with a larger group. Our friends from Miami trek all the way north just to come here to fulfill their Korean cravings, and we proudly and gladly join. If you come with a big group, call ahead! My usual in the beginning was the seafood soft tofu soup, but since have added to our rotation: rose tteokboki (a must share), yaki spicy stir-fried ramen (basically if you want the yummy spicy rose sauce but sub the tteokboki with ramen noodles), Japanese curry cutlet (katsu), Korean fried chicken, bulgogi fried rice, pork belly, and galbi. We've tried a few others on the menu, but these are what we highly recommend to our friends. Even our little ones love it here! When we order drinks, they all have been good and they definitely don't skimp on the alcohol in their cocktails. My husband prefers drinking beer and usually will go for the Tsingtao or Sapporo. Don't ask us about the dessert though because by the end of our meal, we're usually stuffed! Overall, if we have any cravings for Korean food and don't want the kbbq experience, you can definitely find us here!

We got in on a Friday night with no reservations, and got seated right away. Fun vibe with upbeat pop music playing, fun young staff, a gift shop, and decent decor. Food was brought out as each individual thing was finished instead of for the whole table, so a meal came before an app and one of us had all their food before the other, but eventually we had all our stuff and it was time to eat. Portions were good sized. Food was very tasty but not a lot of spice. We had asked for medium to be safe but everything was utterly devoid of heat.

I love the little statue in the front. Our waitress was super sweet and gave us great recommendations. I am super fan of green beans and they did not disappoint! Super crunchy with delicious garlic I couldn't be happier. The cucumbers were crisp and sweet I loved the sauce. Chicken soup dumplings were perfect definitely eat them as soon as they come out so you can get the full soupy experience. Scallion pancake wasn't my favorite but the sauce with it was super yummy. Cheng Du chicken is served purposefully cold. In my opinion it would taste better hot haha but still very juicy and tender. Absolutely loved the sauce it's served in a little spicy and savory. Definitely think it would pair well with rice so think about ordering a side with it! For dessert the chocolate buns were amazing. Deceiving on the outside with warm gooey chocolate on the inside this was my favorite item.
