The best and only place I get my window tinting done. I have learned a lot from them about window tinting. They explained everything to me so I could make a good decision on what tinting I wanted. read more

I had a great experience here! The whole process of getting my car windows tinted was fast and easy! I dropped my car off on a weekday afternoon without an appointment, and they were finished in less than 2 hours! Before the service, ZACK showed me examples of each level of tint and helped me decide which one was right for me. I ended up choosing the ceramic tint with heat protection and it looks perfect! It also keeps the inside of my car so much cooler! This place also does full service car washing/auto detailing. It looks like they do a really great job at that as well. Everyone is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place 100%! read more

Stopped in for a quote to tint 2 windows, price was fair and they were able to install tint while I waited. Was in and out in under an hour. Installation looks great and service was top notch. Highly recommend! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Raleigh Window Tinting! We needed tinting for privacy and glare for our home. The quote and scheduling process was fast, easy, and totally painless. Scott and team were kind and professional--and as a bonus, they loved our curious cats, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. They walked us through some great 3M options and helped us choose the perfect fit for our space. I felt that the price was reasonable especially given the lifetime warranty and quality of work. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality work with a personal touch. read more

I did some research and for my need I went with the 3M product (3M Crystalline). Thus far, I am Very pleased with the product installation. I received exactly what I requested. Although I am only 3 days past the install, I'll be back after 30 days and provide an update, I went with a darker tint aft of the driver window, and not as dark on the front ( wanted to pass state inspection) read more

I have been here twice and this is the only place I will go to have my windows tinted. Emily the front desk assistant was WONDERFUL. She patiently explained the difference in all the tiny and even put examples on our car for us to choose. It only took 1 hr to install. Store was nice and clean everyone was masked up. Sanitation was all over. We were taken out after the car was finished to view the work and make sure everything was in line. I will definitely be back and you should come to. read more

Artie's is great. Very professional, very fast, and very reliable. They have amazing communication skills and I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs tint work. Actually, I was in a bind trying to register my car and my tint was too dark. 5% to be exact. Artie's went out of their way to squeeze me in and get it done before my registration was late. So, they take the extra steps. read more

I've taken 3 vehicles to Raleigh Window Tinting, and walked away satisfied, each time. Nice staff, and the guys doing the installs do a great job. Very conscientious, and really want to make sure you're satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend this place, due to the quality of work, and the competitive pricing (the other place on Capital Blvd is a LOT higher!) Thanks for another job well-done, guys! Love the way it turned out! read more

Raleigh Window Tinting - Another prime example of quality craftsmanship. - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I was referred by the salesman at Southern States Subaru that sold me my new Legacy. I called to request info and a quote on Saturday morning. I happened to speak with the owner, Scott, who was very helpful as well as great at describing the window tinting product options available and the differences and various packages! I went ahead and made an appointment for noon that same day. I got a great product (the top of the line package because of infrared blockage; could tell quite a difference in temperature blockage from demo). And I received fantastic service from the moment I walked in the door to leaving!! They were finished in about half the time estimate given (a little over an hour total). I was slightly concerned about the waviness in a couple of the windows but as promised that all settled out as the film set and dried (by the next evening in my case). I was very impressed and can see why they've been in business over 25+ years! I would enthusiastically recommend this business to anyone considering 3M window treatment (which has a lifetime warranty by the way). Thanks so much Scott, Emily and team for a really professional job from start to finish. It was a real pleasure doing business with you all! read more

While the business is named Raleigh Window Tinting, it also offers car washing and waxing. I took a car that had not received car care in a few years to get cleaned. They did a wash and wax service and the car looked so much better. Service was at a reasonable price and done in a timely manner. read more

I gave them 2 stars for one reason. First they were high compared to others around. That's okay I chose them because if the ratings. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the tip issue. I'm sorry but asking for or suggesting I tip you is very unprofessional period. Why should I tip? They told me tip is short for "To Insure Proper Service". So I have to not only pay you for a product and service but pay you more to insure you do your job? Where is my tip for giving you my business? No thank you. I will not patronize a business who essentially panhandles. read more

Emily was very helpful and patient with me while I picked out my window tint. She warned me about which tints would and would not pass inspection and made sure I got the tint that best suited my needs. Scott was very helpful and even gave me some tips for restoring my own headlights. This, to me, was really impressive. They have a headlight restoration service here (for just $50) and Scott did not try to push it on me once. Very impressed! FREE WIFI, right near a Cookout, comfortable waiting room with cable TV. Plus great results on my mazdaspeed3! read more

The team at Raleigh Window Tinting and Detail did a great job applying legal-grade tint on my S4. When I arrived the staff took time explaining different film options along with the pros and cons for each. In the end, I chose the 3M ColorStable 35 option which I am extremely happy with. Full disclosure, during the original install my rear windshield did not adhere correctly. The team at Raleigh Window Timing and Detail took full responsibility and replaced the film to make it right - the only cost to me was my time. True A+ work. Will recommend to others and will be back again. read more

A year or two ago, I would have rated this much, much higher. I have had 6 cars tinted at this shop over the last few years. My most recent experience guaranteed that I won't be back. I bought a new car and like every good money wasting american immediately needed to spend more money to have the windows tinted. I called this shop, and made an appointment that would only require me to skip out of work about a half hour early. I show up to my appointment and am told there was a computer crash. All of the appointment info is gone. The only guy who can do my back window has left. Being a normal human being, I understand. The gentleman I talked to offers to meet me bright and early the following morning to help make it right. This will put me out of work another few hours, but I need it done. I agree to meet him at the shop at 8am. At 8:15 he's a no show. I get on the phone, call up another tint shop, and they offer yo work me in. I'm writing this review from their waiting room. The prices aren't better than the other shops in the area. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I bought a deal from Living Social, which has been, in my experience, a toss up if the experience/customer service will be good... or not. They treated me very well, didn't stand as though they expected a tip when they were giving me my keys (even though I tipped them well because my car was SO clean), and took less than the time they said it would to clean my car. So, to the whole point of writing this review - the cleanliness of my car. I have a dark car, both exterior and interior, and she was spotless! My dash is especially difficult to make shiney (shiny?) because it's so textured, but they made it appropriately shiny (shiney?) so that I wasn't blinded but wasn't ashamed, either. I'd definitely go there again, and recommend it. read more

I took my SUV there after reading the two good reviews, I was not impressed!! I was charged 25.00 and gave a 5.00 tip, I should have inspected the inside of my truck before I left, the guy did tell me if anything was not done to my satisfaction to let them know the next time. while the outside of my truck was looking nice, the insides under the seat was a hot ass mess, you mean to tell me with four guys working on a truck, no one bothered to do under the seat? I mean all you had to do was press a button. for 25 bucks I expected better. I will not be going back there. read more

I had a warranty issue with my rear window tint. Seems 3M had a bad batch issue in 2007 and I experienced some cracking/bubbling. These folks could not have been better. Amazing! Patrick was super helpful and I was in and out in an hour. I'm already planning on getting my other car done there too!!!

We took a new car to get tinted and the tint looks phenomenal, but, the car had two bad chips out of the center console and scratches across it. So much water went through my speakers in the back dash, that it was puddled inside the trunk and the speakers made noises for a couple days until they dried out. Owners response: y'all are welcome to come in and watch a video on how its done. Very unprofessional and wont be back. read more
