A couple of people ordered the tuna poke bowl and were satisfied with their meal. A few others ordered the Greek salad, which included feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes along with the greens. The salad was tasty and a nice size portion. And the dressing was delicious. I had the Tulum Lifter rice bowl with chicken. It was very good and quite satisfying. The only disappointment was the avocado toast with poached eggs. The person expected the eggs to be runny so the yolk could mix with the toast, but they were fully cooked. The Ripe server quickly replaced the entree and apologized for the miscommunication. Overall, we had a nice lunch and plan to stop by again soon.

You can do a bed of greens, pita, hummus, or rice as your base. I went with the rice which was deliciously seasoned, though (spoiler alert!) next time I might go with hummus. There are many fresh herbs options for toppings, including spices and sauces. All the vegetables were crispy, and the portions were generous. The price point is fair and what you would expect to see at similar restaurants. I wish Olive U were closer to my home, because it's a great fresh option if you're looking for a quick take-home meal as well. I did see that they offer family-style dinners where you get a large portion and everybody eats the same thing.
