Only thing I am somewhat hesitant about is not physically signing anything once they were done and my card just being ran for the rest of the payment

I liked their in-house computerized cutting system which allowed film to be tucked or folded over edges. I found some shops use kits that don't allow enough film to be tucked or folded. I do wish the front windshield was a little darker but I definitely love the darkness of the other windows. It has definitely helped with my migraines and keeping the car cooler. Just a side note they may take your vehicle to their other shop to do the tint. I wasn't particularly crazy about not being told someone might have to drive my car elsewhere. Overall I'm happy.

They were also running a little behind with an earlier customer. They called me to let me know they would be late, but would be able to do the work if the weather cooperated. It did, and they called me again to confirm their arrival time. They gave me a good price on a replacement that looks identical to the original Honda glass they replaced. It looks like new.
