Before the service, ZACK showed me examples of each level of tint and helped me decide which one was right for me. I ended up choosing the ceramic tint with heat protection and it looks perfect! Cynthia, owner, patiently educated us on the next steps. Safelite says they don't recalibrate and my rear view mirror was attached to the glass. Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. I liked their in-house computerized cutting system which allowed film to be tucked or folded over edges. I found some shops use kits that don't allow enough film to be tucked or folded. Another plus is if you have a tesla there is super chargers nearby.
