Made an appointment online for last week. Paid my $50 deposit. On the morning of the appointment a lady called to tell me I was not on the schedule and could we make another appointment. That appointment was for today, 5/19/2025 at 12:30. It is now 2:00 and no one has shown up. I've called the office twice, went to voice mail each time, left name and number - no response. Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank. read more

Booked easily online and paid a deposit. Got email and text reminders for the appointment in the days leading up to it. Nobody showed up, so I called and their voicemail is full, so I texted. I received a text that said the technician is running late, but was on the way. Fine by me. After they didn't show up, I called, texted and emailed to cancel the appointment because I can't wait forever. They finally responded to a text and said they hadn't heard from the technician who was supposedly on the way today and they also said he had a "family emergency." Something wasn't adding up with the excuses. I wasted a lot of time waiting, I suggest you don't do the same. They never called to reschedule or say they were running late. They only responded albeit, slowly, when I reached out. They did refund the deposit quickly. read more

How do I even begin.... this company is nothing short of a nightmare. I contacted and paid the deposit back in the beginning of June. Booked my appointment, and the day of the appointment, no one showed up. I texted them, and they said they were "out of office" the following day, and that's why no one responded. Upset because I spent my entire day off at home waiting for them to show up. So why was my appointment scheduled for that day?? Fast forward, I had rebooked and never received a confirmation. The technician shows up and I am not home. No big deal, just a miscommunication, lets reschedule. We rebooked. Technician shows up 2 hours late (I needed my car to pick someone up from the airport). Nonetheless, the technician calls and says he found my vehicle and has started cleaning. I look out my front window, the technician is not there. I called, and turns out he went and started cleaning a random car!! He finally came over to mine, started vacuuming. About an hour into my appointment, he calls and told me he has left and kept my keys in my car, unlocked, and had left cause his generator wouldn't start. He told me we would rebook. A week later, I get a text saying a tech is on the way!! With no prior notice!! I wasn't home, so I ask to reschedule, the number ghosts me. I paid a $50 deposit to have my carpets vacuumed essentially. I could not recommend this company less. Complete headache and waste of time. read more

They arrived 2 hours late, started cleaning without telling me they had arrived (the car had accidentally been left unlocked), missed cleaning a number of areas, then left without telling me they were done. I tried calling Prime Time Mobile Detailing multiple times to let them know they hadn't finished, but no one answered and the voicemail box was full. I've also emailed multiple times in response to their guarantee, "If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will make it right with our 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee." I have not received any response. I had excellent service from them last year, but after this experience, I will not be using them again. read more

Unfortunately this was quite a bad experience. For $250+, the job done was inferior to what I get at a car wash place for $30 !! My mistake was paying and leaving the car with the "detail technician" before it was finished since I had a doctor's appt to go to. I thought I was dealing with professionals. Not even close. Both the exterior and interior were very poorly cleaned and some areas were totally untouched. Calls and texts to try to reach these folks went un-answered. Very disappointing! read more

I hate go on here and do this but i feel obligated to share my unfortunate experience dealing with Prime Time Mobile Detailing. Quick spoiler alert, I did not even give them the opportunity to come wash my car so i honestly don't know how well the finished service would've turned out. Now that being said, i found them online via google search, gave them a call around 9am when they opened, spoke to the receptionist lady who was very nice and pleasant to speak with. I was even able to book a same day appointment for later that afternoon. No issue so far. They gave me a window between 1pm and 3pm so i booked it in hopes to get my car looking fresh and brand new. The pricing was fair, nothing to brag about but was just happy i can get some same day service. Now here is where the issues came in to play. It's now 3:30pm, getting dark outside and nobody ever showed up or gave me call to update me. Now I'm furious as i pretty much wasted a few hours of my afternoon waiting around for no reason what so ever. So i decide to call them, the lady answers, i ask what happened to my scheduled service, she then proceeds to tell me that the service technicians had issues with their equipment on the job they had prior to mine. Now i understand things happen that are out of your control, but the issue is nobody ever called me to inform me. This lack of communication is what ultimately landed this 2 star review for this company as a simple phone call explaining the situation could've avoided all of this. So after speaking with the receptionist lady, she offered a solution for service to be scheduled for the next day and even offered me a discount due to the inconvenience. I now have doubts due to the lack of communication and time wasted that i don't want to put myself in the situation to get my time wasted again. I politely declined but i was able to respectfully get my point across and really hope they can learn from this simple mistake and do better to the next customer. I was very clear on what was needed and where my boat was. The representative even stated he had been there before. When they got there they said they did not have enough hose to do the job. Then they didn't fully refund my deposit due the their travel costs blaming me for why they could not do the job. Very deceitful. Your response is not being truthful and is quite exaggerated if not fictitious, I will leave that with you. Its interesting what you state on the chemicals that had not been mentioned to me by you and the fact you told me personally when you got there you were trying to find another truck in the area to get a hose extension to be able to do the job as quoted. Also, you did not mention chemicals in our call. You spoke of minerals in the lake water which was my reference to the water hose filter on the dock. The first mention of chemicals was when I called your office to request a refund of my deposit. Additionally, a non refundable deposit was never mentioned nor is it noted on the receipt. read more

I called Prime Time Mobile Detailing and they were courteous and professional on the phone. The time frames at which they could schedule a service were pretty quick as in next day quick as other shops and services were either busy for several weeks or not even answering the phone. These folks sent their service technician who found our country location pretty easy considering others have struggled in the past. Their technician Shelton delivers a friendly demeanor and worked very hard and succeed in removing pet hair and odor for a fee of 50 bucks extra for medium amount on top of the 250 I spent on the Hot Mess interior detail package. The car a 2012 Toyota Corolla was bought from a salvage lot and had dirt and stains on the seats and deep ground in dirt and pet hair in the trunk and carpet. Shelton was the man and worked a hard 4 hours not missing any of the hair, stains and dirt. The car smelled sooo much better too. My wife suffers from pet allergies so proper cleaning was a must. I took a mini van to this business and ordered the Show Time Detail. First, the secretary called me after the appointment was supposed to have started and said their van broke down and I had to bring the mini van in to their office or wait two weeks to get it cleaned. I took the mini van in and was told it would take 2 hours or less. After two hours I tried calling the secretary back and leaving voicemails but she didn't answer or respond. 6 hours after dropping the van off I finally got a call back. They charged me an additional $150 for "pet hair cleaning" bringing the total to almost $400. I picked up the van and it was still filthy. Pet hair was everywhere and the inside of the mini van reeked. Attached are pictures of the mini van after I picked it up. I've also attached a screenshot from their website of the service I ordered, clearly showing "full interior deep cleaning" as included in this package. This place scammed me. VALUE THIS EMPLOYEE! I must say, Keith did an exceptional job on my car! There wasn't one issue I could find with the service. I've had a lot of details done and I always find at least 1-2 spots that were overlooked or left uncleaned (door handle, gear shift, something), but there was not one spot left untouched by Keith. I really appreciated that. He's professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He obviously has plenty of detailing experience. My girlfriend had set up an appointment to have my truck interior detailed as an early Valentine's Day gift today and all I can say is, if I could give more than 5 stars on here I definitely would. Lamar was right on time and did an awesome job on the detail but it doesn't stop there. My truck gets dirty often after many farm trips and being slung around in the mud. Although I was only set up for an interior detail, he went above and beyond the agreed service and washed the exterior of my car which is a tough process when mud is caked on everywhere. He didn't just wash the body of the truck, he cleaned the wheels/rims and wiped on tire shine. Super great job that left the truck spotless. PTMD will be my go to in auto detailing and will definitely be letting everyone know about his service. This is how all businesses should strive to be run. I reached out to Prime Time Mobile Detail for help to remove major mold build up and a full interior detail on my Toyota Sequioa. My wife and I explained to the receptionist multiple times over the phone that the mold is really bad and that the technician will need to wear a hazmat suit to protect him/herself against the mold in my car. The receptionist put us on hold for a while to talk with the manager. We were told the technician can do the mold removal and a thorough clean up job for a specific price, which we agreed upon. However, the technician that came to my house didn't have any respirator mask or hazmat suit. I insisted that he not get into the car without any protection for his safety. He called and spoke to his manager Lamar about the condition of the mold. Lamar instructed the technician to proceed with the job. I pushed back and spoke to Lamar about my concern for his technician. Larmar then insisted that they need to bring more supplies and that the price will be more then double what was originally agreed upon. I disagreed with Larmar approach to the matter and cancelled the appointment. read more

My appointment was set for 7:30 - 11:30 am. He called saying he was running late and arrived at 8:00 am. Overall I think they did a decent job. My car is a 2014 so once you do a detail you will notice EVERY imperfection. Keep in mind this is why the detailers struggle with customers. In our mind, we are thinking of a "New Car" look and of course, the reality is you have your 2014 with a lot of imperfections. I also want to stress the I received multiple texts wanting to address my issues/concerns. However, my luck it was a day full of errands. With that being said paying for the highest package they offer (Prime Time Detail) was surprised they missed so many items included in the package. 1.) The headliner was not clean. 2.) 3 out the 4 wheels were clean. I was driving around until I stop at Autozone to purchase tire cleaner & shine 3.) driver side mirror had a huge smush where I couldn't see. 4). The back rear window (inside) was dirty could see the fingerprints 5. The carpets that were in the trunk were only vacuumed and not "Shampooed Carpets & Seats Twice As Aggressive" Overpaying for the highest package and missing these items just seem odd. Maybe they saw since it wasn't a bad shape not a lot of effort was required? Maybe this is the quality of work? Either way spending more money to do the work after paying a large sum - just felt ...Idk yucky feeling. Be quick but don't hurry. I know he offered to re-do but with all these basic items missed where the car wash drives thru offer. I feel like I will be taking time from his other clients that will be happy in his quality of work. Wow! What a wonderful experience. I placed a request over the internet for my husband to have his vehicle detailed for Valentine's Day. From the beginning I immediately received a contact from their company, they scheduled the appointment. I had several questions prior to them coming out and they were quick to respond and put my mind at ease. It was raining and they came fully prepared with tents. They were able to get the salt from the ruff winters in Chicago out of his car and also removed some paint that was sprayed on from parking near a construction site. They communicated quickly and efficiently. My husband was blown away by the attention to detail. My dad also arrived and had his Tesla detailed since he saw what a great job they were doing to my husbands vehicle. Very through and came fully prepared. We used prime time for the first time this week. They were recommended by a work colleague. They sent Clifton who we really enjoyed meeting. He is an expert on cars of all types and appears to love detailing cars. He did the best job I have ever had on my two cars. One car is a 2008 Lexus and the other is a 2015 Honda. When he was finished, they both looked like they were coming out of the show room. There was no detail that was too small for him to attend to. Considering the quality of the work and how complete Clifton was, their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them for all of my detailing needs. Kudos to Clifton! read more

I have a Prius that wasn't super dirty but it needed a good cleaning so I got the big time deal package. I was specifically looking for the interior to be vaccumed and shampooed. I had no problem with the exterior cleaning, though it wasn't anything special and the windshield still had some spots on it. I was pretty disappointed with the interior cleaning. At first glance I was pleased, but upon further inspection there were several dirt spots in the trunk and on the doors that did not appear to have be cleaned, the glove boxes still had crap in them that hadn't been cleaned out, and the shampooing was low quality at best. All in all, they were relatively cheap and didn't do a terrible job but it wasn't very good either. Next time I'll go somewhere else. read more

Not a good experience. Paid for the "interior and exterior" boat detailing. Outside of boat looks amazing, inside looks...meh. Lots of obvious spots missed, still mud on the floor, etc. When I complained with photos and video of all the areas missed I was told that many parts of the boat are not actually included in the detailing. What's not included is never mentioned anywhere. Oh, and some of the problem was the cover dropping lint. LOL. They did offer to come out, but I had to be there. Unfortunately I was heading out of town and not available. I suggested other times, or just knock a little $$ off the total and call it even. The secretary said she'd call the owner and call me back...she called me back and said "since we tried to make it right and you refused, pay up or we'll put a lien on your boat". Niiiice. She also said the owner would call me, but it's been a week and no call so...I paid and am posting this review as a warning to others and will just clean the rest myself.
