I have never tinted a car before so this was a new and novel experience for me. My most recent car purchase was way hotter inside than I've experienced so I wanted to find an option to try and keep it from melting the occupants. So I wanted to see what option I had. What I liked was after filling out the initial request within a few hours I had a multi optioned quote and spoke with someone who walked me through the options and honestly didn't feel like they pushed me one way or another there was an open discussion on what I was looking for and then recommendations based on what I was looking for. They were able to fit me in within a day of me getting the quote and got it done within the time they quoted. They went through all the things I'd never thought of on what to do for the first few days which I greatly appreciated as I have no experience and should have thought of but I appreciate the few minutes going over things since I have not done this before. Lobby was nice and easy to wait in. Was able to do some work while waiting as I didn't have the option to not this time which was great. So far it's been only a few days so I can't comment on longevity but the car looks great and there was a noticeable thermal difference inside it which is what I was going for. read more

EPIC FAIL!!! I initially contacted them for a graphic design and install for my car. Being that they were 3 hours away I asked to just have the graphic designed and that the file be emailed to my local installer to wrap the car. I received a design which I agreed to and paid for. The file was emailed to my local installer who tried to print. He contacted me with test prints of their file which were pixelated, and the characters were blurry. My contact at AllPro, Adam, said it was "out of their hands." At this point I asked for ONLY a partial refund (figuring work/labor had been done but the product/file was unusable). After several weeks waiting for a response, they decline to refund even half. CUSTOMER SERVICE does not exist here!! read more

I don't know how i found this company, as they weren't part of my original contacts, but bringing us together must have been a 'godsend'. amazing staff who went above and beyond to do an great job on tinting my car. provided some great education as well, as i was not really familiar with the way 'tint' was measured. Getting the most legal tint available, which is "35". The staff were great in keeping me informed of what was going on during the time they were putting on the tint. The waiting room was very convenient and well controlled (temperature), especially for such a cold day outside. After the job was completed, they had me inspect it, as well as explain to me the ways to maintain, as well as not to use the window for a few days (to let it dry properly) definitely a great place to go to, and definitely goes above and beyond of what is being asked. All Pro is the place to go!! Very classy tint installation shop! We had 4 trucks to do, two work trucks and two personal trucks, and needed them done in one day! Called a week in advanced and Colton hooked me up with a day they could fit all four of our trucks in. Colton helped me through all the tint options, I had no clue about tint. We had 4 different full size(4-door) trucks, '05 Silverado 2500, '08 GMC Sierra, '12 Ford F-150, and a clutch '07 Dodge Ram. TJ, Colton, and another gentleman (sorry I forgot your name Bro, not clutch) crushed our four trucks out in one day and mixed in some pretty slick looking exotic cars. Their knowledge of all the different types of vehicles and how to install the tint was impressive!! If you have an older model crew cab Chevy or GMC like the '05 Chevy, you know the rear windows are oddly shaped when rolled down. Takes an expert, a Pro to install and cut that tint, and TJ killed it! Thanks y'all, really appreciate it! Also their tint is approved by the secret All Black Dodge Ram society, and you don't need 6-7 co-signers to get tinted. Also having 4 vehicles coming in all at once could be a headache and a little hectic for some places but Brittany upfront made sure we had all the right tints for each truck! We didn't make it easy for her, each truck had different tint, either classic or the carbon tint Pinnacle, each truck different %'s. And Brit made sure it was pretty seamless! I didn't end up actually buying anything from this business but I had two great encounters with them! When I bought my car in South FL from the dealer, it came with fairly dark tinted windows, so I had no clue about the % of darkness. I started researching car registration rules before I moved to NC and saw that this state has some fussy laws regarding tint. I gave All Pro a phone call while I was still in FL and spoke to a very pleasant lady who gave me all kinds of info. I do have what is considered a SUV, so I learned that I could keep the tint on the back windows, which I think is the same as in NY. I automatically assumed my front window tint was too dark, so after being in Raleigh for a week I called to make an appointment to have it removed. I came in and talked to Hunter. He tested my windows and I found out they were just barely legal, yay! He also suggested going to the nearby Jiffy Lube inspection station, they also checked the windows for me and they passed the test there as well. When we get a second car, I'll definitely be coming back here for tint due to the nice customer service experiences I had here. read more

I rate this 3 stars because my back seats were covered in foot prints, dirt, and crumbs all over the floor. I got my car detailed 6 days prior to this appointment so it was spotless before. It was very upsetting to see these stains on my new car. I had to get my seats professionally shampooed in order for it to come out. Im super happy with my windows but upset with the mess. read more

I came to All Pro Window Films in hopes of getting my old tint removed and new tint installed. Wasn't satisfied with the condition I received my car back and had genuine concerns. Met with the General Manager, Hunter to discuss my concerns. The GM began to make comments such as "You're driving a car with 60,000 miles on it acting like it's a Ferrari" and the whole reason I was complaining was due to buyers remorse and I probably didn't have the money for the service. I approved the $1000 job when I dropped the car off initially. I explained to him that I expected a better customer service experience and deserved to be heard as a paying client that used his service that same day. Because I was frustrated with how things were handled Hunter the GM walked inside, came back out stood directly in front of me and said so what you want to do. Because I did not want to engage with him I got in my car. The GM then went back to the door told me if I came inside I would get trespassing and proceeded to call me "Ghetto" because I was dissatisfied with how things were handled. Regardless of our inability to end things amicably, the customer service was far from professional and our interaction did not warrant any of the comments made to me outside the scope of the visit. I implore minorities to stay away from this company, yes they have raving reviews but that is just a glimpse and does not tell the whole story. They don't deserve our money. WOW what an experience getting a quote! I called twice to get information on wrapping some areas of my vehicle. The lady who answered the phone informed me that the mirror caps could be as low as $75 if my mirrors do not have to be removed. I brought my car over for a quote the guys showed me around the shop and answered all of my questions and were nice and helpful. They seem like they do really good quality work. The trouble came when I had a question about my quote. I was quoted for two areas of my vehicle at $500, there was no itemized list attached to the quote. I called back to ask for an itemized price on each item I requested to be wrapped and was told someone would send it over to me. A few days later I called because I had not received the itemize list I requested so I can move forward with setting an appointment. Hunter got on the phone and was very matter-of-fact, rude, and condescending with me. He blatantly told me I don't understand what the confusion is because I asked if there would be a chance to have the quote lowered Since I was given a ballpark figure. He was so unprofessional that I couldn't believe this was the same person I met in person. I felt as if my business did not matter and I was bothering them to ask them a question about my quote considering they never emailed it over. Never experienced this kind of service before receiving the Actual service. I'm convinced they up charged me since I got a quote elsewhere for the same exact product- 3M wrap for $150 less. This could be why they didn't give me an itemized list originally. I'm pretty sure it was the color of my skin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS IF YOUR ARE A MINORITY. They don't need our money anyway. As I said, I'm sure they do good work but there are plenty other locations that I can drive to get A-class quality and service. We have had a few issues with this company! Though helpful for certain things, after inspecting my car (which I was not informed had two vin numbers due to the drivers side door being replaced) They put the wrong vin. I had to go back to have them fix this so I could pay for my registration, as they said they would just fix the paper. Then they charged me for another inspection!! They also inspected a car and told me the tires were dry rot, after going back to where I got the tires they informed me that they were not dry rot at all, and this company was trying to up sale me! read more

I reached out to All Pro Window Films to inquire about getting the rear tint removed on my car and replaced with a lighter tint that is legal in NC. They responded back to me quickly and was able to get me scheduled in for the next day. I had Pinnacle ceramic tint (I love this ceramic tint. This is not the first car that I have this tint on; it's been a must for all of my cars because of the heat rejection.) on my car already, so it was great to learn that they could match my ceramic tint line but with something a little lighter (I had tint on windows that would not be removed and replaced.). When I arrived for my appointment, there was one car ahead of me, but other than that it was fairly quiet. They kept me updated the whole time they were removing and tinting my car, including letting me know that they were having some problems removing my old tint (think tint that had been on the car for 11+ years and the car baking in the sun for most of this time) because the tint was flaking off rather than coming off in large pieces. I didn't have anything else planned for the day, so I just relaxed in their waiting room (they have a really nice waiting room with a TV, coffee, tea, WiFi, table if you want to get some work done, and comfy chairs) while they waged war on my old tint. When they slayed the old tint, they updated me again to let me know that they were almost done and that I should be on my way soon. When all was completed and after I paid (they didn't charge me extra for their battle against the old tint, which was awfully nice of them), they took me out to see their work. They did a great job and they got the tint almost as close to the edge (just a hair lower, but not noticeable unless you stare at the window edge really closely while comparing to the other windows, but in reality who does that unless you're bored and waiting for your phone to charge while waiting for a delayed flight to arrive?) as the first place that laid the tint (out of state). Overall, I highly recommend All Pro Window Films, not only do they have the Pinnacle ceramic tint, but also great tint installers who are the epitome of patient and have great communication skills. They are very familiar with the NC tint laws and explained things super clearly both over the phone and in person. read more

I am so happy I went with All Pro to tint my windows. They were knowledgable, approachable and did a great job on my Mazda. I called made an appointment ahead of time. During my appointment they showed me the different types and levels of tints and once decided took my car and got it taken care of that day. They were a little more expensive compared to other shops but you truly get what you pay for here and it's a quality job. OMG I have tinted my vehicles back home in a large city and spent so much money on tint over the years. What I appreciate most about All Pro is the honesty. They never tried to oversell me or sell me, they actually wanted me to feel comfortable with pricing and my needs. I could not afford a lot. I wanted privacy for my truck and could not afford some of their high end tint. They told me I could come back for additional tint. I loved their high end tint and they sell tint that filters out heat on a large scale, and I was amazed. They have a special demonstration for the heat reduction of tint. I arrived from Fayetteville @ 6:30 am. I want to start this review by saying how impressed I was on the cleanliness of the shop and that the employees were on time ready to go. All Pro facility/shop is well organized, clean to include the waiting room & restroom. The two gentlemen who work on my 2021 Ford F150 Limited were TJ & Colton. TJ, met me and explained in detailed the application procedure to include helping me to determine the percentage of darkness while keeping it N.C. legal. 1994 was the last time I had any window film/tint applied. I am very happy with the tints on my Chevy Cruze. All Pro Window Tints are a bit pricy, but the life time warranty is worth it. The 3 gentlemen that were working at the Newtown Rd location were very professional and they did an amazing job on each of the cars I seen. I really am happy with TJ Supple's work. He was able to tell me about the different tints and walked me through the process. The night before Hunter called me and was able to schedule me the next day for an 8am appointment. That is amazing because I didn't think I would get seen until the following week. All Pro Window Tints also has a really nice waiting room and it smells really good too. I got a tint, on my car and TJ was very helpful with all my questions I had. And they worked with me allowing me to keep my car at the shop. I was going out of town for one week and I dropped the car off on a Sunday afternoon and one of the tech's was there and he allowed me, to leave the car in the shop. And they let me leave the car at the shop until I came back on Friday. It was very nice of them to allow me to keep the car there.. I had tint put on my large windows and door. The process caused my all glass door to become cloudy and streaked. The salesman said they would replace the tint after I buy new glass. The glass is $900. I called, went by the shop three times, and wrote a nice letter asking the owner to come see my door. The salesman said I was told that the seal wasn't good around it. Why would I ever have it done if the seal is bad and I'm going to get moisture inside? My husband and I are both professionals and we aren't dumb. I simply wanted the owner to see the door, as it might be helpful to him in the future to have his salesman actually evaluate the glass seal before selling the idea of tint. When looking at a new door, they tell you up front they will not guarantee glass if you get it tinted, which is what the glass installers said, as well. Obviously, there can be problems with tinting, especially if the seal is bad. The glass looked fine before the tint. Very poor customer service from Keith Garwood, the owner. So disappointing to never hear a word from him. read more

I recently had my car tinted here and the service was Great. The tint looks great and has significantly helped to keep me cooler on the hot days we've been having. When i first went and had my tint done I was a little bit disappointed because they had not tinted the rear window where the rear tail light is. Though this is small, i am a very detail oriented person when it comes to my car. I talked with the manager and learned that they have a machine that cuts the tint film for them and the tail light section is cut out in their template. He explained that this is only done when the rear tail light is difficult to remove. So I'm thinking to myself, how hard can a tail light be to remove? Is he serious. Well.... It turns out that my rear tail light is permanently attached to the whole rear dashboard. Which is removable, but only after you remove the column paneling, the rear interior side panels, the paneling behind the seats, and partial removal of the door paneling. To top that off the rear seat belts go through the rear dashboard and have to be removed. SO YEAH HE WAS RIGHT. In the end he really came through for me by taking the time to remove the first tint job, clean the rear window and reinstall a film that covers the rear tail light. I'm sure he thinks I'm OCD but he did right by me anyways. read more

Amazing shop! I am so glad that I chose this business to replace the tint on my car. I purchased it a few months ago and it had a terrible tint job on it. Windows were faded, cracking, bubbling, and even non-existent on the back passenger and rear windows. I stopped by here around 1:30 on a Monday and was the only customer there, so I was seen immediately. As others have noted, Hunter is an amazing front for this business. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things window tinting. I explained that I had never had a car with tinting nor ever wanted it, so I knew nothing about tinting. He explained everything in a manner that was easy for me to understand, and I appreciate that immensely. Also as other women have said, this is a very nice shop.
