When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. In case you have never worked on a car, replacing a rear main seal requires that you remove the transmission. Major work at a more than fair price. On the couple of occasions I've had work done he always tells me if you have any problems bring it back and we will correct it. Very honest. I guess the guy way back in 2013 with a bad review had a different experience than the rest of us.
