Have been a patron for several years as I have always been pleased with the level of the carwash. Came by earlier in July and today (7/31) and the wash was great both times, but they have half of the vacuums blocked off and the 12 slots that were open, 1 was non=operational. Besides myself, i saw many cars have to leave without having the ability to finish cleaning their cars. Carwash and leave. Poor management or just neglect. Best advice, find another place where everything works. read more

absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! purchased a membership online when I went to use it they were closed for several days for maintenance while still charging for the membership. I reached out a handful of times to cancel and never got a response. I finally went in person and spoke with someone who called the area manager. they finally refunded my membership and ensured me it was cancelled. The big kaduna is the wash i received. As I turned the corner to enter the wash tunnel, I saw a sign with a special that if you bought the big kahuna, you would also receive what appeared to be a bucket with a coupon for the graphene wash. I'm not happy with my tires/ wheels not being cleaned. I tried to call several times. It said it couldn't take my message because it wasn't set up yet. I'm not happy especially with the cost of this wash. I could have driven a mile to auto bell. I guess I will next time I need a wash. I don't recommend this place due to the above notes. read more

3/29/21: It was an OK car wash. Nothing great. Nothing too bad either. They has the guys right there where you pay to help you with your payment no matter if you needed it or not. They weren't super friendly. They were definitely just there for a check. There was a driver in front of me who before getting out of the car wash had his car in PARK, not NEUTRAL like they ask us to. So, at the end, they were just parked and holding up the line. I almost hit this person & that would've been a chain reaction. I had to lay on my horn for them to move along. The vacuum wasn't strong enough. My floors still had crumbs all over them. Great car wash - convenient location - Go in the morning if you don't like it busy. Mornings, everything is stocked - towels, cleaners, and vacuums are all working well. If you go later in the day - after it's crazy busy - you have to deal with vacuums that everyone's been sucking up their trash, socks (yeah, I found that once), pens, change, straws, and whatever else up in there. People believe those vacuums are exorcists by the looks of what you can find up in there. You got that much crap - go to church, not the carwash. read more

I can't remember the last time my car went through the car wash but it was definitely due. $7 for the basic wash was a little high but that's how much things cost these days. The wash was excellent and the outside of my car is better for it. Even the roof is shinier. Woot! Unlimited vacuums were a huge help as I had quite a lot of dirt, sand and gravel there. Much needed cleaning and the floor mats got a good vacuuming too. Some of the vacuum areas are in the shade, some are not. Hopefully you can get a shady one. First off, it was kinda weird. I pulled up to pay and a man walks out of no where, took my credit card, selected the $16.00 option for me (I wanted the $20) and gave me credit card back to me. It was such a "What the..." moment. Turns out that he worked there. First off, I didn't need help with paying. Not sure why he did that. This caught me off guard. I was speechless...in an awkward way. Overall, nice car wash. It gets most of the dirt off your car. The vacuum station was probably my favorite, especially if you're the lucky one he gets the shaded area. There's a carpet cleaning machine as well. You're also given clothes to clean your car. I went to the wash and started to vacuum. I was 3/4 through the manager informed me I needed to go through the wash first. I said ok( even though this is not posted anywhere) explained since I was almost done, I would wrap up then go through, as I have been doing the last 2 years, but no problem . The lady then turned off the vacuum...whatever, I was done anyway. I proceeded to the car wash to pay for my wash when she sent one of her colleagues out to inform me I was refused a wash...really? This is some epic level small ego problems. I don't think I'll return. I'll hit up the moms and pops instead. Lesser vacuums but no power tripping managers. Who needs the hassle... read more

Purchased monthly membership (Raleigh, NC location) due to having to detail my vehicle several times a week because I use it for ridesharing. I chose Hugo's because they have some shaded areas to vacuum and use their high pressure detailing gun. However, they don't always have the shaded areas open. I've requested to use a shaded bay to dry my vehicle and clean the wheels (their car wash doesn't do a good job of this) and I have to limit my time in the sun, but they refuse and say I have to use the bays in the sun. Not what I consider good business or customer service. I've even vacuumed and detailed the inside of the vehicle in a bay that was in full sun and just wanted to use a shaded bay to do the outside of the vehicle and was refused. Not like I asked them to turn on their vacuums/air in the shaded bays. I've promoted this business on social media in the past, but after receiving this type of treatment, I won't be endorsing them anymore. read more

They ripped the spoiler off My grand caravan...had it all on video where they were at fault...their insurance company called Me 3 months later to tell Me they denied the claim...I already paid to get it fixed wasn't even thinking about it anymore. So... i think I will be back here, but I want to flag a few things. My experience here was stressful as heck, though now that I know what to expect I'm sure my next visit will go fine. This is an automatic car wash. You'll pay on a machine before going into the car wash. You will stay in your car. When you approach, a man will start spraying your window with water, which means you can't really read the instructions that are posted. You'll need to turn off your windshield wipes (not leave them on auto, like I did and got yelled at for). When you approach, you'll put your car in neutral. Do not touch your steering wheel while you're going through the car wash. The guy working there was wildly rude. He was like, screaming at us to put our car in neutral/move forward/put it in neutral/move forward...etc. It was just confusing. When you get out of the wash, you'll be able to pull up to a vacuum station. I personally did not see the area where they had cleaners and towels. I also didn't see the machine that you could run your mats through for quick cleaning. We just used the vacuums, which worked fine. I really liked the idea of being able to vacuum yourself. I also noticed people here brought their own cleaning supplies too. This could become a cool component of my Sunday morning routine - who knows - so I think I'll be back. I will say though: if you, like me, have anxiety about this kinda stuff...your first visit may be stressful. The rude people here don't help, either. Thankfully, you dont really have to talk/interact with them after you get in the car wash. read more

This used to be my favorite spot to go to but as long as this new manager is there I won't be returning. Saturday March 11th at 12pm my car got scratched going through. After saying something to an associate he goes to get this "manager". Without acknowledging me or even looking at me she automatically goes to the scratches and says "oh this didn't happen here my machine goes down not up" ...like what??? Then tells me that she takes her car through all the time and her car isn't scratched. She also implied that every car would have a scratch on it if it happened there. I got the full package with the ceramic coating for $25. Pull up to the vacuums to start cleaning the truck noticed truck still dirty all on the front on the side rims are all dirty still, tire shine part of the tires. What's the point in paying the $25 when it does the same as the $10 job. I got to get out wipe down the whole truck to clean the dirt from the front and the sides re-clean all the rims go get some tire shine shine all the tire up just ridiculous I will never return. read more

I noticed yet another car wash pop up on Capital Blvd, Hugo's Express Car Wash, and thought I should check it out. I was very impressed. This one stands above the other self-service car washes in several ways. 1) A good wash! I spent $12 for a middle-level wash. I don't like spray wax, so this was the best wash I could get without wax. I had a clean exterior and shiny tires at the end of the wash. There is also a $7 wash for the more frugal crowd and more expensive washes if you have extra cash that you really want to spend, but the $12 was was perfect for me. 2) Free vacuums. My car really needed a good cleaning. I spent 30 minutes on it after the wash. The vacuums were running and available for use the whole time... No quarters needed. 3) Free pressurized air to get the nooks and crannies cleaned out. I've never seen this anywhere else and it's a nice touch. 4) Free glass cleaner and use of micro-fiber towels. My dash, console and cup holders haven't looked this nice since I bought the car. I've used some of the full-service wash places in the area and they are fine, but no one cleans my car like I do. Access to the tools to do the job right is appreciated. 5) A floor mat cleaner. Just run your floor mats thru this machine and they come out pretty clean, much better than vacuuming alone. All in all, I would highly recommend Hugo's to anyone who is willing to clean the inside of your car out yourself. read more

So far this seems to be a great car wash. It is in a decent location, and easy to get to. The first thing that I noticed was that they have free vacuums that are available for anybody to use. The vacuums work great, and easily sucked all of the dust and dirt out of my vehicle. The thing that I like the most was something that I had never seen at any car wash location before. They have this machine that you just take your floor mats, and run them through the machine, and it vacuumed the floor mats for you and cleaned all of the dirt off of them. That is a really really cool invention, and I wish that every location had it. They also have free window cleaner, and towels for people to use while they're vacuuming and cleaning their car. That's really nice because I have not seen any other location provide that for their customers to use. You can paper wash here, or buy a monthly pass depending on what your needs are. But so far everything seems great at this car wash location. read more

I drove 5 miles to come to this car wash. The car wash did a great job and the amenities were fabulous! I have never seen a carpet mat vacuum unit and it was really cool. You just run your mats through this machine and it vacuums them. The self-service vacuums also worked really well and there was tons of staff to help you if you needed it. read more

My husband and I come here all the time. It's convenient, good price, and a good wash as well. I had an issue today where my car didn't come out quite clean after the first wash and everyone was so super nice and helpful. They explained what was going and fixed the issue (mine not theirs) right away. Rather than just say "it's cause your car is so damn dirty" which was the truth they were super kind and helpful. 10/10 will come here every time and would highly recommend them to anyone. What a great deal! I did the $12 wash, the exterior looks great. Attendants are there to pre-brush your car while you wait to pull into the wash. Where the real value is: Once you're out of the wash, you pull into a vacuum spot. They have a FREE vacuum and air compressor at each spot. There's a machine you can put your floor mats through, and there are plenty of clean rags and spray. For $12 and some elbow grease, my car is now cleaner then it has been after any of the "full service" washes I've been to. If you're willing to put in the work yourself, you could give your car a full detail for $7 (their cheapest wash). I'll definitely be back. read more

I feel like this car wash is misleading! That's just my opinion. I wasn't aware that the $20 "all in" was still just an automatic wash. I took my car somewhere else after. They do give you a rain check to come back if it rains within two days of getting your car wash, so that's cool. The gentleman who came over to ask what was wrong when I was inquiring to another employee wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't very accommodating. I saw on some other reviews there were vacuuming stations, I wasn't told about those either (I did not ask). When i pulled up initially I did ask if they did the inside (he said no) so I would assume he would tell me then? Anyways I won't go back but was a pretty fast car wash for someone in a hurry. read more

I've tried them all and Hugo's probably delivers the best wash, for an automatic car wash. I do the monthly subscription. If you go often enough it's a good deal for an automatic. Touching up wheels etc by hand of course is still needed, but Hugo's does better than others for me. read more

Today was my fourth and final visit to this car wash. My truck had to be put back on the track twice, and they didnt clean my window. Expensive wash for not cleaning the outside. There are still bug guts on my window, and my side mirrors and my grill. read more

Your car is not the only thing they will clean. Whatever you do, DON'T get their Unlimited Car Washes. It works until you go to cancel. I gave them the 30 days advance notice that they require. They still take the money out of your account! I have called twice. I left messages and they don't return your calls. I even went down there and talked to the Assistant Manager. NOTHING has happened, except they KEPT my money!! The excuse you will get from the folks onsite is that management is offsite. They can't even retrieve your voicemail. They can see where it's canceled and they can see where they took my money. That's what I call CLEAN! read more

The attendant refused to clean my windshield with the long brush prior to entering the wash. He said the liquid he sprayed on the windshield was basically the same. I paid $21.45. Those guys are so lazy. Also, there are NO TOWELS to dry your car off. What a ripoff. Don't go to this joke of a car wash. read more

Great car wash, variety of price/wash options anywhere from $7-$20. Quality of the wash is good, and they have free vacuums and towels to use after you go through. Good service from their staff each of the three times I've come here. Minor complaint, if you drive anything larger than a mid-size SUV, you'll have trouble navigating their cramped parking lot and vacuum area. read more
