Ned was instantly responsive, courteous and enthusiastic. He was able to visit very quickly, showing up with the courtesy of a mask. My windshield had taken quite a hit from a stray stone and he warned me that he could not make it perfect again, but that it would be a lot better and safer. Ned is the man! Had a rock fly up and hit my new S3's windshield which created a nice fingertip sized chip just above my defrost vent. Called Bullseye, Ned answered, and he was at my office in an hour and had the repair completed in 30 minutes. He even explained that I needed to be cautious as to not blast the defroster when the windshield was cold due to the location of the chip, which I did know, but probably wouldn't have thought about, so the reminder was nice. I called at 8:30 this am & asked if I could get the windshield repaired this afternoon. The guy was very friendly and also up front about everything. Told me he would try to get here today and he got here around 4 pm. It only took him about 30 minutes to do 2 repairs. He explained that sometimes when they are close to the edge, they crack, but he would try to fix it if we wanted to try it. We did & it turned out well. Very pleased with the customer service & friendliness of the man who came. Just be sure to have cash or check on hand. They do not take cards. Our two repairs cost $80. I think he said first one is $70 & second repair on the same windshield is just $10. He told us they are guaranteed for as long as we own the car. So here is the story. I purchased a used Nissan Sentra and after driving it around for months one day I noticed that there is a little chip and some tiny cracks around it on the windshield. So I called my insurance company and they recommended BullsEye. So Ned came. He was very courteous, and patiently waited for me. (I was a few mins late.) Then after he looked at my car, he kindly informed me that the chip had already been fixed! After taking a closer look, I realized that yes it had indeed been filled probably by the previous owner. Great service! I choose this company because it's local to the Triangle area, the service was mobile, so would come to me, and because their website was clear, informative, and straight-forward. It was really nice to have someone come to me, as opposed to driving to a repair shop. They were prompt, both with returning calls and with setting up a time for repair (I called in the afternoon and they came out the next morning).
