Just got back from having my window tint done here this morning. Trust me when I tell you, this is the ONLY place you need to consider if you are looking for tint!! I contacted several shops, but Jeff was so quick with his response time and quote, and he even squeezed me into their busy schedule for today even though they were booked out for weeks. Prices are great, and they are quick but super efficient! The shop is super clean, and there is a nice waiting area where you can hang out while they are working on your vehicle. This place is in a "business" section of Cary. Kinda out from everything. Plenty of parking. I dealt with a super nice gentleman, I should have gotten his name, he was super friendly, I had a lot questions and he answered them professionally and took time to explain everything. He was very patient with me. He was beyond awesome!!!! He is definitely an asset to this business!! I had my front passenger side window tint repaired here, the tint was took off and put back on. Exceptional experience. Unlike most other window tinting places, I was able to walk-in to get my new Tesla's windows tinted, and was in and out within an hour. Most places were offering "appointments" for later dates, some even asking the car to be left overnight. The waiting area is clean, has Wi-Fi and an iPhone charger. Nice little Roku tv with a remote to change channels. I hate watching HGTV at every car shop lol. The garage is pretty cool and you can take a peak at your car while it is being worked on. Jeff (the owner) gave me an honest advise to stick to the NC legal limits and walked through his own car for reference. I got a quote from 3-4 other places and their prices were way more than here for the same product that was installed. I don't expect any better experience than this. Well done, team Top Edge! Outstanding work and professionalism. Owner-Jeff extremely patient and carefully explains options. Took my Tesla MSP straight to shop after showroom pickup for tinting and PPF. It is an overnight job to wait on drying. During night inside temperature controlled shop the window spontaneously cracked. No evidence of impact anywhere. Jeff immediately told me of crack and accepted full responsibility since it was in their possession at that time. I made appointment for repair at Tesla dealership but had to wait three weeks and was unable to drive it due may effect the warranty coverage if they deemed any party at fault. Tesla stepped up and covered it under warranty (more than $1K repair). Jeff offered to do free ceramic coating for my trouble and wait time. It was an all around great experience with all involved. I was in a pinch needed to get my tint removed and replaced as soon as possible. I called everywhere in the area and all but one said they wouldn't be able to get to it until the end of next week. That one was Top Edge. The owner, Jeff, said he could not only fit me in today but do it outside of his normal business hours. Currently, he is in between facilities and is set up in his garage so we were able to sit with him while he worked. Jeff founded Top Edge 28 years ago in NY and recently moved to the area. He is super knowledgable and was very efficient all with a smile and great conversation. The removal only took an hour and the retint took an hour and a half. We had a great time conversing and watching him work. He made us feel right at home and made us feel that he genuinely cared for the quality of his work and our satisfaction. He also didn't try to up-sell us and made the entire process 100% stress-free. The cost was very competitive if not less expensive than other places around but I promise you don't sacrifice quality in any way shape or form. I highly doubt anyone around takes more genuine care or is better at this than Jeff. He is top-notch experienced. And of course, the tint looks amazing. Oh and by the way, he offers a free lifetime warranty on all his work if there are ever any issues (no receipt needed) if you still needed more convincing! I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived on such a short notice but I couldn't have left any happier than I did.
