Now I understand that concept as foreign people don't tip like in their country or none at all but that is where the problem is. If a server is good or bad they still are get their tip and in this case there was no incentive for good service. If I am paying $27 for a burger and fries that server better attend to my needs quickly and efficiently. Not sure if I ever will return to this restaurant as it left a bad taste. The first visit, I stood for over 10 minutes without a greeting, so I left. I thought I'd give it another shot, but again, I was ignored for another 10 minutes while waitstaff walked by, making eye contact but failing to acknowledge me. No "We'll be with you shortly," nothing. This is unacceptable service. I wanted to try their cheesesteak, but after this experience, I won't be coming back.
