When it came time for the service the communication was a bit delayed but the guys came and did their job quickly and were super nice and accommodating!! I would definitely recommend them. I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I spoke with Cynthia, I felt…read morelike I was in great hands. She was so kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. Thank you! My windshield arrived the very next day, and although I was told it would take 2-4 hours, they had everything finished in under 2 hours. They also handled the recalibration, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, with a TV and even toys for kids, which I thought was such a nice touch. You can really tell this veteran-owned, family-run business cares about its customers. Andres is incredibly knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and it shows. Thank you for such an exceptional experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replacement or recalibration.

Upon impact I had no idea what to and the only thing I recall was Safelite's commercial and how they come to you to replace. My sis poked around the local area and found out this place. Apex Auto Glass is a one stop shop and serviced same day. If it wasn't for Cynthia, I'd probably have gone elsewhere. We highly recommend this place and advocate supporting our local family shops!

Any business that runs with this sort of integrity, in my experience, has always had high quality work performance.

The entire appointment, including keeping me updated on the repair progress, took less than an hour. My positive experience with McConnell Auto Glass began weeks before the appointment. The office manager recommended contacting a body shop first, as their prices may be lower than McConnell Auto Glass. I did so, got a lower estimate, and was kept waiting for a repair that the body shop stated, in the end, that they did not do; They did not repair cowlings. I endured two missed appointments and a daylong wait for that outcome! I will not mention the body shop's name, but one would assume that someone of their Caliber could correctly state what they did or did not do! [Caliber Collision of Cary, for example!] I cannot recommend McConnell Auto Glass of Raleigh, NC, highly enough. I give them a perfect rating of five (5). This is not an exaggeration; they deliver exceptional work at a fair price. If you have any issues with auto glass or cowlings, I urge you to consider McConnell Auto Glass. They have earned my trust and will be my go-to auto glass repair company.
