More like 3 1/2 stars as there is no ambiance whatsoever. You order and pay at the register and they call your number for pickup. And depending on who takes your order, there's no warmth or personality, either. The prices are a bit high, so we decided to share a pork souvlaki platter. This wound up being just the right amount of food for us as there were 2 skewers of meat and enough sides. We got the pork well done. For our sides, we got salad and green beans. It came with pita bread and tsaziki sauce. We divided everything up on an extra plate. The salad had a lot of feta cheese on it. The green beans were mixed with onions and sautéed in tomato sauce -- I liked them. And the pork was done as requested and very tasty. I have to say, I was surprised that I liked my meal as well as I did. Sodas are self serve. And you can get a refill. But they control the machine by having a code on the side of the cup which you must scan before you can get anything to drink. This is the first time I've ever seen this type of portion control. I've been trying to eat healthier lately. I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter. I was so happy to see that they had green beans and peas on the menu as I'm so used to the rice and french fries side options at Greek restaurants. Unfortunately when I received my meal, I looked and the green beans and peas were covered in tomato sauce and onions. I was fully prepared to just eat the chicken and toss the veggies. but I figured I'd ask if I could return them and get another side. The cashier was kind enough to take the veggies and once again, I had my french fries and rice sides! Here's your sign to just stick with what you know is delicious on the menu! There were many workers, so not much of a wait to order or receive your food at all. There are about 10 tables and they have seats available to sit in for to go orders. I haven't had Gyromania is some years but I was a frequent visitor of their Coral Springs location first then this location once it opened. I was in the area on yesterday and decided to stop in for lunch. The staff was helpful and nice and the restaurant was pretty clean. Since it was Sunday, they were not a lot of customers inside, more were to go orders. I ordered the falafel platter with double salad, as I love their salad and dressing. It was around $17 which a bit pricey for this platter compared to other fast food Greek spots. I waited for about 10 minutes for to order to go. I noticed that they do charge .85 for extra tzatziki and dressing. Thankfully, my salad had 2 cups of dressing. The platter came with 10 mini falafel balls with tzatziki, and my Greek salad which came with everything except the feta cheese. I was not a fan of their falafel balls are they weren't crispy on the outside and very mushy on the inside. These falafel balls remind me of the mini ones from Trader Joe's. They lacked the flavor profile you want from falafels. I honestly prefer them to be larger in size. Also, the salad had some old mushy pieces that I had to pick out. The pita bread was always my favorite from Gyromania and that definitely did not change. It was cooked perfectly, and was almost buttery. It's great for dipping in the salad dressing and tzatziki sauce. Overall, it's ok not my favorite fast food Greek spot as there are better in the area. read more

Have been eating here for years. No complaints about the food or the service. The staff is always nice and helpful if needed, They provide "silverware" which makes it al lot easier to eat the food, and if they're out someone will usually go in the kitchen to retrieve more. My complaint is about the price. I stopped ordering the lamb over a year ago due to the price increases now the Gyro platter which used to be around $10 is over $16. Not to mention they got rid of the app that tracked visits and $10 off after every 10 visits. I had gone from eating there once per week to every other week, and I would say now I probably will treat myself to once every other month. It's a fast food place with a greek-ish theme, sort of the way McD's is sort of a hamburger place. There are plenty of greek/mediterranean places nearby that actually make their own gyro or souvlaki. Don't judge but I'll just say my kid likes potatoes like me. Also ordered the yogurt dip- tzatziki for him. We also ordered two wraps: classic philly and flame Olympus chicken. Everything was excellent and we ate there. The only thing I wish they had was high chairs that have the section in the middle. My kid was jumping out of the chair literally. No frills gyro spot. I got the chicken gyro the pita was hard so it was hard to bite & chew but the chicken was flavorful. The girl at the register was very nice , there was an older man I'm not sure if he's the owner or manager but he was being very mean to his employee because she was the only one on the register with a long line of customers so she was unable to answer the ringing phone. It's a good local place to grab a decent dinner and go, there are plenty of tables to dine in. There was a time that when I ordered a Greek salad and often I ask for extra feta and olive's which I pay for but the last two times extra olives were a total of three, that's right three olives, silly maybe. Now i go to Publix olive bar so i have it for my salad. The spinach pie is consistently delicious. The falafel is not always consistent last couple of times overcooked and extra dry. Wow, I can't say enough good things about this place. Let me preface it by saying I am somewhat picky and often times have some sort of dietary restriction, such as low carb and sometimes keto. I usually get one of the platters (gyro, chicken, salmon or shrimp) with 2 sides (my favorites are the Greek salad, rice, and green beans). Hubby usually gets a burger and maybe a pita. The food is always cooked perfectly, never too dry or undercooked. Never greasy or salty. Salads/veggies are always fresh. Pita is always fresh. Employees are always really nice and the service is quick (even though everything is made to order). You can dine in or take out. The most awful dirty place to eat, I repeat never eat here. The floors are filthy, the dirt coke machine had mold on it. The meal I had was disgusting-hard rice, gross chicken not even cooked, specifically stated I was allergic to onion and had to seek medical treatment after a specific item was found in my food even after I was assured due to an allergy it would not be and obviously placed on salad etc. The owner could care less, I spoke to three employees to try to speak with the owner, a manager named Sokol who was and admitted she was embarrassed for her boss to not return calls.
