I was putting this place off for a while because I wasn't really sure if I would enjoy it; however, when I finally went, it did not disappoint. I was instantly greeted by a young man, I assume to be a food runner, who was super kind and provided good insight. I also noticed that the restaurant was VERY clean. I ordered the falafel despite never having falafel in my life, and it was delicious.

Went for falafel with my BFF, my first time, she was there before, it did not disappoint. Falafel was fresh, stuffed in pita with Hummus & Israeli salad $14.00. Service was prompt. Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.

After reading some mixed reviews, I was not sure what to expect. The food here turned out to be wonderful! This Boynton restaurant is kosher and is closed on Friday afternoons and on Saturdays. So plan accordingly. It's not a fancy place more like a diner or luncheonette. If you're eating in, just choose a table and take a seat. The menu is on the wall as well as on a printed menu. Each table has a number on it. We were greeted very soon after we were seated. The waiter took our drink order after giving us our menus. I knew I was in the mood for felafel so it didn't take me long to figure out what I wanted. We decided to share a felafel platter. The felafel ("deep fried chickpea balls with herbs and spices") were some of the best I've had. The platter was served with two sides of our choice. I chose the Israeli salad and their rice and beans. You also get a choice of three different "salads". They usually choose these for you -- it's a long list (see the salad bar offerings), but there a few of the items that are not my favorites. So, I told our waiter what we wanted. I chose the original babaganoush, beets, and hummus. They were making a new batch of hummus so we did have to wait for that one. Two fluffy pieces of pita also comes with all platters. The platter was big enough for us to share. And we liked all the sides and salads -- especially the creamy hummus. The place was pretty busy when we stopped by for lunch. It's a "meat" restaurant so they have lots of non- vegetarian offerings like shawarma, grilled chicken, beef kebabs, and even hamburgers. And a lot of other middle eastern favorites like grape leaves, morrocan merguez, shakshuka, and baklava. Prices are a bit higher here as it's kosher. Kosher meats are expensive. But portions are made for sharing. And we look forward to coming back for more of their offerings.

We were able to squeeze in and find a table just before the lunch crowd arrived. They have a menu board as well as table menus delivered by a server. We ordered a Falafel Plate which had six of the best falafel balls I have ever enjoyed and was accompanied with two sides, (we chose Beans and rice and Israeli salad), and three servings of Bissli salads of ( hummus- babaghanous- red beets) with warm pita bread. Within a reasonable amount of time, our plate and sides arrived and the portion size was generous enough to share between us. A family of ten sat at tables near us and the seven children were served pretty quick and were occupied enjoying their meal. Tables are also available in a backroom as well as tables outside. Every component of our meal was very flavorful, served hot and very delicious enough to put Bissli grill on our MUST RETURN list!

The decor is awesome for all my rock lovers. Parents - there's arcade games for the kids for $1/play cash or card For being a chicken joint the menu still has a great variety. Marvin is the man & helped us figure out the best food to try for our first time. Matt the second time was also extremely helpful and jumped to assist everyone who came in. They have touch screens you order from but I prefer speaking to a human - which all the guys are quick to help you out if you are trying to rage against the hospitality service machine. I went for the chicken and waffles & I've never been so sure of my life decisions. Holy sweet proof that God loves us on a tray. It also reheated well in the air fryer bc I could not finish it in one sitting (I mean...I could I would just be in physical pain for stuffing myself beyond what my stomach can tolerate) My man got whatever Marvin recommended which was a huge bowl of rice fresh veg and chicken which was also delicious and lasted for another meal. I don't have pictures bc we didn't bring our phones on our walk so you're going to just have to come and get a bowl for yourself to see it. The second time I brought my son and I made sure to bring my phone to take pictures. The Mac and cheese is also delicious. Has a bit of a kick but not hot. While the name alludes to spicy chicken you can get "country" style which has no heat. So again for a place with just chicken, Louie's has a lot to offer. They also drop the chicken fresh which I love. Bottom line- The food is delicious. The staff are awesome. The music and games are entertaining. Highly recommend!

One of the best things about this place is that you can choose your spice level--from "country" (no heat) to "Bat Outta Hell" for those who like it seriously hot. It makes it easy whether you're sensitive to spice or want a challenge. The atmosphere stands out right away--very rock 'n' roll inspired with drum-style lighting fixtures, band stickers throughout, and Band music playing in the background. It gives the restaurant a fun, laid-back vibe. They offer all the classics, including chicken and waffles, which looked great. I decided to go a bit lighter and ordered the Blazing Chicken Bowl with romaine instead of rice. It was fresh, flavorful, and still had a nice kick without feeling too heavy. Every meal came with an extra sauce, if needed for more flavor. Location is super convenient--right off the turnpike off Atlantic Ave, so it's easy to get in and out. Overall, a great addition to the area. Looking forward to coming back and trying more items (and maybe bumping up the spice level next time!).

I started thinking... if the Chinese food at Flybird is anywhere near as impressive as everything else they do, this could be a revelation... especially considering the dearth of really good Chinese food in South Florida. So I waited for Sunday with anticipation. Yes... they had Egg Rolls! And I also noticed they recently added Egg Drop Soup to the regular menu. Perfect... now I could assemble a complete meal. In addition to the Egg Rolls, I ordered the Egg Drop Soup, BBQ Chinese Ribs, and Chicken Fried Rice. Wow! Winner Winner Chinese Dinner!! Everything was excellent. The Egg Drop Soup is rich and heartier than the versions you typically see... absolutely delicious. The Egg Roll is hand-rolled and feels like a gourmet interpretation... exactly what you'd expect if a serious chef decided to elevate a classic, served with housemade Duck Sauce and Chinese Mustard. The BBQ Ribs were also fantastic... fall-off-the-bone tender, meaty, and loaded with flavor. And then there's the Chicken Fried Rice... unlike any version you've probably had before. It's packed with generous chunks of chicken and real vegetables throughout. Broccoli in fried rice? When have you ever seen that? A huge portion too... loved it. Everything here always seems to be done with thought and care. We're lucky to have a serious chef like Michael bringing his culinary talent and creativity to Delray Beach. He keeps finding ways to surprise people... and that's a big part of what makes Flybird so much fun. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

So this is not a restaurant but rather a takeout spot so no dining in. They have a large menu but they're known for the rotisserie chicken and latkes so that's what we ordered. They have an early bird menu and daily deals that offer incredible value. We got the lunch or early bird special which was around $10 for a 1/4 chicken, latke and coleslaw. That's cheaper than McDonald's meal these days. Even without the specials the prices are very fair. The food is awesome, probably the best roast chicken I've ever had. It was juicy and tender and the skin had the most delicious seasoning. The latkes were just as amazing, still crisp even though we had picked up the food a couple of hours before consuming. They were perfectly seasoned, a hint of onion, just perfection. We also had coleslaw and macaroni salad and these were also great but standard. Service was quick and efficient, again no table service so can't comment on that. Overall this is a hidden gem. Value is not only fantastic but the food is really amazing as well.
