Corey was right on time, delivered a tremendous service, also on time, and took the time to show me some of the problem areas he was able to resolve, which quite frankly I didn't think anyone would be able to fix. I'll be hiring them again in the early spring.

Multiple other customers reported similar problems with Washnwerk. Here's what happened: I brought my car in for a window tint and picked it up to find damage on the rear driver's side of my vehicle -- white paint transfer and my light blue paint scraped off. When I discovered the damage, the manager, Garrett, acknowledged it looked like a white car had hit my car and verbally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. My partner witnessed this interaction including Garrett saying "We'll cover the cost of the damage because I don't want you to leave here feeling like we screwed you over." I did not file a police report that day because I trusted his word. I included a photo of my car that I took immediately upon discovering the damage. Upon sending him the quote for the damage, he claimed his employees denied causing the damage and that his ring camera footage showed nothing happened to my car. But that footage was conveniently deleted before anyone could review it. He also denied ever promising to pay for the damage. Because I trusted his initial commitment and didn't file a police report right away, I lost the opportunity to have law enforcement review that footage; law enforcement said they would have confiscated the footage the day the damage was discovered if I had filed a police report. I inspected my car for bird droppings the day before dropping it off at Washnwerk and a witness can confirm they didn't see the damage before it was left in their care. I am now stuck with a $1,000 deductible on a property damage claim for damage I am certain occurred at this business. I looked over the reviews left for Washnwerk on Google and found 6 other reviews describing damage to customers' vehicles such as exterior damage and new stains in the interior. In every instance, the customer reports that the damage was never remediated or at least doesn't mention any remediation. Washnwerk commented on one of these reviews claiming they wanted to make it right, but the customer didn't update their review to confirm any remediation had happened. One reviewer reported the exact same experience as me -- an initial offer to pay, later retracted. There are screenshots of these reviews below. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please choose a detailing company that stands behind their work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. If you've had a similar experience and haven't shared it yet, please do share.

The staff are always wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I always feel welcome here. The car wash itself is subpar, often times, I find myself wiping some areas down after the wash. I see other people do this as well. I do love the self-vacuum parking spots. They're large and allow you to have your doors open without worrying about other cars banging into you. The car mat wash area is nice, too. They recently added a tub to scrub your mats yourself which is really convenient, especially because one machine is not enough for all of the customers to share. One of the nicest things about coming here is that you're not given a time limit when cleaning the inside of your car. I'm mindful of how busy it can be but if it's slow, I do like to take my time and really clean the car to the best of my ability. I wish the vacuums were more powerful and had different attachments but overall, I can get a decent clean in between professional detailings. For $25 with a complimentary wash, I feel like I get a good deal out of it. Most importantly, my husband was thrilled that the car was clean and was really impressed with the interior and exterior.

As…read morean older woman who's been around long enough to know good service when I see it, let me tell you: this experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with smiles and a level of care I haven't seen in years. But what truly stood out were two young gentlemen in purple shirts--I believe their name tags read Brett and Chase. Let me be clear: these two were a breath of fresh air. Respectful, kind, professional, and so genuinely helpful, I honestly felt like royalty. They guided me through the process with such patience and attentiveness--answering my questions, checking on the smallest details, and treating me not just as a customer, but as a human being. In a world where good manners and strong work ethic seem to be fading, Brett and Chase reminded me that the next generation still has some shining stars. I was astonished--in the best way. If management sees this: these boys deserve a raise, a plaque, and a day named after them. I left not only with a sparkling clean car, but also a full heart. Bless you both, and thank you for making my day.
