This is straight up the worst ramen I've ever had in New York. I love tonkotsu broth and their's tastes like chicken stock mixed with a bouillon cube. No nuance, nothing interesting going on. I was most offended by the broth. Noodles were mediocre and not springy or very al dente. Just half an egg in this one, feels cheap. Unseasoned raw or blanched vegetables on top. I will say the pork was really good. We got buns and they were just ok. Felt like the hoisin sauce was doing all the work. Got some eel rolls too, very small amount of eel which was disappointing. All in all, a very bad meal. Will never come back. If you're looking for ramen, buns, or sushi there are literally hundreds of places to go that make these things well. This is not one of them. Was looking for a quick bite for lunch and saw that this place had a great rating. However, I left somewhat disappointed. The place is clean and bright, but the sushi I ordered did not live up to expectations. I ordered the Jade Dragon roll, basically a spruced up eel and avocado roll, and a pina colada smoothie. I don't think my sushi was made fresh, I saw them pull out a sushi package like what you get at a grocery store from the fridge. I think it then sat while they made my smoothie, then they took it out of the package, put it on a mini cheese board and drizzled some sauce on it to make it look nice. The sushi was so uniform in shape that it seemed like it had been sitting that way for a while in the fridge. It didn't taste great either. My eel roll had trace amounts of eel in it, I mostly tasted avocado and rice. There wasn't much flavor, I had to get sriracha just to try and add some depth to it. A disappointing sushi order. 4 stars for a delicious, healthy option in an area that has been devoid of such options for a long time. I usually tend to steer away from pan asian, opting for a more singular experience, but I have to say, they don't disappoint. We had the "Omega OMG" Salmon roll, the "Umami Piggy", and the Oyster Bay Bao buns. The bao were fantastic. Super flavorful and interesting textures. The wrap is a unique idea of making a wrap from a "scallion pancake" (don't expect a true scallion pancake, it's a bit more like a fried version of a scallion wrap) but it was pretty good. The sushi was super fresh, and a close second to the Bao. They have a lot more to the menu, including soups I saw being served that looked great. We'll be back! read more

They make everything fresh, smoothies, bowls, baos, everything is made fresh. I'm a fan. I love that they have a spot for post-it notes so that people can leave feedback. They have faux grass highlighting the space and a great indoor seating area. They're open bright and early and until 9:30 most days - a bonus in an area where all of the places close around 8 or 8:30. Sometimes you truly just don't want any pizza or other junk food. Their food is priced similarly to any fusion place so expect $6 and $7 dollar rolls and $11 dollar bowls and you'll be fine. They're friendly too. For those wondering :) read more
