My daughter became a huge fan of Emek Light Kosher cheese which we picked up at Costco over the last year or so. They unfortunately discontinued it, so we wound up on a search for it across the area. That's how we came across KC Market. The store is probably the biggest Kosher market I've ever seen. They have a huge selection of meats, dairy, prepackaged foods and ready to go meals. Also, there are many high quality items from Israel, including cheeses, hummus, chips, frozen foods, sweets, you name it. As with most Kosher markets though, the big issue is price. They are so expensive! We used to get that package of Emek Light cheese for about $7 a lb at Costco. Here it's nearly $10 for half a pound. And it's pretty much the same story with every product. Other than the prices, very solid market. I'm not often in the market for a Kosher stuff, but I would gladly stop by again if something popped up. Four stars from me. read more

This place was a trip! Stopped in after I was lunching nearby as I was curious. This was like the kosher version of Whole Foods. I'm not kosher, but if you're in the area you might find this grocery market as interesting as I did. There are a lot of various departments and sections in addition to the shelves full of canned and packaged goods and the cases of frozen items. One of the first things I saw was a kiosk making felafel sandwiches and plates. Then there was the bakery ... with all sorts of cakes and pastries. Did I mention the tall case with all types of fresh made hummus? The long table with large blocks of halvah had me stopping. Halvah is a semi sweet dessert/candy made from sesame seeds and honey. Each large rectangular block was marked with its flavor is sold by the pound and was under a plastic cover. I watched as two ladies made their selections and a man came by to cut off a slice to their directions. He didn't like that they wanted a taste first to help them decide. I chose blindly a small thin slice of the dark chocolate variety. There was a sushi section, meat department, packaged, and a separate butcher area, a fish department, and all sorts of fresh dairy products and frozen goods. The ready to go food cases were large. I stopped here. too, to see what they had. I wound up getting some bow tie pasta with buckwheat groats (kasha varnishkes). Kosher food is relatively expensive in general. And now even more so -- as non-kosher foods have increased in price, as well. The meat prices are the highest cost, but other items are more reasonable especially if you are getting something unique or not easily found at your local grocery store. I've been here several times, and they had an exceptionally good chicken soup in the past, called Chicken Soup Grandma. It was $12.99 per container, expensive for about 2 meal size servings, but it did have large chunks of chicken in it. Recently, I bought 2 containers, and there was almost no chicken in either one. So it was really vegetable soup in a chicken base, with a few very small pieces of chicken. It is expensive, and for the price their quality should be better. read more

This is such a beautiful Market. I do not keep kosher, but it's always a pleasure to come into this immaculate friendly, beautiful market. There were lots of complementary samples and everything was delicious. The olive Pickle bar and hallavah counter are exceptional. read more

This is a kosher market in Boynton Beach. They have lots of imported specialty items from the Middle East. Some even in packaging with Hebrew on it. You can get regular grocery items - bread, milk & produce there. Plus, there are some mini restaurants inside too - falafel, pizza, sushi, bagels. Lots of prepared foods. Great for non-gluten & non dairy people. It is a huge space, very disorganized but not dirty. Staff were New York arrogant even if the were SoFlo Latin workers. read more

Great variety of Glatt Kosher foods, many different departments. We were only there to scout out the place for Passover. They were is the midst of transforming the store for the Holiday. Only purchases were from the bakery, which bye the way were very delicious. Will be back! read more

This is a large, clean supermarket with a lot to offer. After a recent story in the Sun-Sentinel, I learned that they have a falafel stand inside - Falafelim. Turns out they also have a Bagel Boss, great looking pizza, and sushi too. You can get the food packed to go or head to their dining area. Note: the dining area is divided into seats where you can either eat meat or dairy. As falafel is neither (it's parve), you can sit on either side. Of course, I ordered the falafel sandwich and a platter, both with everything. The sandwich was one of the best falafel sandwiches I've had in the U.S. It was better than the platter because you can try and get all the flavors in your mouth at once, but it is definitely easier to eat the platter. Their schug (hot sauce) is outstanding. Note: if eating in, you pay at an electronic kiosk by credit card only or pay at the cashiers on your way out. Whether or not you are kosher, I recommend checking out their very large kosher wine selection and their selection of halva. read more

I ordered a seder plate at this store. The cost was $40. I got the flimsiest piece of plastic and a tiny portion or each thing on the plate. The cost couldn't have been more than $1.40 for the whole thing! What a chutzpah! I feel like a fool who was robbed. I have tried to support this store since they opened and have been critical of people who drive to Boca to buy kosher food. I have to rethink that strategy. Passover is stressful enough without taking advantage of your customers. I will try to post a photo so you can decide for yourselves whether this was worth $40. Found this little gem tucked away on the corner of Woolbright and Military. It used to be a Publix now turned into a Kosher supermarket. They have a nice assortment of goods including sugar free baked goods. They also have a nice assortment of international snacks and candy. They have a made to order sushi and poke bowls, a pizzeria, and a bagel shop. This place is definitely worth checking out! read more

Somehow... I remember this being a Publix at one time...? We walked in looking for some ingredients to make sausage and peppers, not knowing what a KC Market was. Upon figuring out that K meant kosher, we realized this would not be the place to find Italian pork sausage so we left. Store was clean, bright, well lit, and the 2 young gentleman up front seemed as if they would have been very happy to help had we stayed... 3 star rating because it's a neutral number, I have no positives or negatives to offer but we will come back and try again another day. read more

I'm not really understanding all the bad reviews about the shelves not being stocked because I've never seen such a huge kosher market with very well stocked shelves outside of Miami. I need it for additional rib steaks, and I asked one of the men that were stocking the meat and he got it for me fairly fast so again I don't understand the reviews about how nobody will help you. If you compare KC market with the Grove Kosher market in Boca there are a few differences. Boca has a larger selection of pasture raised organic meats which is important to our family. KC has very little organic meat options. They also have a much nicer prepared food section. But KC market is very new and I will give it time. It sure is nicer than having to drive all the way to Boca from Jupiter. read more

I go there for kosher beef and chicken Which is excellent. I would buy fish there also but they do not feature wild caught fresh fish or Lox. They also do not feature any organic vegetables, fruit or chocolate. I like it there but wish they featured what I need. I am happy they are in Boynton Beach read more

Two o clock today my wife went shopping. My wife wanted two Whole chickens. There were none in the display refrigerator. I asked if i could speak to the butcher. I was told that the butchers are done for the day. I went to see the manager who told me that the butchers start work at 5AM. I was also told there were probably no chickens anyway because they are closed tomorrow. I need the chicken for tomorrow. I left and went to a competitor. Glicks Kosher market. They had plenty of chicken(they are closed tomorrow also)and the butcher said if u don't see what u want i am here to help u. That is customer service. I give Glicks five stars. read more

I live 1 hour away and made a special trip to buy donuts for my grandkids and myself. I spent $33 for a dozen boston Creme donuts, which is extremely expensive. When We got back home and each had one of the donuts. Everyone thought they were TERRIBLE! They were hard and not good tasting at all. I ended up throwing 4 of them away! I was so upset and disappointed! If I would have lived closer, I would have taken them back. I doubt I will be making any purchases from this bakery again. read more

I came in from Alabama and wow what a selection of great quality kosher food. This is my new favorite kosher market in south Florida.
