I generally dont write reviews, but since Clear vision guys did such a good job, I can do this much. In morning when I was about to get into my Car, found a huge Ding and multiple cracked windshield. I had parked my car in the apartment complex, looks like someone had dropped something heavy. Couldn't identify who did, filed a police complaint and since my auto insurance had a $500 deductible i chose not to go to my insurance company. I started shopping around and got some quotes on glass replacement but nothing came close to what Clear Vision Auto Glass guys quoted. Also I was looking for someone who could replace the glass immediately and most of the companies either said they could do in 3-5 days or drive it to their location for a next day fixing. Clear Vision guys said they could do it the next day. I spoke to sales rep Ronnie and after explaining my situation he was considerate enough to send someone first thing in morning to fix my car. That was a relief. I got a prompt call at 9.00 AM a person was outside of my apartment complex with Clear Vision Van. Mr Scoggins did a great job. He greeted with big smile and was very welcoming. He not only replaced my windshield, but also vacumed all the broken glass that had fallen inside my car and wiped everything clean. He also transferred all the stickers from my old windshield to the new one. They did a good work fixing the new glass and have life time warranty too which is good. Words cannot describe the level of gratitude, customer service, and true understanding of what a wonderful company Transparency Auto Glass is. I needed my window fixed within a few hours and called over 13 different companies and none of them seemed to be able to come out that day and help me. This company went above and beyond the call of duty and truly had taken customer service to a whole new level. There need to be more companies like the one I am describing in this review. They were polite, understanding, candid. Any adjective that describes amazing is what this company is all about. I could write a book-length review but the fact of the matter, if you go with any other company who delivers make sure to choose Transparency Auto Glass first because they have my business for life. I had a chip in my window that I had Ronnie from Clear Vision repair for me. He looked at a previous repair I had done from a different auto glass guy about 5 years ago, or so, and he explained to me that they did a quick job and that he would make sure to do the new one CORRECTLY. He talked me through the process and by the time he was finished there was literally no sign of the hideous rock chip that was there before. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone use Clear Vision in the future for anything from rock chips to full windshield replacement. He does things the right way and doesn't half-ass any of his work. If you are looking to get your windshield replaced I highly recommend these guys! They did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I called in and was given an appointment for the following day they called prior to our appointment to confirm and showed up on time My installers were Daniel and Jace from the Garner location who were very professional and unbothered by my presence as I sat in the front yard and watch them work! Overall the install took about 30 minutes they cleaned up after themselves and left the windshield squeaky clean no fingerprints!!! Also they informed my husband that he could not wash the car for 24 hours (thank goodness!) Needless to say my overall experience was pretty darn good! read more

While driving home to Florida from Virginia, a giant rock was kicked up by another car on the interstate and shattered my windshield. After assessing the damage and deeming it unsafe to wait on fixing it, I researched places nearby and found this one. It was a solid hour of driving added to our trip, but it was beyond worth it! I was helped immediately with only about a half hour's notice and was out within the hour. I found a very long cracked windshield in my 2012 Pilot the other day. I checked ratings of different companies in the area and called a few places to get quotes. A rock hit my windshield this summer and I had been in denial. Because I didn't address it, the windshield went from a chip, to an "I", to an "r", and then to an "s" and everyone had been teasing me about it because the crack kept stretching. I found Transparency Glass on line and they were quick and professional. They came to my job to totally replace my windshield, because at this point, the crack has stretched to the middle of the windshield. Ronnie and Jace were quick to answer questions I had regarding a leak in my rear window. Of 5 companies I spoke with, Transparency was the only to offer replacement of the window seals versus the entire glass window at a significant cost savings to me. The process took overall around an hour. Their waiting area has WiFi. Ronnie made sure to go over the details as to why he thinks the window started leaking, and what the process was to reinstall. In September of 2017 I needed a side window replaced. Contacted them one evening and set an appointment at our home the next day. The work was done quickly and professionally. Fast forward to March 18 and the window had "jumped the track" and wouldn't close properly. I sent an after hours email on Friday expecting to hear back on Monday, but Ronnie called and came over on Saturday morning to make the repair. So he had me up and running in just a few short hours. I worked with Jace on my 55 Olds Project and he did an excellent job with communication. Working with older cars will sometime require patience and a willingness to power forward to get the job done. Jace did not quit until the job was done and I appreciated his efforts. Because of some difficulties with the installation I got the opportunity to meet the owner Ronnie who's installation skill set with working on these old cars was impressive. If you have any glass issues with your car, this is the place to take it! When a freak wind pulled a glass panel out of my sunroof (and shattered it in the street), my insurance provider could not find the part (old car) and wanted to total my car. I found a sunroof specialist that sent the needed part to Transparency Auto Glass, where I had the work done. They fixed it up, and now I won't have to total my car! I called in the morning and they had me scheduled for later that afternoon. Fair and reasonable price. I left my key hidden outside, and they replaced the window while I was at work. Called Ronnie to replace a 2012 Honda Civic front windshield. Everything went as smooth as it could possibly go and Ronnie even suggested a nicer windshield than the one I had prior with a really nice shade line at the top and it looks amazing. Firstly, I prefer to give my business to private, local owners and Ronnie did a great job. And mainly, I did not want to go through my insurance ( I have a high deductible). His price for my windshield replacement was better than the other places I called around to...even the bigger and heavily advertised named businesses. I had to get a new windshield for my Honda Odyssey and they came out the next day. Then two years later a little clip on the side of my windshield broke off (which is covered under their warranty) and they came out to fix it a day later. Ronnie and his technician did an excellent job in replacing the rear window glass in my pickup truck cap. Nobody in the small town I came from could handle the job.
