I was in the Jensen Beach area for lunch and I felt like eating a traditional lunch from Quebec. I was welcomed by Sandra the owner, who was friendly and professional. I ordered a classic Poutine with two hot dogs served the Quebec way, meaning the buns were toasted with my favorite trimmings, in my case, mustard and sautéed onions. So we went there! We ordered the Cheeseburger and Poutine Chili to split. The cheeseburger was simple but so delicious. The star of the show clearly was the Poutine Chili. The fries are homemade and the Chili had delicious flavor. It was not spicy so ask for the hot sauce if you desire. It had curds throughout the enormous pile of Chili Poutine. There was no gravy bc it was gravy. I would def try the regular poutine next time but also it would be super hard to not order the exact same thing we ordered when we went lol. My wife and I vacation in Jensen Beach every year for 3 weeks. We were last there July of 2025. We had been coming to the are for several years before, and I had seen that they had Poutine, which I had never had. I finally decided to stop the last week we were there in 2025. Ordered the Poutine with Beef. I took one bite, and told my wife I could die now, as there was nothing better in the world to eat. I have had Poutine a couple of places since then, and it is good, but can't even compare to the Poutine here at Burny Pit Stop. We met Sandra multiple times, and she is awesome. I think we ate there 4 times in the last week because I couldn't get enough. We will be back again this year, and we will definitely be back. I have been longing for this Poutine for almost a year now. They don't share the recipe, which I totally understand, but I do wish I could make it at home. There were a couple of reviews that weren't as good, I would suggest those people try it again, as it is definitely worth it. My wife had the burger and said it was excellent. Stopped here for lunch today, and let me tell you I regret sleeping on this for as long as I have. The menu isn't the biggest selection, but honestly includes an option for *most people,* vegetarian options might not be grand as it's limited to like onion rings or fries... the food was out so quickly, I was genuinely surprised. Stopped by the place with a group of 7, loved every bit of it. For food, my cheeseburger was BANGING, and the french fries were great too ( salted well, thicker/softer steak cut ). I tried some of the poutine as well and it tasted wonderful (less cheese curd and more melted cheese, but we let it sit for a minute). All food was served hot and the lady running the establishment was super nice and patient with us. Yes, definitely recommend! We had the burgers, but they do have a bunch of options for poutine as well. It really looks good. The other table ordered it so I'll have to try that next time but for now we both got burgers and the fries. From the bun to the burger, everything was fresh, and the tomato was nice and thick. The quality old fashion, meaty, juicy burger. The burgers range from 10 to 12 bucks but are totally worth it and fries and other sides are around four dollars. The atmosphere is really nice. The owner I'm guessing was from Quebec and the Canadiens know their Poutine!! The fries were big the gravy was delicious and the topper of cheese curd was magnificent!! Stopped in to try this new business. I had a corndog a side poutine and a side of fries. I was afraid the gravy would be too much on the french fries so I git both. I really enjoyed everything separately and together. The corn dog was the size you would give a kid so I was happy about that and not one of those giant corndogs, the fries were home made and the poutine was something I've never eaten before. iIt had gravy which was brown and cheese curds on top. Just stopped in to order lunch at 12:30. Something more important was going on than waiting on the counter customers. Boxes in front of the restrooms piled up and the lady behind the counter seemed way too preoccupied with anything other than taking my order, she kept saying "give me a minute.
