The place is kind of hard, to put together thematically. I get the Miami color scheme but the layout was kind of weird with a bar on the side and a lot of kids drawings on the whole left side of the wall. Prices were "okay" a single party is $7 but if you add cheese and some onions it's $10 which is kind of a large up charge for two things. The cheese is vegan since this is a kosher burger joint. The food was okay, the burger lacked a lot of the depth that I expected from a smash burger. It was just a regular burger, kind of bland. The fried Onions were "okay" too, it felt like they didn't bring the oil to temperature before dropping it in so they were soggy and oily. The service I got was good though, the girl explained everything and was really nice. I did leave a tip even though I honestly don't think they should be asking for tips for a place where you have to clean up after yourself and all they did was bring it out. Which is Panera bread level of service.

I even offered a potential collaboration, which is something I do often with businesses. Some say yes, some say no, and that is completely fine. What isn't fine is overhearing the owner speaking about me to her staff in a rude and unprofessional way, assuming I couldn't hear it. I approached her calmly and addressed it directly. Letting her know I hear her speaking of me. She immediately changed her tone and asked what I heard. I chose to de-escalate and move on and I said I heard she's excited to collab. Just to keep the peace. That alone says a lot. Beyond that, the service overall was unprofessional. At closing, instead of communicating that they were closing, the hookah was abruptly taken from my hand with no communication as decent customer service would do, even though there were still other tables present. Again, this was the owner. Overall, between the low quality experience, the contrast between the nice outdoor setup, and the lack of basic respect and professionalism, I would not recommend this place. They are located in a petite suite by the office depot on glades. The address is 129 NW 13th Street suite #24, Boca Raton, FL. The food is still soooooooo good. I'm so happy that they stayed alive through the pandemic. I got to talk to the owner (fabi) for a little bit, who remembers me, super nice guy! I'm just so glad they are still around. The restaurant is smaller than it used to be, but I don't worry about that. The owner puts love in his food, is loyal to his community, and makes you feel special. We haven't explored the fried items or much else on the menu, so we can only speak to that side, but in that regard, no complaints. That said, the overall experience as a customer especially when you're unfamiliar with the area or just stopping in between meetings or on a lunch break--needs improvement. After ordering and paying, being directed to leave the line, drive around multiple corners and blocks, and then return just to find parking (which can take 30+ minutes) is frustrating and impractical. It turns what should be a quick and convenient stop into a time-consuming hassle. Another ongoing issue is consistency with the grilled group option. Even though it's listed (and often stapled to the menu), we find ourselves having to ask about it almost every visit. Many times it's unavailable--they've run out, it's not being offered that day, or there's some other reason it can't be ordered. That kind of uncertainty makes it difficult to plan, especially when that's the main reason we choose to come here. From a business standpoint, there should be a more efficient system in place for handling customer flow and parking, along with better consistency and communication around menu availability. The food keeps us interested, but the logistics and unpredictability make it difficult to justify stopping in regularly. I didn't place my order right away because I was still unsure, and when I made up my mind, the manager helped me, and I ordered the snapper combo, but swapped the fries for okra. When he gave me the receipt, I realized the total bill was higher than it should have been, and I saw that he hadn't swapped the fries and had overcharged me. I asked him why he overcharged me when the counter girl told me I could swap them. He told me he couldn't do that. I told him that was ridiculous because I don't eat fries and would have to throw them away, and he said he'd only sell it to me that way. So I canceled everything and left... the customer service was terrible!!!!!!
