The staff are always wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I always feel welcome here. The car wash itself is subpar, often times, I find myself wiping some areas down after the wash. I see other people do this as well. I do love the self-vacuum parking spots. They're large and allow you to have your doors open without worrying about other cars banging into you. The car mat wash area is nice, too. They recently added a tub to scrub your mats yourself which is really convenient, especially because one machine is not enough for all of the customers to share. One of the nicest things about coming here is that you're not given a time limit when cleaning the inside of your car. I'm mindful of how busy it can be but if it's slow, I do like to take my time and really clean the car to the best of my ability. I wish the vacuums were more powerful and had different attachments but overall, I can get a decent clean in between professional detailings. For $25 with a complimentary wash, I feel like I get a good deal out of it. Most importantly, my husband was thrilled that the car was clean and was really impressed with the interior and exterior.

We posted a negative review on Google and were called names. They seem to like to point out that they are the "only full service car wash" in Wake Forest. Compared to what I was used to, this place is top notch. The quality of the automatic wash is very good, and their system does a much better job at not clobbering my side mirrors. The young guys working there have been great and have delivered excellent customer service that I'm just not really used to receiving these days. From a personal perspective, I am impressed with these guys and will continue with the monthly service, which is also a better value than the last place. Great job guys.

Excited wash and three young men were waiting around, I was only customer there. They weren't very friendly. I waited outside while they vacuumed my car out. When my car was done, they yelled the name of my vehicle. I guess there's no other way to get a customer's attention, however I didn't care for that. The car looks fine, tire shine was meh. Water and mystery stains with a funky smell on the inside, green algae/mold on the windows and crevices, and a solid layer of dirt and grime all over. Really should have taken before pictures but completely forgot it. Fast forward 24 hours and I'm 100% blown away. It looks like a brand new vehicle that just rolled off the showroom floor!!!
