Christy graciously greeted me, listened to my problem and responded, "Our mechanic, Ricky, will be out as soon as he thoroughly washes his hands." Ricky studied my visor, explained what the problem was and said, "Since you will not be in town long enough to have us order and receive the part you need, I might be able to figure out a temporary solution so you can return home safely with a functional visor." He returned momentarily with a part from a 2009 Honda that he was keeping in his "Miscellaneous Drawer", put it on the visor and said, "You are good to go." I work on all my own stuff and lost a retaining clip for a Japanese Starter. I stopped by and explained what I needed. The person I spoke to allowed me back into the stock room and gave me four of the mentioned clips in different sizes. He didn't charge me a dime. I offered to pay for them severeal times but he refused. I can't tell you how much that meant to me . Brought my vehicle in, by the suggestion of my usual car care center, citing that the battery was having issues. I passed this information along to Johnny's, but would I did not realize is that they would throw that information in the trash. They chose to do completely separate jobs (draining water from the door, pull out an untouched GPS tracker), and charged $500. They didn't bother to call about passing this along, and I had to call just to hear that they were already done, and they were very excited to present me with the bill. And of course, my issue was not resolved. And looking at the rest of these reviews, it seems that's exactly what these sleazy scumbags love to do. Bascially, they charge $150 an hour for labor, even if the labor is not to resolve the issue. If they want to charge you for draining fluids from your car, finding random things to replace, and BillyBob eating a sandwich in your car, you have no choice but to pay for their benevolent services! An absolute disgrace of a business that has no place in our community!
