The overspray had eaten through the ceramic coating and started ghosting marks into the clear coat--roof, hood, mirrors, grill, doors... it was everywhere. The first detailer showed up and couldn't make a dent. Then Christian with Real Detail was their next call --and from the very first phone call, he was a total professional. His communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring. He even texted me tips over the weekend to help stop further damage before he could get to me Monday morning. He came straight to my house in Apex, NC, and worked for hours right in my garage and driveway while I worked from home. He started with the least aggressive method and worked up to acid and machine polishing until every single mark was gone. Then he applied ceramic coating to the corrected areas--and honestly, my car looked like I'd just driven it off the lot again. You'd never know it had been damaged. Christian didn't just save my car--he gave me peace of mind. He also took time to educate me on the right soaps, techniques, and dos and don'ts to maintain the finish properly moving forward. I liked their in-house computerized cutting system which allowed film to be tucked or folded over edges. I found some shops use kits that don't allow enough film to be tucked or folded.
