Glassnique is a great company that does it right These guys did a great job and were very easy to work with. I needed a rush job and I was out of town. They worked with me over the phone, gave me the lowest quote out of 7 and were there the next morning. I had arranged the car to be unlocked for them by a friend, but it was not when they got there. They were willing to get started as I got the friend to run over there quickly and Glassnique were really nice about it. Great price, great job, super-nice, fast response and service... not sure you could ask for much more. read more

My husband called to get an estimate for the main windshield, the front driver side and passenger side windows. Glassnique offered a deal on all three windows I couldn't pass up on. Glassnique is professional, prompt and came out to my car to take care of everything. I highly recommend using this service and would higher Glassnique again! read more

So I checked around for ratings both on yelp.com and Google, and Safelite which is promoted a lot has only three stars. So I checked this company out who is self-owned and a great price and they came where I was to replace the windshield took him 30 minutes and they were fantastic. read more

Don and a co-worker came to my home to replace the windshield on my 2013 Camry. It took about 25 minutes and went smoothly. It cost $250 plus tax. Don told me that they are one of 3 crews for Glassnique. read more

I was genuinely impressed right away since someone from Glassnique actually picked up the phone, and I spoke to a real person, not an answering machine. I had to ask the person who answered the phone to repeat the quotation they offered me to replace the front windshield on my 2017 Cadillac XT5 since I was so stunned by it. They responded to all of my inquiries. Additionally, they showed there a day sooner than expected. Excellent service at an unbelievable cost. M. Aldridge read more

I called and left a message because my windshield needed replacing. A man called back the next day, gave me a quote without asking for my VIN, but asked some questions about the windshield. We set an appointment for someone to come by my home to replace the windshield. The repair person was to come on a Thursday between 10 - noon. No one showed. At 12:30 I called Glassnique to ask if they were still coming and if so, when. I had to leave a message. Never got a call back. Very disappointing since they had good Yelp reviews. read more

I had called around for someone to replace my husbands windshield. I decided on this company when everyone else was giving me quotes of $150 more and higher! Great price, they come out to you, the job is done right & fast. Will definitely call on them and recommend if anyone asks! Also, the price they quote you is what you pay. There were no hidden fees or sudden charge when everything was replaced! read more

Love these guys!!! Had them come out for a broken windshield . They're incredibly professional, quick and totally thorough. They answered all of our questions, they were on time (early actually) and they're technique allowed my husband to leave 10 mins after they were done. Thanks guys. I can't recommend Glassnique enough. They were fantastic over the phone giving me a quote immediately. The price was much lower than the "national" company, and better than the other local companies I called. The time from calling to installation was prompt, and day of installation was much faster than expected. Day of communication was great. Very happy with our experience. read more

I live in Chapel Hill, so I first contacted a Chapel Hill company to replace my Prius windshield. They quoted me over a thousand bucks. So then I called Glassnique. No hassle: he asked me on the phone what kind of car I had, and I told him, and he said "That'll be $250." And I said OK, and the next day--while I was at work--they came and fixed my windshield, and charged me $250. A great job, and a super-easy experience, and a good price. read more

Took care of my 2001 Camry for a great price. Service was prompt and professional. Don't pay extra for the big name companies, it's the same glass at a better price. Especially if you are paying out of your own pocket! read more

They speed aggressively on my driveway and when I asked them to slow down as they left, they did a burn out in my gravel and drove even faster. We have animals and livestock on property. It was unsafe and inconsiderate and intentionally rude. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

Seriously, The Best around town. Can't beat the price nor can you surpass the service. Don't waste your time getting prices from the rest of the group--I did that once--Don beat the lowest price I'd gotten by $50 & he travels to where you are. I'm super pleased. read more

My dad made his living with Auto Glass sales, so I actually know a thing or 2 about this subject. I needed a rear window for my Honda Odyssey. The quote was lower than anyone else, the work was excellent and done in my driveway! Communication was excellent and timely. I'm about to call them again for my husband's windshield. Driving in to work this morning on 540 and BAM; the dump truck in front spit out a rock that almost put a hole clear through my windshield. Started to go the Safelite route when a co-worker gave me a card for Glassnique. i dropped my comprehensive coverage on my Explorer several months ago so i was looking for the best price.Glassnique quoted me a hundred less than Safelite. They came to my office when promised, replaced the windshield and were finished within an hour. Great people do to business with and highly recommended. read more

Only one slight negative, they arrived later than scheduled. However, I was made aware of the delay in advance and was contacted several times with updates on when the would be at my home. Once they arrived the techs were professional and completed the work quickly, and gave me follow up instructions. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and the price. read more

I received excellent service from Glassnique! I found myself in a bind when over the Thanksgiving holiday I got a crack in my windshield. Because I had an interview outside of the state on the following Monday I was finding it difficult to find anyone available. The lovely gentleman at Glassnique helped me out and fixed my windshield on Black Friday within 30 minutes of meeting me at my apartment. Bless this man! Amazing service! read more

Excellent work! The two men worked beautifully together and fast. Before I knew it and before my very eyes, a new (crack-free) OEM windshield was installed, cleaned and sparkling. Paid less with them (without any of the haggling or fake promos, coupons or Groupons) than any of the other places I called. Highly recommend them! read more
