I have been here twice and this is the only place I will go to have my windows tinted. Emily the front desk assistant was WONDERFUL. She patiently explained the difference in all the tiny and even put examples on our car for us to choose. It only took 1 hr to install. Store was nice and clean everyone was masked up. I happened to speak with the owner, Scott, who was very helpful as well as great at describing the window tinting product options available and the differences and various packages! I went ahead and made an appointment for noon that same day. I got a great product (the top of the line package because of infrared blockage; could tell quite a difference in temperature blockage from demo). And I received fantastic service from the moment I walked in the door to leaving!! They were finished in about half the time estimate given (a little over an hour total). I was slightly concerned about the waviness in a couple of the windows but as promised that all settled out as the film set and dried (by the next evening in my case). She warned me about which tints would and would not pass inspection and made sure I got the tint that best suited my needs. When I arrived the staff took time explaining different film options along with the pros and cons for each. In the end, I chose the 3M ColorStable 35 option which I am extremely happy with. Full disclosure, during the original install my rear windshield did not adhere correctly. A year or two ago, I would have rated this much, much higher. I have had 6 cars tinted at this shop over the last few years. My most recent experience guaranteed that I won't be back. I bought a new car and like every good money wasting american immediately needed to spend more money to have the windows tinted. I called this shop, and made an appointment that would only require me to skip out of work about a half hour early. I show up to my appointment and am told there was a computer crash. All of the appointment info is gone. The only guy who can do my back window has left. Being a normal human being, I understand. The gentleman I talked to offers to meet me bright and early the following morning to help make it right. This will put me out of work another few hours, but I need it done. I agree to meet him at the shop at 8am. At 8:15 he's a no show. I get on the phone, call up another tint shop, and they offer yo work me in. I'm writing this review from their waiting room. The prices aren't better than the other shops in the area. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I bought a deal from Living Social, which has been, in my experience, a toss up if the experience/customer service will be good... or not. They treated me very well, didn't stand as though they expected a tip when they were giving me my keys (even though I tipped them well because my car was SO clean), and took less than the time they said it would to clean my car. So, to the whole point of writing this review - the cleanliness of my car. I have a dark car, both exterior and interior, and she was spotless! My dash is especially difficult to make shiney (shiny?) because it's so textured, but they made it appropriately shiny (shiney?) so that I wasn't blinded but wasn't ashamed, either. I was charged 25.00 and gave a 5.00 tip, I should have inspected the inside of my truck before I left, the guy did tell me if anything was not done to my satisfaction to let them know the next time. while the outside of my truck was looking nice, the insides under the seat was a hot ass mess, you mean to tell me with four guys working on a truck, no one bothered to do under the seat? I had a warranty issue with my rear window tint. Seems 3M had a bad batch issue in 2007 and I experienced some cracking/bubbling. These folks could not have been better. We took a new car to get tinted and the tint looks phenomenal, but, the car had two bad chips out of the center console and scratches across it. So much water went through my speakers in the back dash, that it was puddled inside the trunk and the speakers made noises for a couple days until they dried out. I had my car tinted at this place a few weeks ago. The car looked good, with the exception of a few minor bubbles and a squiggly line one drivers door. After waiting the five days I rolled down the windows. A crack, and more bubbles appeared on the passenger side window. I called them to make an appointment and asked if they were open on weekends, since I do work. But no, the front desk girl tells me they don't do warranty work on weekends, God forbid they help customers who have already paid them 200 dollars.(Nope, that day is just for the new money.) So now, I have to time out of my work week to make it convenient for THEM( should be the other way around!) when I made it to them a few days later I showed the "front desk girl" what windows are a problem and she decides that only one window needs it, and the other one needs 30 days to dry. which I know is wrong, and will have to waste more of my time going back. I would never ever give them money to do anything ever again. However, I will be going back in 30 days once it's all completely "dry", I want to see what the " front desk girl" has to say then, when it still looks like crap. read more
