This seemed shady but, I wrote the experience off as a one-off mistake. Then, back at the beginning of July they changed my oil...and completely damaged the hood of my car and passenger side fender by trying to slam the hood closed on the stick that holds it up. They sent me home without mentioning it... When I came back to ask what happened they said they would "check the cameras". The business manager then acknowledged that they caused the damage. And then all communication stopped. No phone calls. No responses to emails. Nothing. I had to file a complaint with the attorney general of NC and only then did they communicate through email acknowledging the damage they caused. Then they blocked my emails so I couldn't forward them the repair estimate. So the attorney general's office did it for me. Only then did they go and pay for the repair...They didn't ever apologize. They never called me. They didn't cover a rental car for me and my kids while the van was in the shop. I'm lucky they even paid for the repair. And here's the thing... someone not as persistent as me may not have ever gotten their car fixed. Someone who didn't know how to contact the attorney general might not have ever gotten a repair. So be careful. This business is not one who wants to do the right thing. They aren't willing to admit when a mistake is made. And they aren't willing to fix their mistakes unless the law is involved.
