Received reminder texts and emails which let me know to be there about 10 mins prior to appt for checkin. Arrived 8:47 and was 6th in line .. 30 mins later, I checked in. Safelite lost a star because of this. They need to give priority to appts. The gentleman at checkin was calm, courteous and respectful to everyone he attended to. Repair wait time was about 30 mins after they got the car. Even though they have limited capacity, Safelite also had snacks, coffee and cold beverages available for their customers. How thoughtful! I've had them come to my home for repairs but this is the first time in their shop. The work was amazing.. I couldn't believe the difference. Will definitely use them again.
