    Falafel Platter
    Joleen W.

I love Hannah's Kitchen! Today was my second time picking up takeout during my lunch break and my meal was phenomenal. I ordered the Falafel Platter. The portion was huge, the falafel was warm and crispy and perfectly seasoned. The rice is so light and fluffy and perfectly cooked - so good! The hummus and salad were delicious as well. I was served quickly and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is bright and clean. I will definitely be becoming more of a regular!

If you're looking for good Mediterranean/ Arabic food this is your spot. I got the beef shawarma and it was just what I was craving. Everyone else I was with got grape leaves, chicken kabob and falafel. They enjoyed their meals as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The portions were large and plated beautifully. If we're in this area again we will definitely be back. My only complaint is that I wish the restaurant was a little cleaner. When we first walked in the people that I was with were very weary about eating here because it wasn't up to their clean standards. However, everything was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

First time going there very disappointed I ordered chicken salad basically only lettuce in there a few piece of chicken it's a waste of $50 also they charge me for hot sauce, which is unheard of I will never go back again , I just asked for two extra hot sauce the salad was an absolutely disaster. I cannot believe you even answer back the right way I'm a industry. This is pathetic. Good luck with your business.

Chicken shawarma special was very tasty! Chicken could've been a tad spicier, but flavors worked well. Don't skimp on pomegranate molasses!

I was spending time with the family tonight, and we wanted to try something new. Looking around online, Hannah's kitchen seemed to be popping, so we decided to head there! Going in, Hannah's kitchen was tucked away inside the Plaza, but we finally found it. The restaurant had the vibes of a Middle Eastern grocery store and had somewhat limited seating, but that didn't stop us from eating here. This evening we ordered 1x chicken shawarma pita, 1x chicken shawarma special wrap, and 1x zatar cheese bread! Moving on with my review, our experience was great! The owner, Hannah herself, greeted my family and chatted with us for quite a bit (very friendly)! As for the food, the dishes were simple, yet tasted very fresh, and had a nice contrast of flavors too. My only critique is that I found the chicken itself could use more mediterranean seasoning as it was missing that signature spice. Despite this feedback, the food & service was near excellent, and I'd definitely be glad to come eat here again! My final verdict 4.5/5!

The food was very good, I would just wish the Pita was bigger & hot, portion was good.People very nice.

Stopped in one day for a quick lunch and grabbed something to go. This place was an Amazing find! The food was delicious. Everything was so fresh and tasty. It was one of the best meals I've grabbed for a quick lunch. I would definitely recommend. The people were so sweet, the inside was small but was full and the food was definitely why!

Desert Heat in Suburban Florida…read more Coral Springs is not exactly known for culinary danger. It's polite. It's manicured. It behaves. And then you walk into Falafel Gourmet and suddenly you're not in suburbia anymore -- you're in a little Middle Eastern oasis hiding in plain sight on State Road 7. First thing that hits you? That glass case of baklava. Not two sad trays. Not corner-store pastry vibes. A full shimmering lineup of honey-soaked, pistachio-loaded, syrup-dripping architecture. It's the kind of display that makes you whisper, "I'll pretend I'm taking it home for later." You're not. You're eating it in the car. Then the homemade lemonade. Not powdered. Not lazy. Fresh. Bright. And just when you think you've figured it out -- there's that hint of ginger. Subtle heat. Like it knows something you don't. It cuts through the richness like a blade. One sip and you realize Florida doesn't deserve this level of refreshment. Now let's talk shawarma. Lamb. Chicken. We had both. And this is where things get serious. Juicy. Properly seasoned. Wrapped tight. No soggy collapse halfway through. No bland filler. Just meat that's been treated with respect and cooked like someone's grandmother might actually yell at them if they messed it up. If your shawarma needs sauce to survive, you've already failed. This one doesn't. The service? Warm. Real. No robotic upsell script. You feel like they actually want you there. Like they care whether you enjoyed it. And then the teas. There's a section of teas that will make you want to point randomly and say, "Surprise me." You start asking questions. You start trusting recommendations. You start planning a second visit before the first one is done. This isn't fast food. It's edible hospitality. We walked in curious. We walked out planning to come back tomorrow night. That's the only review metric that matters. Will I come back? Hell yes.

Chill & Grill serves up the BEST falafel pitas in all of SoFlo…read more I swung by for an early lunch and ordered the falafel pita with the works on the spicy side. The server took on the challenge and passionately assembled this pita with hummus, tahini, Israeli salad, baba ganoush, topped with schug. A to-go container of tahini to finish off this masterpiece. Absolutely phenomenal. The falafel was hydrating to go with this flavorful assembly. They are doing it right -- nothing else close in SoFlo.

If you are looking for Israeli food and would like it to taste like authentic Israeli street food,…read morethen you've come to the right place. Juicy, not the least bit dry, thinly sliced, marinated chicken kebab (notes of tangy za'atar) on a "platter" came with 2 warm, somewhat dry pita's and as many sides as you would like. Sides included white or red cabbage, hummus (on the thin side),well-balanced tahini, eggplant salad, spicy shug (Israeli, spicy salsa) and Israeli salad (cucumber, tomato, parsley and lemon). The platter was $28. Very tasty. Another enjoyable dish was a laffa (thin bread) warmed and slightly toasted with expertly prepared and seasoned falafel sandwiched in between all the sides mentioned above. There was so much going on that you'd think it would fall apart or mask the flavor of the falafel, but nope. The chickpea falafel really stood out and even provided a bit of unexpected crunch. The sandwich was huge, and undoubtedly shareable, but I managed to eat the whole thing. $17.99 2 canned drinks ($2.39 each) plus fries ($10.99?!) somehow came to just under $70 with tax and tip. We did not take our receipt (our bad) and after sitting down to write this review, I am perplexed how we got to that number. I peruse the online menu and see that the platter is $31.99 (or was it $20.99 in-house because one of the sides was hummus? Did we know we were adding extra?); the sandwich online says it is $14.99. I seem to recall it was the aforementioned price. I honestly don't know. I mention the prices because I realize (knowing in advance) that Chill & Grill is Glatt Kosher and for that reason prices are usually on the higher side (we accept this), however we left thinking, "Would we go back and spend $70 again in a dingy, unappealing shopping center in a place with zero, almost neglectful atmosphere and eat on uncomfortable metal chairs with our food served on styrofoam and drink out of dollar-store quality cups even if we really, really liked the food?" The answer unfortunately is no.

I would definitely go back and try more. I shared the egg plant hummus with the warm pita bread, the fig and goat cheese pizza, so much flavor, the shiitake dumplings were so good, the amount of mushroom to dumpling was great, the peanut sauce was very light and delicious.
