I liked their in-house computerized cutting system which allowed film to be tucked or folded over edges. I found some shops use kits that don't allow enough film to be tucked or folded. They were also running a little behind with an earlier customer. They called me to let me know they would be late, but would be able to do the work if the weather cooperated. It did, and they called me again to confirm their arrival time. They gave me a good price on a replacement that looks identical to the original Honda glass they replaced. It looks like new.
