First off the owner is very rude and I'm clearly not the only review saying that which honestly makes sense given the low ratings. The manager, who I was told is her best friend, was actually professional, kind, and communicative. I'm an influencer and I also attend Yelp Elite events so I'm very used to trying new spots, giving honest feedback, and collaborating with businesses. On this night I had just come from an influencer event with a big group of friends and we wanted to keep the night going, so one of my friends suggested a hookah place nearby that stays open late and we decided to check it out. I even offered a potential collaboration, which is something I do often with businesses. Some say yes, some say no, and that is completely fine. What isn't fine is overhearing the owner speaking about me to her staff in a rude and unprofessional way, assuming I couldn't hear it. I approached her calmly and addressed it directly. Letting her know I hear her speaking of me. She immediately changed her tone and asked what I heard. I chose to de-escalate and move on and I said I heard she's excited to collab. Just to keep the peace. That alone says a lot. Beyond that, the service overall was unprofessional. At closing, instead of communicating that they were closing, the hookah was abruptly taken from my hand with no communication as decent customer service would do, even though there were still other tables present. Again, this was the owner. Overall, between the low quality experience, the contrast between the nice outdoor setup, and the lack of basic respect and professionalism, I would not recommend this place. I suggest the owner take notes from the manager. The only positives was the managers professionalism and the outdoor was beautifully decorated. But that's it. read more

The idea of a Turkish-style hookah lounge is absolutely wonderful and quite rare for this area. It's a very cozy and soulful place for evening gatherings with friends. I really liked how they serve tea -- in a traditional metal set, which adds an authentic touch. The hookah was flavorful and smooth, and the location is convenient. There are, however, a few things that could be improved: parking is parallel, limited, and paid; the interior design feels a bit mismatched -- the arch and cherry blossom columns don't really fit the overall theme. It would be nice to have more privacy between tables, as the couches are placed too close together. Service is calm but rather slow, and the restroom definitely needs some attention. Still, for the idea, atmosphere, and quality hookah, I'm giving it five stars. read more

Although I am not typically inclined to leave reviews, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience that has left a negative impression on me. So to start off this is first time for this particular experience. Despite frequent visits to this establishment, today's encounter was distinctly different. We arrived at the establishment as we typically do, and the server greeted us. Shortly thereafter, two other groups entered and were served immediately, leaving us feeling frustrated. They promptly took their orders, and we noticed this and had to politely request that one of the female staff members assist us with placing our order. She inquired about our well-being dismissing our concerns. At that moment, we placed our order, and she left the area. Subsequently, another individual entered and was greeted warmly by the server, who then accompanied them to their seating area. We observed that they also received their orders while passing by us. Once again, we had to approach a staff member and politely inquire about the approximate time we had been waiting, which was around 20 minutes. Given that the establishment was not overly crowded, we were unable to discern the cause of the delay. Despite our attempts, our concerns were not addressed, leaving us with a negative impression of the establishment. This experience has significantly tarnished our perception of the customer service provided. Upgrading our hookah does not address the underlying issue. Customer service should be consistently high. As regular customers, this situation is detrimental to business in my opinion. While this may not immediately resolve the problem, I hope they acknowledge the situation and implement necessary improvements. We will even consider driving the distance to receive better service. read more

I've been here twice and both times have been a good vibe. The hookah that the people I've gone with usually get is watermelon with mint which has great flavor. I'm not a huge hookah smoker but will hit these a few times. We also drink black tea and just hang out for the most part. The chairs outside are comfy and the music has a good mix of Arabic, middle eastern and hip hop/r&b. Definitely recommend for a airy, laid back atmosphere read more

Definitely one of the top spots for hookah... and I say that with another hookah spot in mind that I went to a few months ago in Miami, this one definitely tops the Miami hookah bar. Large food selection, comfy seats, lots of different varieties of shisha, great music... definite club vibes even though it wasn't packed on a Wednesday night but it did start filling up towards the end of the night, obsessed with the lighting aesthetic, the outdoor area here is the best, right in the middle of Mizner, the service is also great. read more

I came here on a Saturday night with my wife after dinner, it was generally empty and we ordered a Hookah which was good, my issues and the reason for the 3 stars is about service. We ordered a hookah at $30 and asked for a glass of water and was told we don't have glasses of water you have to buy a bottle and was refused a glass of water. This place is sketchy, the worse service from the owner, she is straight up rude. The owner adjusts the prices while guess are being seated. She want to charge all seated at a table and additional $5 for hookah although only one three people will smoke hookah all other were going to consume beverages. When we question this and where this was posted, she stated that her rent is expensive and that's all and if we don't like we can go to another place. Walked away. We did what anyone would had done, left. Will not be returning to this place ever again. I don't recommend it, unless you're a masochist and like to be treated rudely. Some of the best hookah I've had in palm beach county, hands down! The owner is very hands on and involved. The declarations and layout change seasonally which sets the perfect vibe. I love the outdoor seating. Everything is so beautiful. Nice fire pits, comfortable seating and fresh flowers on every table. The hookah is amazing in quality and aesthetically pleasing. They offer beer, wine and liquor on the menu, as well as a variety of food options. I ate in the area before coming but I am definitely trying the food menu on my next return. This place is a mess. No idea how they got the rating they have. Got here on a weekday night, when the place was empty. We were hungry and assumed this is a recommended place because they have 4.5 stars (though 9 reviews only...). We were wrong. Although the place was completely empty, the service was bad and food wasn't close to mediocre. We ordered labneh, Arabic salad, and meat combo. The labneh got there first - it was fine. The Arabic salad was meh - mostly lettuce, and small for the price. The real disappointment was the meat combo. First, it took them an hour to get the meat combo out. We kept asking why is it being delayed and they just said it takes longer for it to be prepared (it's only six skewers, how does it take an hour if there's no other customers at the restaurant?). Second, when it finally came out - IT HAD DIFFERENT MEAT THAN ADVERTISED, because the chef said the shrimp wasn't fresh, and therefore replaced with lamb. No one asked us whether we agreed to the change (we wouldn't have, because we hate lamb). They could've had the decency to inform us before the hour wait! It didn't seem that they cared. Instead they gave us two extra chicken skewers (which it took them another twenty minutes to serve. We had to pack it.) Third, when the check came, there were some problems. We were overcharged for the tiny Arabic salad, and they automatically added 15% tip, without informing us beforehand, or making it possible to remove it. I honestly don't think a fraudulent charge I haven't agreed to is legal. It's the sheer arrogance that pissed me off, I mean, the service was TERRIBLE - why do you assume you deserve tip? Now I understand why the waitresses here have zero incentive to provide adequate service. Bottom line, spent almost a total of two hours here for a horrible overpriced meal, with bad service. If I were you, I would not go there. read more

Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars as we also ordered a mint tea that was very light in tea and mint. We also had to ask for additional coals. We are visiting from out of town so I am unsure what the norm is here but we were told (very politely) that we should give them a 10-minute notice as to when more coals are needed. Our local hookah locations have servers that constantly come by with coals and check. I am more than willing to give this place another shot (even the tea). Thanks! read more

Has a very nice setting. Has a indoor seating area that is cover with blankets and pillows, then the other side dining tables incase you are here just to eat. Then out side is nice patio seating with fire pits at each table. The food is amazing and the hookah is great. There was only one lady working and she an amazing job keeping up with everyone,since there was quiet a few people there. She was very respectful and upbeat and brought a great vibe. When leaving the owner came over and asked if everything was okay and that she looks forward to us visiting again because we always play good music on the boom box. She was very energetic! The waitress was not only very beautiful and stylish but EXTREMELY attentive and kind. A real sweetie. The owner(I think he was) was super nice. He broke down the Groupon deal and said that since it was our first time he would make it special and even better. He gave more than the groupon and ended up giving our drinks for free. I can't wait to go back again. Only down fall would be they charge $2 for tap water. read more

The hookah was nice and smooth but I'm afraid I can't the say the same about the service. Service was HORRIBLE!!! We ordered a pot of tea and when it came there was no sugar. I was finally able to flag our server down and asked her for sugar but we ended up NOT seeing her again for the entire night. Then we had to ask her for the check twice before we finally got it. What really got me upset the most is when she brought the check back she actually hovered over my husband's shoulders rushing him to sign while watching him. We don't see her the entire night, she didn't even do her job right, yet when it came time to sign and leave a tip, she miraculously has the time to stand there when she's not really needed. Every time I come here, it's absolutely terrible service and always under new management. It's seem to gone downhill in the past few months. We had ordered two hookahs at the same time and one came out right away, the other had not come out for an hour. They were busy "setting up a party" which meant setting up a DJ and putting white paper on the windows. Also, the first hookah wasn't hitting at all but our server realized the hose was broken and immediately fixed it. At one point, I had gotten up and told them that I had ordered my blue mist hookah over an hour ago. Granted, we were a large group of 15 but people were just getting drinks and many people weren't having anything. There was another table there with people who seemed to be getting very prompt service. When I mentioned the wait, the manager said "oh it's right here" to which i said "I'm leaving so please take it off the bill." The manager said "I understand and apologize. This is my first day", which seems to be the answer I receive from people here when I bring up poor service. It's an absolute shame because I absolutely used to love this place but now it's gone down in quality. Maybe there's no incentive since gratuity is included no matter what or maybe they're truly new; if it's the latter, then do proper training! But there's something to be said when there's always new management. If you're not going to try and keep customers, then good luck with the rent in this area! read more
