Why 4 stars. Towels. Brought my own, but they provided them as well. Vacuums were fantastic. My front bumper was still full of dead bugs. Wheels, rims were 90% clean. Again. These places help but you have to put in a lot of extra effort.

I have had several issues when attempting to wash my car here. I purchased the monthly pass, but…read moreevery time I would pull up, it wouldn't register my license plate. They had to make me a special card to show when arriving and that had issues as well. I then wanted to cancel my membership, due to all the issues, and I was charged again for the monthly fee. With that being said, I believe the car wash has a lot of potential, but the process was FAR too difficult in my experience. For a "drive-thru" car wash, I was doing a lot of getting out. The customer service i received from Jeremy is the reason behind 5 stars to my review. He was MORE than helpful and I appreciate the lengths he went to make it right for me. If I were to give it another try in the near future, Jeremey would be the reason. Thanks buddy!

That appointment was for today, 5/19/2025 at 12:30. It is now 2:00 and no one has shown up. I've called the office twice, went to voice mail each time, left name and number - no response. Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.

It was rough to the touch and I didn't think that it was patchable. But I was told that if it wasn't, Safelite would let me know and they'll schedule another appt. Safelite lost a star because of this. They need to give priority to appts. The gentleman at checkin was calm, courteous and respectful to everyone he attended to. Repair wait time was about 30 mins after they got the car. Even though they have limited capacity, Safelite also had snacks, coffee and cold beverages available for their customers. How thoughtful! I've had them come to my home for repairs but this is the first time in their shop. The work was amazing.. I couldn't believe the difference. Will definitely use them again.
