From all of that, I can tell you that no matter what is most important to you in your decision, Jake at Pro Auto Glass is the person you're looking for. Price: Only one other company in town could beat his quote. That other company is a national name that had extensive bad reviews. Quality: Jake worked for one of those national companies for 12 years so he's got the experience to do the job well. The windshield he installed for me a couple of weeks ago looks perfect and doesn't have any wind noises. Professionalism: After meeting Jake I have great faith that even if he did make a mistake he would do whatever it took to correct it. He was also quick to communicate, is insured, gave me a heads up when he was on his way, arrived early, and got the job done faster than any estimates I'd been given by any company. Local: Like I said, Jake used to work for a big national company, but now it's just him. He's the real deal local business owner that you want to support. Because of that independence, he has an even greater sense of pride in his work because he knows that his reputation in the community is tied to it. Jake was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. He immediately got back to me with several questions to develop a competitive estimate for my front windshield that had cracked. I also had several questions that he answered immediately and professionally. The most outstanding example of honesty is when he explained to me I did not have to have my front camera (for lane departure warning) recalibrated because it was not attached to my windshield (it was attached to the roof). There should be no recalibration needed. Jake was the ONLY one out of 4 estimates that was truthful about this situation. The other 3 companies all quoted for a windshield replacement AND camera recalibration ($350+!). They all knew the make and model of my car so there shouldn't have been any question. Clearly it was a money grab for those other companies and not being honest. Jake was honest and did an amazing job replacing my windshield on site at my office with mobile service. hands down the best experience from this company , I had my car broken into Sunday morning around 1200am and i was panicking trying to find a place that was able to replace my passenger window on my mustang before Tuesday , every single place i have contacted was booked until next week due to the upcoming holiday , the Owner of the company actually called me and texted me (even though i didn't realize he texted me) to confirm everything i needed done and went above and beyond and was able to come Monday early morning. A rock damage my windshield and my insurance company sent me to their glass repair company but the availability was two weeks out. I decided to call Pro Auto Glass on a weekday past 6 pm. I thought they will contact me next day, but they return my voicemail same day and they were at my home next day early in the morning. They repaired the crack and identified two more small cracks. Jake, before he started the job, was honest about how it will look the repair ( one crack was very deep), and he did an amazing job. I always choose smaller businesses when I can and even though my insurance company tried to steer me to a bigger chain, I am super pleased I stuck with Pro Glass and the insurance process was easy. I researched and got 8 to 10 quotes and time frames from other vendors. Not only was Jake quick with responding and one of the best priced but professional, convenient, prompt and worked with my needed timeframe to be completed. This is the second time I needed the windshield replaced on this car and but he went the extra mile to correct what was not done properly the first time. There were two others that were slightly cheaper but I would recommend paying the extra $20 to $50 to get exceptional service and peace of mind knowing it will be done right! read more

The owner worked for a well-known auto glass company for 12 years, but has recently started his own business. He was able to fix my car the very next day (as opposed to 2 weeks out for the other company) and fixed it for over $120 less than the other guys.
