Very pleased with the service I received. My cars were able to be serviced the next day after I called for an appointment. Great customer service. Both cars were completed in a short amount of time and I didnt even have to leave my home. The Crack repair looks great. Not to mention just a kind personable interaction with the owner doing the job. I highly recommend. This was my 2nd time using this business! Price was very reasonable. I again highly recommend! read more

I just got a newer car. Before I made the first payment BAM a rock hit the windshield. It caused damage about the size of a penny. I found Bullseye on Yelp and gave them a call. Ned was very helpful and friendly. He made the appointment to my schedule. He was prompt, thorough in the explanation of the process and seemed knowledgeable. While the repair is not perfectly clear, it's about 95% gone. If I didn't point it out you probably would not notice it. It takes about 30 minutes to complete by and he came to me. I'd definitely recommend Ned and Bullseye to anyone needing repair. I simply didn't want to replace the OEM windshield with all the safety components attached to it. That's why I chose this option. I'm glad I did. read more

I was pretty distraught when a rock chipped my windshield on the interstate (my first experience with this ever) and was worried about the cost and how long I might have to be without my car. There's nothing worse than car issues and dental issues in my opinion. However, I called Bullseye and spoke to Ned. He told me he could be over to my place the following Monday (I think I called on a Friday) and let me know up front the cost, which was fixed and reasonable, and that they don't take cards. He also was clear about what to expect (that you'd still see a small mark and it wouldn't be a perfect windshield). I appreciated how transparent he was about everything. Monday he called to let me know he was on his way, arrived, was super friendly, communicative and fixed my windshield within a short time. I was able to continue working and didn't have to be without my car for really any period of time. They also offer a lifetime guarantee, so if it ends up cracking they refund the amount paid. It was just such a nice surprise how simple they made the whole process. They will always be my go-to for this type of issue, and I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

So glad we found Bullseye in a Google search. We got a small chip on a cross country road trip. Tried contacting several other repair places online but appointments weren't available for days. Ned answered the phone personally. He explained the process and repaired our chip that same afternoon. Quick, efficient, cost effective, Ned's your man. read more

Ned at Bullseye is the best! Very fast response, very polite and courteous, would highly recommend.

Ned is very responsive and it is obvious he has a lot of experience doing windshield repair. He's honest and so reasonably priced! Definitely would use again and recommend highly. read more

I was referred to Ned by another business in the area. I called him at 2PM and he was able to show up at my apartment by 3:45PM, be done in 30 minutes, and even helped me get reimbursement with my insurance company. Ned was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone that needed a windshield repair. read more

Always a good deal. I've used Bullseye a few times over their 40 year history here in the Triangle and every experience has been worthwhile. Designed especially for minor cracks and chips in your windshield, when you don't want to have your insurance company replace it. Plus you can avoid any small chips or cracks becoming major problems. Courteous, friendly, efficient. They come to you and the whole process takes less than an hour and is not expensive at all. read more

Needed to get a chip in my windshield repaired and called Bullseye. Ned was terrific. Very responsive, arrived on time, explained the process and had the repair completed in 30 minutes. The price was very competitive and the repair came with a lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend Bullseye. They are much easier to deal with, faster and less expensive than the big chains that provide a similar service. Plus Ned and his partner have been doing this for 40 years and really know their stuff. read more

Ned was instantly responsive, courteous and enthusiastic. He was able to visit very quickly, showing up with the courtesy of a mask. My windshield had taken quite a hit from a stray stone and he warned me that he could not make it perfect again, but that it would be a lot better and safer. Very quickly he did the repair and he was right. Although not perfect, the windshield looks much better and it will not crack. Eventually I will get it replaced because the car is an expensive one. In the meantime, however, I feel much better about it. I cannot recommend Bullseye highly enough. The price was very reasonable and the service simply outstanding. read more

Ned was prompt to get back to me when I texted him some questions and pics about the damage. He told me he would get to me Wed. or Thurs. and we firmed up the time Wed. morning. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was honest with me and told me it was possible (but very rare) that the glass could break during repair (it didn't, and I've never had a windshield break while having a crack repaired). He was finished within 20 minutes. The one chip that he could repair looked MUCH better after he was done. He was quick, proficient and personable. Would definitely recommend and hire again! He guarantees his work too. NOTE: They don't accept credit cards but DO accept checks, so no problem. I don't blame them. Who wants to pay 3% to a credit card company??? read more

Highly recommend! I have a huge commute on a bumpy highway and got a literal 'bullseye' hole right in the middle. I needed to get it fixed soon before having to drive more and spread the crack. They came out that day and fixed it while I was working. Amazing and speedy service! And incredibly friendly. read more

I had an excellent experience with Bullseye. I was calling around for prices to fix a 'bullseye'-shaped damage in the windshield of my 2012 Toyota Prius, and their prices were just as low as my lowest quote, plus they had immediate availability. Add to that their specialty in ONLY windshield repair, not replacement, and the lifetime money-back guarantee, and it was a no-brainer. Lawrence showed up right on time. He was courteous and patient on the phone as I tried to get my car out of a gated parking lot to a place where he could perform the service. He told me about the repair, and even let me know that my insurance company would waive the deductible so I didn't have to pay for the repair out-of-pocket. Not only that, but he provided me with the number of the glass repair department of my insurance company! The repair took about 15 minutes, which is exactly what he told me, and all that was left was a tiny chip where the rock impacted the windshield. I was assured that this would not turn into a full-fledged crack, so I was extremely satisfied. Thanks for the great work. I know exactly who I'll be calling the next time that I need my windshield repaired! read more

Let us continue the 5-star reviews! There's nothing more reassuring than getting exactly what you expect and exactly what was advertised. He showed up exactly when we had arranged, was polite, and quick. There is still a little bit of a scar left on the windshield, but we were forewarned of that prior to any work being done. The website was very thorough and updated. Lifetime guarantee is also reassuring. Hopefully it doesn't need to be utilized. read more

Incredible customer service! I called Bullseye regarding a quarter size crack in my windshield this morning, and within one hour Ned had arrived at my house and fixed the issue! Ned fully explained what to expect, the risks associated, and pricing over the phone so there were no surprises when he arrived. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out again for any windshield repairs in the future. Thank you!! read more

Ned is the man! Had a rock fly up and hit my new S3's windshield which created a nice fingertip sized chip just above my defrost vent. Called Bullseye, Ned answered, and he was at my office in an hour and had the repair completed in 30 minutes. He even explained that I needed to be cautious as to not blast the defroster when the windshield was cold due to the location of the chip, which I did know, but probably wouldn't have thought about, so the reminder was nice. I had already contacted my insurance company and had the billing info sent over to Bullseye, but Ned even offered to take care of that for me until I told him. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I'll never use another company. read more

I called at 8:30 this am & asked if I could get the windshield repaired this afternoon. The guy was very friendly and also up front about everything. Told me he would try to get here today and he got here around 4 pm. It only took him about 30 minutes to do 2 repairs. He explained that sometimes when they are close to the edge, they crack, but he would try to fix it if we wanted to try it. We did & it turned out well. Very pleased with the customer service & friendliness of the man who came. Just be sure to have cash or check on hand. They do not take cards. Our two repairs cost $80. I think he said first one is $70 & second repair on the same windshield is just $10. He told us they are guaranteed for as long as we own the car. A local business that started right here in Carrboro in the 1980s. read more

Prompt, courteous service. Work is guaranteed. Highly recommend.

Great, quick, friendly service. I couldn't recommend Lawrence and his staff any more highly. Also, can't beat the lifetime guarantee.

Ned at Bullseye is simply the best. So nice to find a company that does great work and appreciates the opportunity to work with you. Cannot say enough great things about my experience. Quick, easy and professional. They have a customer for life! read more

Ned Riggsbee was absolutely amazing! A straight shooter and a stand up guy that has a legitimate business with legitimate practices. Had a pretty deep crack on my windshield and you can barely notice it now. It doesn't take long, they come to you and are very friendly and cordial. He did an awesome job and was extremely helpful, efficient and good at what he does. Nothing but good things to say. Thanks Ned! read more

Ned was one of the most polite, professional folks I've ever worked with when needing any type of service! He totally worked around my schedule to meet wherever and whenever was convenient for me. The repair was as flawless as you can get - you can't even tell there was a nickel sized ding in my windshield. He was done in under 20 minutes, all while I was at the museum with my son. Handled directly through my insurance so no out of pocket expense for me. Can't ask for better service from a company or an individual. Thanks Ned!! read more

Great work by Ned and the folks at Bullseye. I called on a Friday morning to get a windshield chip repaired, and they had someone out to my office by 1:30pm. Ned, my repairman, was friendly and professional, and he had the job done in about 30 minutes. The repair came out great and the price was reasonable. They also offer a lifetime guarantee on the repair. read more

Simply the best. Called other places and this was the only one that would help and CAME TO ME. Ned was so fast and polite. And they didn't even charge me - just gave me a number to call for my insurance - didn't cost me a dime. Couldn't be better. Will ONLY this company in the future! read more

A++ I am very pleased with these guys! They got here so quickly and were so friendly, I had a great experience! Their prices also beat all other glass repair businesses around. Lawrence came to do the job and he was so friendly and accommodating, I recommend Bullseye 100%! read more

It's been 6 years since I last used them, and I just called again and had the same great experience. This time, it turns out I didn't have damage to the windshield but just something on it that looked like a scratch. Ned, who came out, said this happens all the time, scraped it off, and told me there was no charge. read more

So here is the story. I purchased a used Nissan Sentra and after driving it around for months one day I noticed that there is a little chip and some tiny cracks around it on the windshield. So I called my insurance company and they recommended BullsEye. So Ned came. He was very courteous, and patiently waited for me. (I was a few mins late.) Then after he looked at my car, he kindly informed me that the chip had already been fixed! After taking a closer look, I realized that yes it had indeed been filled probably by the previous owner. I just didn't notice it until now. Then Ned said since he didn't do any repair for me, there is no charge to me or to my insurance company because all he did was look at my car and that is free. During the whole process he was extremely courteous and patient, and he explained to me how to tell the chip had already been fixed and that re-repairing will typically make things worse. I felt bad wasting his time especially since he had to wait for me and offered him a few dollars but he didn't take them and kindly replied, "You don't owe me a thing! You can tell your friends about BullsEye! I'd like to do some repair for you in the future!" So yes, I'm recommending BullsEye to all my friends! read more

I was very pleased with the service. They come to your address so you don't have yet another errand to drive to saving you time & gas money. I had a small crack in the windshield which took minutes to fix for about $60 if memory serves & you can barely see a scar. Very friendly, polite, & efficient. read more

Great service! I choose this company because it's local to the Triangle area, the service was mobile, so would come to me, and because their website was clear, informative, and straight-forward. It was really nice to have someone come to me, as opposed to driving to a repair shop. They were prompt, both with returning calls and with setting up a time for repair (I called in the afternoon and they came out the next morning). And, everyone I spoke with was really polite and friendly. Lawrence came out to do the repair, and worked with me to fit my schedule. It turned out, the chip/tiny cracks in my windshield had already been repaired (which made me feel bad since Lawrence drove all the way to Raleigh from Chapel Hill), but Lawrence was very friendly about it and wouldn't accept any compensation since no work had been done. He willingly explained how he knew the crack was previously repaired. Great company! read more
