We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. They pulled my truck out of the bay at 1410 (in the rain and left my driver window down) They took over an hour to complete the inspection reporting that their inspection tech just returned from lunch at 1400 as reason for over an hour wait. There were NO issues with my 2011 Chevy Avalanche but this unacceptable delay in completing an inspection is aggravating and will be my last visit to this business. This was my 4th inspection at this location and my last.
