first time eating here and I was very impressed. I had the teriyaki burger and it was delicious and I love the side pickle.

Since I have lived in the area, I have always wanted to try out the Burger Basket. I finally did... It only took nearly 6 years! Burger Basket is everything you want from a place like this. Nice people who run the place, and good food. My cheeseburger was just what I needed, the pickle spear had a ton of flavor (I'm a pickle snob, ha, ha), the onion rings are good (I could have gone for a bit more salt), and their Thai tea is delicious! When the mood strikes again, I'll be sure to stop by Burger Basket! read more

I had a cheeseburger, and it was pretty good. I liked the amount of lettuce and tomato and cheese and the meat was well seasoned. I would say the food came out fast and was great fresh. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH! The fries, lettuce, and everything else. The place is small but the vibe is nice. The only reason Burger Basket is 4 stars is because there is no refills?! I was surprised. But overall it's GREAT read more

I've past by this joint for more than a decade and finally decided to give it a try. The place is very small and gives a comfy old vibe to it. I ordered a regular hamburger and the food was delivered to me within 5 minutes. First off, I did not realize it came with a giant cut of a pickle. I'm not a fan of pickles but I ate it anyways. All I can say is I did not dislike the pickle. The hamburger was delicious. Its a simple hamburger with nothing special added. It has a nice soft bun, flavorful juicy patty, crunchy lettuce, and sweet tomato slice. It's by far one of the best burgers I've had, even without the fancy sauce or toppings. Overall, I was satisfied. The food was delicious and low cost. I plan to come by often for a good simple burger. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I've been coming here ever since I was a child. Despite changing ownership a few times over the years, their teriyaki burger quality has never dropped. I always order the teriyaki burger and it's so good. The staff here are very friendly too. Looking forward to coming back whenever I can! read more

I've been here a few times and it's always been pretty good. The owners are really nice and take care of the business. I got #8 pastrami burger with fries and soda and it was solid. The ingredients tasted fresh and also the fries were just made and crispy. My friends always recommended the chicken sandwich which is also a goto. It's an extra 50 cents to use credit card so bring cash! read more

I gave this place one last try. The burger patty was again overcooked and dry, and the bun was burnt. Sad, but I won't be back again.

We have come here a handful of time and tried various items. We have had the following: onion rings, French fries, corn dog, burger, and pastrami. The onion rings and French fries are a perfect portion for a person and crispy. It is the right amount of full. It is so fresh and tasty and it is family owned. I love supporting such businesses and it helps that their customer service is just as wonderful. I will definitely be back to try other items. read more

The burger was really basic, I wish I had a little more flavor to it though for how hard I saw the Uncle working in the back. Everything was really good double cheeseburger and onion rings, it was just lacking flavor depth is the only down side for me. read more

It was okay for the price but I could get a way better burger at Jim's, tops, etc these burgers were so tiny! Kind of the size of a double cheeseburger at McDonald's no lie. The fries were the best part nice and crispy but the burger was lacking in flavor! Service was nice and quick but probably won't come back! read more

I came here on a recommendation of a very dear long time friend who also happens to live around the corner from here. He considers this place his kitchen, so when he is hungry, he swings by here more often than not. The place is small, the menu is fairly simple (with daily specials). Indoor seating is currently not allowed for reasons of COVID-19. I got one of the specials, which was a pastrami burger with fries. I enjoyed it, and it was a decent portion of food. I wasn't stuffed, but I knew that before coming here. Parking: Small lot shared by same businesses in the plaza. FYI: - No free refills on beverages. I believe they are 25 cents each refill. - Cash only. - They close fairly earlier than most other places, so you'll definitely want to call them. - Not meant for large groups, COVID or not. However, large take-out orders are appreciated. I challenge you all to keep them busy. Send them your support. They have been around for a long time. Let's keep them running. read more

Always passed by for years and never tried them before, first time trying and food was great, service was great.

So Maybe it was a bad day for them? Cuz the food was rEally bad. The fries are crunchy oil pocket bites. U bite into them and they squirt out oil. The water they use for their soda machine isn't filtered so if u enjoy carbonated sink water, be my guest. They add a pickle to the bottom of the basket and throw your oil bites on top. I assume this is a wonderful touch if you like pickles. I personally can't stand them so having pickle juice all over the fries at this particular location..... wasn't so bad since the oil bites were inedible anyway. read more

Been going for 30 years and always good! Always fresh food and great customer service no matter who's working.

Best burger in town for sure. I had a craving for pastrami and steak sandwich, they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place for lunch and dinner. read more

The cheeseburger is more like a salad on a bun. Waffle thin slice of hamburger meat. Also extra charges if you want yellow chili peppers. This place is definitely not what it used to be. read more

Was craving for a cheeseburger and searched on Yelp found a handful of options. I decided to try this place bc of the high reviews and a free cheeseburger with checkin. When I got there around 6pm on a Friday night the place was dead empty. I showed the cashier's lady my Yelp checkin free cheeseburger page and she told me I have to order something to get that deal. So I said yes I will order fries. Then she said you have to order a MEAL to get that deal. I was like WTH the deal did not specify that info at all (it just says order with regular food item aka fries does not count? ) and she was a little rude as well. So I left with an anger. I went to a nearby JB burger and got a cheeseburger and fries. Delicious! Won't be going back here again. read more

I love their pastrami sandwich! They are always friendly and professional. Totally recommended.

Not sure what the hype is about for this place. My burger was mediocre. The Pattie skimpy and my bun was burned. Nothing special about the price. Service was good. The building very run down, cracked chairs and felt dirty. I tried them based on the reviews but left feeling misled. read more

I love coming here when I want a delicious burger. Their cheeseburger is simple with all the fixings and a pickle spear on the side. My partner prefers their teriyaki burger and we always get it with the Japanese hot sauce on the side. Their fries are also usually very nicely fried and fluffy on the inside. I have gotten them a little over fried before but not often. read more

Great little traditional burger joint. Small menu keeps everything consistent. Had a double cheeseburger combo and it was absolutely delicious. Had the fries cooked well done for an added crisp, they were delicious with the addition of a little salt and the thousand island saucee to dip. One of my favorite go to joints by my area. Usually I come here when I walk my boys around the block. Burgers are a bit small but they taste as good as a fresh bbq home made burger. Staff is always friendly and I see the same staff every time. I always get my usual #2 dbl cheeseburger $7.75. Their patty is small so I recommend the double cheeseburger. You will not be disappointed! Remember to dine in! Everything tastes 100 times better when you eat it fresh! Ps. People that gave it 2 stars or lower are the ones that want the whole menu for a dollar. So don't bother reading their reviews. read more
