We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. Then some old guy that looked like a cross of Father Time and a Warlocks biker gang member complete with the white beard and bandanna hopped in the conversation. He proclaimed you NEVER balance a trailer tire. I have a history in mechanical engineering and I was a Certified ASE Master Technician for 20 years. They say never argue with a fool. Then this kid came over and told me if HE scratched my new wheels that HE wouldn't be responsible. WHAT? These were 165/80/13 tires. Tall sidewalls are easy to mount. The tire store across the street mounts the 30 and 25 aspect ratio Michelin tires on my BMWs and they don't have a "if I damage you wheel doing my job...I'm not responsible" policy.
