They have a cloth program for you to always have a clean towel to wipe out your car. You can also get assistance if you need it. They mat tokens are a must for my family to keep them clean. Over my last two visits, the customer service has shifted from convenient to overly aggressive and invasive. Management has placed salespeople directly at the self-checkout kiosks who take control of the screens, refuse to let customers select basic wash options, and push upsells relentlessly. On my most recent visit: I politely requested the basic wash option because I was on a budget and in a hurry. The employees double-teamed me, refused to select the service I asked for, and openly criticized my choice, questioning why I wouldn't spend more based on the car I drive. When I declined the upsell, I was told my options were either to buy a more expensive package or receive no service at all. When I decided to leave and back out, they tried to prevent me from backing up and leaving the property. It is completely inappropriate for employees to comment on a customer's personal finances, refuse to sell advertised basic packages, or attempt to trap a customer in line. A car wash should be simple and straightforward. Until management addresses these predatory sales tactics and respects customer choice, I strongly advise drivers to go elsewhere.
