This is a premium car salon. I had a protective film put on the front of my car and a ceramic coating on the rest of my MDX. The whole process was very professional. This business communicates with their customers, Johnna was very prompt with emails and inquiries that I made, she scheduled my initial consult. I had an initial consult with Jerrell Council. He assessed my MDX and gave me some options and told me what would work best for my vehicle. He did not try to pitch me anything I did not need based on the length of ownership. I was really pleased not to be sold more than what I needed, I had done some homework on many products out there and what I might need. Jerrell was very professional and very knowledgeable. He knew his product and what would work on the Acura MDX. I scheduled a drop off date and paid the deposit. I dropped of the vehicle on a very stormy day, but they made the effort to come in and receive the car. They started work immediately and then the power went out due to the storm, did this stop them, NO. They worked late and after hours to meet the deadline for delivery, Jerrell stayed till 2 am in the morning to get things done. I have so many great things to say about pride in owning your own business and living up to making a client happy. These guys get it! It was an awesome experience and the vehicle turned out amazing! Remember you get what you pay for. I can say this, I feel I got amazing value and a superior product for what I paid. I am a very happy customer. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles.
